Description
前記ストッパプレートの内周と前記従動回転体の外周の一方側に設けられた係止凸部と、前記ストッパプレートの内周と前記従動回転体の外周の他方側に設けられ、前記係止凸部を受容することでその周方向範囲内における前記係止凸部の相対回転を許容する凹部と、によって前記駆動回転体と前記従動回転体との相対回転を前記所定の角度範囲内に制限したことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。
前記ストッパプレートを、前記駆動回転体と前記電動モータとを一体化するボルトをもって前記駆動回転体に固定したことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。
前記駆動回転体の内周部に前記開放端から軸方向へ沿って凹設した係止溝に前記トーションスプリングの一端を係止し、かつ、前記係止溝の軸方向開放端を前記ストッパプレートによって閉塞したことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。

Claims (2)
- 排気弁を駆動するカムシャフトに設けられ、該排気弁のバルブタイミングを変更する内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置であって、
クランクシャフトの回転が伝達される駆動回転体と、
カムシャフトに固定される従動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体と前記従動回転体の相対回転位相を変更する電動モータと、
前記駆動回転体の内周と前記従動回転体の外周との間に形成される有底の環状溝内に収容配置され、一端が前記駆動回転体に、他端が前記従動回転体に、それぞれ連係するトーションスプリングと、
前記駆動回転体における前記環状溝の開放端の一部を覆うように固定され、前記従動回転体又は前記カムシャフトと協働して、前記駆動回転体と前記従動回転体の相対回転を所定の角度範囲に制限するストッパプレートと、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。 - 排気弁を駆動するカムシャフトに設けられ、該排気弁のバルブタイミングを変更する内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置であって、
クランクシャフトの回転が伝達される駆動回転体と、
カムシャフトに固定される従動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体と前記従動回転体の相対回転位相を変更する電動アクチュエータと、
前記駆動回転体の内周と前記従動回転体の外周との間に形成される有底の環状溝内に収容配置され、前記駆動回転体と前記従動回転体の間で付勢力を発揮する付勢部材と、
前記駆動回転体における前記環状溝の開放端の一部を覆うように固定され、前記駆動回転体と前記従動回転体の相対回転を所定の角度範囲に制限するストッパプレートと、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。
