一种蜂窝式建材搭建的具有蜂窝结构的装配式建筑,采用蜂窝板和蜂窝管,配合预制接插件,装配出左右两边垂直于地面、上下为尖角的正六边形柱状蜂窝结构墙面,即由六块长方形蜂窝板搭建的墙体(1);再用蜂窝板和蜂窝管配合墙面形成三角形的地板空间(4)和天花板空间(3);最后用蜂窝板进行两头封闭;最终装配出基础蜂窝式建筑结构。多个这样的蜂窝式结构连接、层叠可搭建多层、高层住宅;扩大这样的蜂窝结构面积可搭建厂房、展厅等大型建筑。
Description
本发明涉及一种蜂窝式建材搭建的具有蜂窝结构的装配式建筑。
目前,在装配式建筑领域主要有钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构、木结构三种技术。这些装配式建筑相比传统建筑更加节能环保。但仍然存在着建筑耗能高、施工周期较长、运输不便等缺点。大面积推广仍然受到限制。
本发明涉及的蜂窝式装配建筑区别于钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构、木结构的装配式建筑。采用适合运输的蜂窝板和蜂窝管作为基础建材,比以上三种结构建筑自重更低,耗用材料更少,因此节能环保效果更好。采用装配、装修同步施工方式,且没有浇筑、焊接等耗时长的现场施工,因此施工周期大大缩短。
本发明的技术解决方案是:采用蜂窝板和蜂窝管,配合预制接插件,装配出左右两边垂直于地面、上下为尖角的正六边形柱状蜂窝结构墙面;再用蜂窝板和蜂窝管配合墙面形成三角形的地板空间和天花板空间;地板空间和天花板空间中布设水、电、气、网等管线,安装照明、空调、地暖等设备;最后用蜂窝板进行两头封闭;最终装配出基础蜂窝式建筑结构。多个这样的蜂窝式结构连接、层叠可搭建多层、高层住宅;扩大这样的蜂窝结构面积可搭建厂房、展厅等大型建筑。
本发明涉及的蜂窝式装配建筑创新使用了蜂窝板材、管材和蜂窝整体结构相结合的装配建筑技术。继承了蜂窝结构强度高、材料省、重量轻、隔音、隔热的优点。墙体、门、窗、天花板、地板、阳台、厨房、卫生间、家具等建筑部件可全部在工厂生产,内部装修可在现场装配时同步进行。具有装配速度快、可拆卸、可搬迁、可重复使用的节能环保特性,建筑成本和建筑寿命优于传统建筑和其他装配式建筑。

结合附图,蜂窝式装配建筑的装配过程如下:在预先打好的地基上先装配由多块长方形蜂窝板搭建的正六边形柱状墙体1,墙体上根据不同建筑的需要,预先在工厂安装好门、窗、阳台。然后装配由蜂窝板配合蜂窝管加强的地板空间4。地板空间布设水管、排水管、气管,安装暖气等设备。再装配由蜂窝板配合蜂窝管加强的天花板空间3。天花板空间布设电线管、网线管,安装照明和空调等设备。最后用蜂窝板进行两头封闭,形成一个房间的居住主体空间2。一栋建筑一般由多个这样的蜂窝建筑结构排列、层叠装配而成。一个蜂窝建筑结构装配完成,进行下一个蜂窝建筑结构装配的同时,前一个蜂窝建筑结构可同步进行内部装修。在蜂窝建筑结构装配的同时,同步装配楼梯、电梯、走廊。所有装配工作结束后,进行水、电、气、网的调试和内部装修验收后,即可交付使用。

- 一种蜂窝式建材搭建的具有蜂窝结构的装配式建筑,其特征在于:采用蜂窝板和蜂窝管,配合预制接插件,装配出左右两边垂直于地面、上下为尖角的正六边形柱状蜂窝结构墙面;再用蜂窝板和蜂窝管配合墙面形成三角形的地板空间和天花板空间;地板空间和天花板空间中布设水、电、气、网等管线,安装照明、空调、地暖等设备;最后用蜂窝板进行两头封闭;最终装配出基础蜂窝式建筑结构。多个这样的蜂窝式结构连接、层叠可搭建多层、高层住宅;扩大这样的蜂窝结构面积可搭建厂房、展厅等大型建筑。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于:由两块面板粘结在一层蜂窝状芯材两面而制成的板材。所述蜂窝管,其特征在于:由若干个六边形小孔组成的截面为蜂窝状的管材。
- 根据权利要求1所述的预制接插件,其特征在于:由工厂预制的,连接蜂窝板或蜂窝管的接插件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝结构墙面,其特征在于:用蜂窝板和蜂窝管,配合预制接插件,装配出左右两边垂直于地面、上下为尖角的正六边形柱状结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地板空间,其特征在于:位于蜂窝结构墙面下部,由蜂窝板配合蜂窝管与蜂窝结构墙面共同构成的三角形空间。根据权利要求1所述的天花板空间,其特征在于:位于蜂窝结构墙面上部,由蜂窝板配合蜂窝管与蜂窝结构墙面共同构成的三角形空间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基础蜂窝式建筑结构,其特征在于:由蜂窝结构墙面、地板空间、天花板空间和两头封闭的蜂窝板共同组成的建筑结构。
