Description

- 化学的な製造機器の洗浄に使用するための還流式の洗浄組成物であって、該還流式の洗浄組成物は、
a.ノルマルプロピルアルコール、ジプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールジメチルエーテル、乳酸エチル、プロピレングリコール n−プロピルエーテル、プロピレングリコールフェニルエーテル、エチレングリコール n−ブチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコール n−ブチルエーテル、およびそれらの2つ以上の混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも2つの生物分解性の溶媒の配合物、を含み、
ここで、選択された溶媒の蒸気圧は、0.1乃至7.0の範囲であり(mmHg@25℃)、選択された溶媒の蒸気密度は、2.0乃至6.0の範囲であり(空気=1)、選択された溶媒の沸点は、100℃乃至150℃の範囲であり、選択された溶媒の比熱(j/g/℃)は、0.3乃至2.3の範囲であり、および選択された溶媒の蒸発熱(j/g@BP)は、250.0乃至270.0の範囲であることを特徴とする還流式の洗浄組成物。 - アルコールエトキシレート、EO/POブロックコポリマー、スルフォナート、リン酸エステル、アルカノアート、アミンオキシド、アルキルポリグルコシド、ジプロピオナート、またはそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される界面活性剤を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の還流式の洗浄組成物。

b.スルフォナート、リン酸エステル、アミンオキシド、EO/POブロックコポリマー、アルキルポリグルコシド、アルキルジプロピオナート、またはそれらの混合物である、界面活性剤;
c.キレート剤;
d.緩衝液;および
e.水を含み、
ここで、選択された溶媒の蒸気圧は、0.1乃至7.0の範囲であり(mmHg@25℃)、選択された溶媒の蒸気密度は、2.0乃至6.0の範囲であり(空気=1)、選択された溶媒の沸点は、100℃乃至150℃の範囲であり、選択された溶媒の比熱(j/g/℃)は、0.3乃至2.3の範囲であり、および選択された溶媒の蒸発熱(j/g@BP)は、250.0乃至270.0の範囲であることを特徴とする還流式の洗浄組成物。 - キレート剤およびアルカノアートの界面活性剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の還流式の洗浄組成物。
