Claims (13)
- 切替え可能に構成してある第1のギアと第2のギアとを含む2つのギアを有するシフトギアボックス(1)であって、
前記ギアボックス(1)の入力シャフト(2)を電気機械(3)によって駆動させることができ、前記入力シャフト(2)が、少なくとも1つの一方向クラッチ(4)を介して前記ギアボックス(1)の出力シャフト(5)に接続され、
前記一方向クラッチ(4)に対して同軸に配置された遊星ステージ(6)が、自動車の車輪(30)、または車輪(30)を有する車軸(7)を駆動するために、前記入力シャフト(2)に接続された遊星キャリア(15)、太陽歯車(17)、前記一方向クラッチ(4)と前記出力シャフト(5)とに接続可能に配置された内歯車(21)を備える内歯車キャリア(22)および前記太陽歯車(17)と前記内歯車(21)との間に噛合配置されて前記遊星キャリア(15)の回転に伴って中心位置が移動する遊星歯車(16)を含んでおり、更に前記内歯車キャリア(22)の外側に設けた外側歯列(23)により前記ギアボックス(1)の前記出力シャフト(5)に接続され、
前記第1のギアは、前記遊星ステージ(6)が駆動パワーの伝達には寄与せず、前記駆動パワーは前記入力シャフト(2)及び前記一方向クラッチ(4)を介して前記出力シャフト(5)に伝達するように設定されたものであり、
前記第2のギアは前記遊星ステージ(6)の太陽歯車(17)を固定化し、前記遊星ステージ(6)の他の構成を駆動することにより、前記一方向クラッチ(4)を空転させて、前記駆動パワーは前記内歯車キャリア(22)を介して前記出力シャフト(5)に伝達するように設定されるものであり、
前記遊星ステージ(6)は前記太陽歯車(17)の固定化と非固定化とを切替え可能であり、前記太陽歯車(17)が非固定化のときに前記第1のギアとなり、前記太陽歯車(17)が固定化のときに前記第2のギアとなる、ことを特徴とするシフトギアボックス(1)。 - 前記入力シャフト(2)が中間シャフトであり、前記電気機械(3)の回転子シャフト(11)が、平歯車(12)を介して前記入力シャフト(2)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記一方向クラッチ(4)が、フリーホイールの形態であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記一方向クラッチ(4)が、前記駆動パワーを前記電気機械(3)から前記出力シャフト(5)へ伝達する一方の位置と、前記駆動パワーを前記出力シャフト(5)から前記電気機械(3)へ伝達する他方の位置とを切替え可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記入力シャフト(2)を、前記一方向クラッチ(4)によって、前記一方向クラッチ(4)に対して平行に配置された前記遊星ステージ(6)の内歯車キャリア(22)と動作する際に接続させることができ、前記内歯車キャリア(22)が、前記ギアボックス(1)の前記出力シャフト(5)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記内歯車キャリア(22)が、外側歯列(23)を有し、前記外側歯列(23)が、ギアホイール(24)と相互に作用し、前記ギアホイール(24)が、一体回転するように前記出力シャフト(5)に接続され、前記ギアホイール(24)が、平歯車の形態であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記ギアのシフティングのために、前記遊星ステージ(6)の太陽歯車(17)を固定化することができることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- ブレーキとして作用するアクチュエータ(19)によって前記太陽歯車(17)を固定化することができることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記ブレーキが、乾式ブレーキの形態であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記ギアボックス(1)が、自動車の両側に配置された前記自動車の車輪を駆動する働きをし、前記出力シャフト(5)が、前記自動車の前記車軸(7)の2つの車軸セクションのディファレンシャルギアボックス(10)と相互作用することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記シフトギアボックス(1)が単一の車輪(30)を駆動する働きをし、鏡映対称に配置されたパワーシフトギアボックス(1、1)によって、前記自動車の同じ車軸(7)の2つの車輪(30、30)を互いに独立して駆動させることができ、前記シフトギアボックス(1、1)の前記遊星ステージ(6、6)内の前記太陽歯車(17、17)を共に固定化することができることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 単一のアクチュエータ(19)を、前記シフトギアボックス(1、1)の前記遊星ステージ(6、6)内の前記太陽歯車(17、17)と接続させることができることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシフトギアボックス。
- 前記単一のアクチュエータ(19)によって、切替え可能なクラッチの形態での前記一方向クラッチ(4)を切り替えることができることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシフトギアボックス。
