技术领域
本发明涉及建筑墙体保温技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种真空绝热板发泡一体化板。
背景技术
真空绝热板(VIP板)是真空保温材料中的一种,是由填充芯材与真空保护表层复合而成,它有效地避免空气对流引起的热传递,因此导热系数可大幅度降低,小于0.004w/m2.k,并且不含有任何ODS材料,具有环保和高效节能的特性,是目前世界上最先进的高效保温材料。
但是其在实际使用时,现有的真空绝热板的存在以下问题:真空保护表层厚度比较薄,应用过程中容易被刺穿;VIP板的边缘的热损失比较高,在此处存在比较明显的热桥;一旦VIP不透气层发生漏气,真空绝热板性能会大幅度降低,如果VIP用于外墙保温施工后发生漏气,也无法从墙体更换。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供一种真空绝热板发泡一体化板,通过整体设计,利用硬泡聚氨酯层优越的憎水性、密封性、性能稳定性等特点,另外硬泡聚氨酯层也具有非常优秀的保温性能(导热系数小于0.024W/(m.K)),真空绝热板本体采用聚氨酯包裹处理后可以有效的降低边缘的热损失,增加了整体的保护能力,避免发生被刺穿的现象,便于施工,具备较高的实际实用价值,与现有技术相比,该设计更加优越。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种真空绝热板发泡一体化板,包括真空绝热板本体、硬泡聚氨酯层及芯部真空绝热板,所述真空绝热板本体包括有硬泡聚氨酯层,所述硬泡聚氨酯层的内部设置有芯部真空绝热板,所述芯部真空绝热板的内部固定设置有加强组件;
所述芯部真空绝热板包括有高阻气膜,所述高阻气膜的内部填充有芯部绝热材料,所述芯部绝热材料的外表面固定安装有多组粘接片。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述硬泡聚氨酯层的闭孔率大于95%,包覆厚度不小于15毫米。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述高阻气膜为铝箔膜或镀铝膜的构件,所述高阻气膜的数量共设置有两层,所述高阻气膜与芯部绝热材料之间通过粘接片相连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述芯部绝热材料为气凝胶材质的构件。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述加强组件包括有第一支撑板,所述第一支撑板的下方固定安装有加强柱,所述第一支撑板的下方靠近加强柱一侧倾斜设置有加强筋,所述加强柱和加强筋的底端共同固定安装有第二支撑板。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述第一支撑板与第二支撑板之间通过加强柱和加强筋相连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述加强筋呈倾斜状设计,所述加强筋与加强柱交错相连接。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、本发明中通过整体设计,利用硬泡聚氨酯层优越的憎水性、密封性、性能稳定性等特点,另外硬泡聚氨酯层也具有非常优秀的保温性能(导热系数小于0.024W/(m.K)),真空绝热板本体采用聚氨酯包裹处理后可以有效的降低边缘的热损失,增加了整体的保护能力,避免发生被刺穿的现象,便于施工,具备较高的实际实用价值,与现有技术相比,该设计更加优越;
2、本发明中通过设置了加强组件,将加强组件整体置于芯部绝热材料内部,第一支撑板与第二支撑板之间通过加强柱和加强筋相连接的,其中倾斜状加强筋与加强柱交错相连接,有效的增强了真空绝热板本体本身的结构强度和刚性,提高了其抗折弯性能,与现有的真空绝热板本体结构强度不够易断裂相比,该设计从内部增强了真空绝热板的结构强度。

实施方式具体为:在实施本发明时,在芯部绝热材料32的外表面贴上粘接片33,利用粘接片33的粘接作用,从而将高阻气膜31粘接在芯部绝热材料32的外部,其中高阻气膜31为铝箔膜或镀铝膜制作而成,进而组装成芯部真空绝热板3,随后,在芯部真空绝热板3的外部包覆有硬泡聚氨酯层 2,并且对硬泡聚氨酯层2的外表面进行打磨加工,其中硬泡聚氨酯层2的闭孔率大于95%,包覆厚度不小于15毫米,使其保持平整光滑的状态,由此,制作成真空绝热板本体1,利用硬泡聚氨酯层2优越的憎水性、密封性、性能稳定性等特点,另外硬泡聚氨酯层2也具有非常优秀的保温性能(导热系数小于0.024W/(m.K)),真空绝热板本体1采用聚氨酯包裹处理后可以有效的降低边缘的热损失,增加了整体的保护能力,避免发生被刺穿的现象,便于施工,具备较高的实际实用价值,解决了真空绝热板本体1易刺穿,边缘热损失高,施工工艺受限的问题。
