Claims (10)
- 自動車の電気駆動可能な車軸(1)用のトランスミッション(3)であって、駆動入力シャフト(4)を有し、前記自動車の前記車軸(1)を駆動させるために、前記駆動入力シャフト(4)を少なくとも1つの電気機械(2、12)によって駆動させることができるトランスミッション(3)において、
前記駆動入力シャフト(4)が、径方向内側歯列(13)を有する中空シャフトの形態であり、かつ前記中空シャフト(4)内に挿入することができる前記電気機械に結合される結合シャフト(21)を受け入れる働きをし、
前記結合シャフト(21)が、前記径方向内側歯列(13)と係合する径方向外側歯列(22)を備えると共に、該結合シャフト(21)は前記電気機械(2、12)の回転子シャフトに結合されており、
更に、前記中空シャフト(4)への前記結合シャフト(21)の挿入位置で前記結合シャフト(21)を軸方向で固定するために、固定手段(23)が設けられている、ことを特徴とするトランスミッション(3)。 - 前記固定手段(23)が、前記結合シャフト(21)の前記外側歯列(22)の領域および前記中空シャフト(4)の前記内側歯列(13)の領域内に配置される移動止め手段の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記結合シャフト(21)が、前記結合シャフト(21)の外側歯列(22)とは反対側の端部において、単一の電気機械(2)と係合することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記結合シャフト(21)が、両端で電気機械(2、12)と係合することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記結合シャフト(21)が、一端において、または両端において、電気機械(2、12)のそれぞれの回転子シャフトに結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記結合シャフト(21)が、スプライン歯列を介して前記駆動入力シャフト(4)に結合され、および/またはスプライン歯列を介して前記回転子シャフトに結合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記トランスミッション(3)のハウジング(17)に対して油密様式で前記駆動入力シャフト(4)を封止するために径方向シャフト封止リング(18、19;26、27)が設けられ、前記径方向シャフト封止リング(17、18;26、27)が、前記駆動入力シャフト(4)および/または前記結合シャフト(21)に対して径方向内側に向けて封止することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記結合シャフト(21)は両端部において異なる形で設計されて、2つの電気機械(2、12)の異なる設計の回転子シャフトと係合することを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記トランスミッション(3)が、前記駆動入力シャフト(4)によって駆動させることができる中間シャフト(5)と、前記中間シャフト(5)によって駆動させることができ、前記自動車の前記車軸(1)を駆動させる働きをする駆動出力シャフト(6)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記中間シャフト(5)の歯列に係合するための前記駆動入力シャフト(4)の内側歯列(13)および外側歯列(8)に関して、前記駆動入力シャフト(4)が、前記歯列(8、13)の片側または両側で、前記トランスミッション(3)のハウジング(17)内に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のトランスミッション。
