停车装置(50)具备:驱动凸轮(55),绕传递第二电动发电机(9)的驱动力的MG轴(45)与停车齿轮(51)连结而配置;从动凸轮(56),以能够与MG轴(45)一体旋转的方式绕MG轴(45)设置,通过先导离合器(52)将停车齿轮(51)卡定时在从动凸轮(56)与驱动凸轮(55)之间产生相对旋转,由于该相对旋转,从动凸轮(56)能够沿着MG轴(45)的轴线方向移动;及爪式制动器(59),通过从动凸轮(56)的移动,而使停车齿轮(51)与MG轴(45)和收容该停车装置(50)的变速驱动桥壳体(4)扣合。由此,能够抑制动作时的冲击载荷,能够实现停车装置(50)的小型化。

本发明涉及停车装置。
背景技术
一直以来,在车辆等中通常使用的停车装置具备与从发动机输入轴到驱动轴的任一个旋转轴连结的停车齿轮、及停车杆等卡定部,构成为通过卡定部来限制停车齿轮的旋转,由此,切断停车时的向车辆的驱动轴的动力传递,能够防止车辆的前进后退。
为了使停车装置动作,需要使停车齿轮适当旋转而可靠地与卡定部扣合。此种停车齿轮的旋转动作中,配置有停车齿轮的旋转轴越是与驱动轴相比成为高旋转侧的轴,即使车辆仅是稍微动作也能在停车齿轮的旋转轴上得到越充分的操作量。例如,在专利文献1中公开了一种在具有发动机及电动机这样多个驱动源的混合动力车辆中,在与驱动轴相比成为高旋转的电动机的旋转轴配置有停车装置的结构。
另外,在专利文献2中记载有一种通过利用卡爪齿使旋转的构件彼此啮合从而使它们一体旋转的装置,该装置具有:能够与旋转相对应而向使卡爪齿啮合的方向移动的凸轮;及对该凸轮朝着使卡爪齿啮合的方向的相反方向施力的弹簧。在专利文献3记载有在卡爪齿的周向具有弹簧的缓冲机构的结构。在专利文献4中记载有一种使转子构件向轴向延伸并抑制润滑油向转子与定子间的间隙的侵入的结构。

发明内容
然而,在专利文献1所记载的现有的停车装置中,由于停车齿轮与旋转轴连接,因此在停车装置动作而限制旋转轴的旋转时,停车装置完全承受来自旋转轴的冲击载荷。因此,停车装置为了具备能够耐受该冲击载荷的高刚性而需要大型化。
本发明鉴于上述的情况而作出,其目的在于提供一种能够抑制动作时的冲击载荷且能够实现小型化的停车装置。
本发明为了解决上述课题,涉及一种停车装置,用于混合动力车辆,该混合动力车辆构成为单独具有传递发动机的驱动力的输入轴和传递旋转电机的驱动力的旋转电机轴,并将来自所述输入轴或所述旋转电机轴的驱动力向驱动轴传递,所述停车装置的特征在于,具备:停车齿轮;在操作时将停车齿轮卡定的卡定部;与所述停车齿轮连结而绕所述旋转电机轴配置的驱动凸轮;从动凸轮,以能够与所述旋转电机轴一体旋转的方式绕所述旋转电机轴设置,通过所述卡定部将所述停车齿轮卡定时,由于在所述从动凸轮与所述驱动凸轮之间产生的相对旋转,所述从动凸轮能够沿着所述旋转电机轴的轴线方向移动;及扣合部,通过所述从动凸轮的移动而使所述停车齿轮与所述旋转电机轴和收容该停车装置的壳体扣合。
另外,在上述的停车装置中,优选的是,具备至少通过所述从动凸轮的移动而向所述从动凸轮的移动方向的相反方向施力的施力构件。
另外,在上述的停车装置中,优选的是,所述驱动凸轮、所述从动凸轮及所述扣合部中的至少一部分配置在所述旋转电机的转子的径向内侧。
另外,在上述的停车装置中,优选的是,具备将所述驱动凸轮和所述停车齿轮连结并从所述转子的径向内侧向所述转子的轴向外侧延伸的连结构件。
另外,在上述的停车装置中,优选的是,在所述连结构件的径向外侧设有多个突起部。
另外,在上述的停车装置中,优选的是,所述扣合部是爪式制动器,在所述从动凸轮与所述爪式制动器之间具备轴向的缓冲机构。
另外,在上述的停车装置中,优选的是,在所述爪式制动器具备周向的缓冲机构。
另外,在上述的停车装置中,优选的是,所述扣合部是爪式制动器,在所述从动凸轮与所述爪式制动器的径向及轴向之间一体地配置有弹性体。
【发明效果】
在本发明的停车装置中,通过卡定部将停车齿轮卡定时,即该停车装置动作时,从动凸轮沿旋转电机轴的轴线方向移动,通过该从动凸轮的移动而扣合部动作,停车齿轮与旋转电机轴和壳体扣合。此时,停车齿轮及壳体被固定,因此与它们扣合的旋转电机轴的旋转受到限制,由此,产生反作用力,但该反作用力从旋转电机轴向停车齿轮及壳体这双方分散传递。因此,在使停车装置动作时能够减小从旋转电机轴向停车齿轮、卡定部传递的反作用力,其结果是,本发明的停车装置能够抑制动作时的冲击载荷,起到能够实现小型化的效果。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图说明本发明的停车装置的实施方式。需要说明的是,在以下的附图中,对相同或相当的部分标注相同的参照标号,不重复其说明。
