Description
Claims (6)
- エチレンビニルアセテート樹脂を主成分とする微粒子を含むとともに、前記微粒子の平均粒子径が200μm〜400μmで、安息角が40゜以下であるとともに、その厚さが250μm〜400μmとしたことを特徴とする太陽光モジュール用EVAシート。
- 前記微粒子が互いに融着された状態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光モジュール用EVAシート。
- 前記微粒子は、前記エチレンビニルアセテート樹脂100重量部に対して、架橋剤0.1重量部〜5重量部、架橋助剤0.1重量部〜3重量部、紫外線遮断剤0.1重量部〜3重量部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光モジュール用EVAシート。
- (a)エチレンビニルアセテート樹脂を主成分とし、前記微粒子の平均粒子径が200μm〜400μmで安息角が40゜以下である微粒子を製造するステップ;
(b)前記微粒子を750μm〜1200μmの厚さに散布するステップ;
及び
(c)前記の散布された微粒子を焼結し、厚さが250μm〜400μmとするステップ;
を含むことを特徴とする太陽光モジュール用EVAシートの製造方法。 - 前記(a)ステップにおいて、
前記微粒子は冷凍・粉砕によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の太陽光モジュール用EVAシートの製造方法。 - 前記冷凍粉砕は、−150℃〜−100℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の太陽光モジュール用EVAシートの製造方法。
