Claims (5)
- 駆動源から出力される動力を2段の遊星ギヤ機構とディファレンシャル装置を経て左右の車軸へと伝達する車両用動力伝達装置に設けられる機構であって、
前記2段の遊星ギヤ機構の一方のキャリヤに、他方のキャリヤに係脱するピストンを摺動可能に設け、
停車時には前記ピストンを前記他方の遊星ギヤ機構のキャリヤに係合させ、
停車時以外には前記ピストンを前記他方の遊星ギヤ機構のキャリヤから離脱させるよう構成したことを特徴とする車両のパーキング機構。 - 前記2段の各遊星ギヤ機構のキャリヤには遊星ギヤを回転可能に支持する支軸がそれぞれ固定されており、
前記一方の遊星ギヤ機構の支軸に、前記ピストンを軸方向に摺動可能に収容するとともに、該ピストンを前記他方の遊星ギヤ機構に向けて付勢するスプリングを収容し、
前記一方の遊星ギヤ機構の支軸に、前記ピストンが係脱するための係合孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のパーキング機構。 - 前記一方の遊星ギヤ機構の支軸に形成された油路に、前記ピストンを軸方向に摺動可能に収容するとともに、前記スプリングを収容し、
停車時には前記スプリングによって付勢された前記ピストンが前記他方の遊星ギヤ機構の支軸に形成された係合孔に係合してパーキングON状態となり、
停車時以外には前記油路を流れるオイルの油圧によって前記ピストンが前記スプリングの付勢力に抗して摺動して前記他方の遊星ギヤ機構の支軸に形成された係合孔から離脱してパーキングOFF状態となるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のパーキング機構。 - 前記ピストンの前記他方の遊星ギヤ機構の支軸に形成された前記係合孔への係合は、両キャリヤの回転位相合わせを行った状態でなされることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車両のパーキング機構。
- 前記他方の遊星ギヤ機構の支軸に形成された前記係合孔の開口部周縁を面取りしたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車両のパーキング機構。
