最外郭に配置される前記フェノール発泡層の外側面には、それぞれ前記フェノール発泡層をカバーしながら保護する表面材がさらに積層され、前記表面材は、一方がアルミホイルで、他方が不織布であることを特徴とする。
Claims (9)
- 一定厚さのプレートの形態を取り、ハニカム構造を有するハニカム平板体と、
前記ハニカム平板体の両側面に接着・固定されるフェノール発泡層と、を含んで構成され、
前記ハニカム平板体は、内部の六角セルが空洞の状態で前記フェノール発泡層によって密閉されて、内部に空気層を維持しており、
最外郭に配置される前記フェノール発泡層の外側面には、それぞれ前記フェノール発泡層をカバーしながら保護する表面材がさらに積層され、
前記表面材は、一方がアルミホイルで、他方が不織布であることを特徴とする、外断熱建築材料用強化フェノールフォームボード。 - 前記フェノール発泡層は、一定厚さを有するプレートの形態を取り、前記ハニカム平板体の表面に密着・固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化フェノールフォームボード。
- 前記ハニカム平面板は、二重に積層して構成されており、
第1のハニカム平板体と、前記第1のハニカム平板体の両側面にフェノール発泡層が備えられ、前記第1のハニカム平板体の両側面に備えられるフェノール発泡層の一方の外側面に、第2のハニカム平板体と、前記第2のハニカム平板体をカバーするフェノール発泡層と、がさらに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化フェノールフォームボード。 - 前記ハニカム平板体は、合成樹脂や金属で製作されたものであって、厚さ方向に一定の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化フェノールフォームボード。
- 前記フェノール発泡層は、25kg/m3〜60kg/m3の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化フェノールフォームボード。
- 前記フェノール発泡層とハニカム平板体が接着されたボードは、15kg/m3〜40kg/m3の密度と0.020W/mK〜0.030W/mKの断熱性能を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化フェノールフォームボード。
- 前記フェノール発泡層は、レゾールタイプのフェノール樹脂100に対して硬化触媒としてパラトルエンスルホン酸5重量部〜15重量部、発泡剤としてシクロペンタン5重量部〜10重量部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化フェノールフォームボード。
- 前記フェノール発泡層は、ポリシロキサン1重量%〜5重量%、パラトルエンスルホン酸10重量%〜18重量%、シクロペンタン5重量%〜15重量%、ポリオール2重量%〜6重量%を含むレゾール型フェノール樹脂硬化発泡体形成用スラリーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強化フェノールフォームボード。
- 前記フェノール発泡層は、独立気泡率が80%〜97%であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の強化フェノールフォームボード。
