Claims (11)

前記衝突判断部で前記障害物と衝突すると判断された場合に、前記車両が前記障害物を迂回しながら減速するよう、前輪を転舵させることなく、後輪の転舵の制御、および左右の車輪の制動状態に差を与える制御のうち、少なくとも一方を実行する車両挙動制御部と、

前記車両挙動制御部は、
ドライバによる操作が検出された場合には、当該車両挙動制御部による制御よりも前記ドライバの操作を優先し、
ドライバによる操作が検出された時点での前記後輪の転舵方向とドライバによる操作に対応した前記後輪の転舵制御方向とが異なる場合には、ドライバによる操作が検出された時点での前記後輪の転舵方向とドライバによる操作に対応した前記後輪の転舵制御方向とが同じである場合に比べて、前記後輪がより緩やかに転舵するよう、制御を実行する、車両挙動制御装置。 - 前記車両挙動制御部は、前記車両の走行状態の検出結果に基づいて、車速が高い状態であるほど制御を実行する時間を短くする、請求項1に記載の車両挙動制御装置。
