Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔音水泥保温板,包括水泥基板、泡沫隔音层、保温层、玻纤网格布、保护层以及加强筋,所述的泡沫隔音层和保温层分别设置在两个水泥基板之间,所述的玻纤网格布分别设置在水泥基板的外表面,所述的保护层分别设置在玻纤网格布的外表面,若干个所述的加强筋分别竖向贯穿在水泥基板、泡沫隔音层和保温层之间。通过上述方式,本发明提供的隔音水泥保温板,结构简单,易于制造,隔音效果明显,可使该水泥板具有较好的隔音效果,同时采用加强筋可以热传导慢,实现保温时间长的功能,必将具有广泛的市场前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化学建材的领域,尤其涉及一种隔音水泥保温板。
背景技术
水泥板是以水泥为主要原材料加工生产的一种建筑平板,为建筑行业广泛使用的建筑材料。随着绿色住宅建设的不断推进,具体隔音保温功能的水泥板的市场需求,也在不断增大。现有隔音保温水泥板,其虽然具备一定的隔音保温功能,但是整体隔音保温效果较差,而且的强度较弱,在施工过程中容易损坏,无法满足当前建筑施工的需要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔音水泥保温板,结构简单,易于制造,隔音效果明显,可使该水泥板具有具有较好的隔音效果,同时采用加强筋可以热传导慢,实现保温时间长的功能,必将具有广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供了一种隔音水泥保温板,包括水泥基板、泡沫隔音层、保温层、玻纤网格布、保护层以及加强筋,所述的泡沫隔音层和保温层分别设置在两个水泥基板之间,所述的玻纤网格布分别设置在水泥基板的外表面,所述的保护层分别设置在玻纤网格布的外表面,若干个所述的加强筋分别竖向贯穿在水泥基板、泡沫隔音层和保温层之间。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的加强筋采用金属材料所制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的玻纤网格布的厚度为0.5-2.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的保温层采用玻化微珠保温砂浆。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的泡沫隔音层与保温层的厚度相等。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的隔音水泥保温板,结构简单,易于制造,隔音效果明显,可使该水泥板具有具有较好的隔音效果,同时采用加强筋可以热传导慢,实现保温时间长的功能,必将具有广泛的市场前景。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明实施例包括:
一种隔音水泥保温板,包括水泥基板1、泡沫隔音层2、保温层3、玻纤网格布4、保护层5以及加强筋6,所述的泡沫隔音层2和保温层3分别设置在两个水泥基板1之间,所述的玻纤网格布4分别设置在水泥基板1的外表面,所述的保护层5分别设置在玻纤网格布4的外表面,若干个所述的加强筋6分别竖向贯穿在水泥基板1、泡沫隔音层2和保温层3之间。
上述中,所述的加强筋6采用金属材料所制成,其截面为圆形结构,增强了两层水泥基板1之间的强度,同时采用加强筋6可以热传导慢,实现保温时间长的功能。
进一步的,玻纤网格布4分别设置在水泥基板1的外表,所述的玻纤网格4布的厚度为0.5-2.5mm。具有质轻、高强、耐温、耐碱、防水、耐腐蚀、抗龟裂、尺寸稳定等特点,能有效避免抹灰层整体表面张力收缩以及外力引起的开裂,轻薄的网格布经常使用于墙面翻新和内墙保温,增强效果最佳,而且施工简单,易行。
再进一步的,所述的保温层3采用玻化微珠保温砂浆。玻化微珠保温砂浆是一种特殊的单组份中空微珠干粉砂浆,不但具备一般轻质抹灰砂浆的性能和功能,而且还具有优良的保温性能,它是由高聚合物,硅酸盐为主凝材料,玻壁粒珠为轻骨料,加以特殊改性物质。经细纤化扩散膨胀、混溶、粘结等多种工艺优化得合而成。玻化微珠保温砂浆具有优良的保温隔热和防火性能,强度高、粘结性和抗流失性能好、施工简单、不空鼓开裂、抗老化性强、节能环保,是一种最理想的干粉无机高性能新型墙体保温材料,燃烧性能为A级。
其中,所述的泡沫隔音层2与保温层3的厚度相等,具有保温和吸音等优点。
综上所述,本发明的隔音水泥保温板,结构简单,易于制造,隔音效果明显,可使该水泥板具有具有较好的隔音效果,同时采用加强筋可以热传导慢,实现保温时间长的功能,必将具有广泛的市场前景。

1.一种隔音水泥保温板,其特征在于,包括水泥基板、泡沫隔音层、保温层、玻纤网格布、保护层以及加强筋,所述的泡沫隔音层和保温层分别设置在两个水泥基板之间,所述的玻纤网格布分别设置在水泥基板的外表面,所述的保护层分别设置在玻纤网格布的外表面,若干个所述的加强筋分别竖向贯穿在水泥基板、泡沫隔音层和保温层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔音水泥保温板,其特征在于,所述的加强筋采用金属材料所制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔音水泥保温板,其特征在于,所述的玻纤网格布的厚度为0.5-2.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔音水泥保温板,其特征在于,所述的保温层采用玻化微珠保温砂浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔音水泥保温板,其特征在于,所述的泡沫隔音层与保温层的厚度相等。