[第一实施方式]
参照图1~5,说明本发明的第一实施方式。
首先,参照图1,说明适用了本发明的一实施方式的停车装置的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置的结构。图1是表示适用了本发明的一实施方式的停车装置50的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置100的轮廓图。
该混合动力车辆的动力传递装置100以发动机1为主要的动力源。
发动机1是通过燃料的燃烧而从曲轴2输出动力的装置,是具备吸气装置、排气装置、燃料喷射装置、点火装置、冷却装置等的公知的装置。作为发动机1,可以使用内燃机、具体而言汽油发动机或柴油发动机或LPG发动机或甲醇发动机或氢发动机等,但在该实施方式中,为了便于理解,说明使用汽油发动机作为发动机1的情况。
从发动机1延伸的曲轴2沿着车辆的宽度方向且水平地配置,在曲轴2的后端部形成有飞轮3。另外,在发动机1的外壁安装有中空的变速驱动桥壳体4。
在变速驱动桥壳体4的内部G1设有输入轴5、第一电动发电机6、动力合成机构7、变速机构8、及第二电动发电机(旋转电机)9。输入轴5与曲轴2同心状地配置。在输入轴5的曲轴2侧的端部花键嵌合有离合器毂10。
在变速驱动桥壳体4内设有控制飞轮3和输入轴5的动力传递状态的离合器11。另外,设有对飞轮3与输入轴5之间的转矩变动进行抑制/吸收的缓冲机构12。第一电动发电机6配置在输入轴5的外侧,第二电动发电机9配置在比第一电动发电机6远离发动机1的位置。
即,在发动机1与第二电动发电机9之间配置有第一电动发电机6。第一电动发电机6及第二电动发电机9兼具备作为通过电力的供给而进行驱动的电动机的功能(动力运行功能)和作为将机械能量转换成电能的发电机的功能(再生功能)。作为第一电动发电机6及第二电动发电机9,可以使用例如交流同步型的电动发电机。作为向第一电动发电机6及第二电动发电机9供给电力的电力供给装置,可以使用蓄电池、电容器等蓄电装置、或公知的燃料电池等。
在输入轴5的外周同心状地安装有中空轴17。并且,输入轴5与中空轴17构成为能够相对旋转。第一电动发电机6具有固定在变速驱动桥壳体4侧的定子13和旋转自如的转子14,该第一电动发电机6的转子14与中空轴17的外周侧连结。
另外,动力合成机构(换言之是动力分配机构)7设置在第一电动发电机6与第二电动发电机9之间。动力合成机构7具有所谓单小齿轮形式的行星齿轮机构7A。即,行星齿轮机构7A具有恒星齿轮18、配置成与恒星齿轮18同心状的冕状齿轮19、及保持与恒星齿轮18及冕状齿轮19扣合的小齿轮20的行星轮架21。并且,将恒星齿轮18与中空轴17连结,并将行星轮架21与输入轴5连结。需要说明的是,冕状齿轮19在配置成与输入轴5同心状的环状构件(换言之是圆筒构件)22的内周侧形成,在该环状构件22的外周侧形成有反转主动齿轮23。
第二电动发电机9设置在比反转主动齿轮23远离发动机1的位置。第二电动发电机9具有固定于变速驱动桥壳体4的定子25和旋转自如的转子26,第二电动发电机9的转子26与MG轴(旋转电机轴)45的外周连结。
MG轴45沿着车辆的宽度方向大致水平地配置。该MG轴45与输入轴5及中空轴17非同心状地配置。换言之,MG轴45的中心轴线的位置与输入轴5的中心轴线的位置不同。进一步换言之,MG轴45与输入轴5及中空轴17沿其半径方向偏离。
在MG轴45的动力合成机构7侧的端部形成(连结)有齿轮46。齿轮46与反转主动齿轮23啮合。反转主动齿轮23和齿轮46以从齿轮46向反转主动齿轮23传递动力时的变速比大于“1”的方式构成。通过这些齿轮46及反转主动齿轮23构成变速机构8。当第二电动发电机9的动力经由MG轴45向齿轮46传递时,齿轮46的转速被减速而传递给环状构件22。即,第二电动发电机9的转矩被放大而传递给动力合成机构7。
另一方面,在变速驱动桥壳体4的内部设有与输入轴5平行的副轴34。在副轴34形成有反转从动齿轮35及最终驱动小齿轮36。并且,反转主动齿轮23与反转从动齿轮35扣合。此外,在变速驱动桥壳体4的内部设有差速器37,差速器37具有:在差速器壳体38的外周侧形成的最终冕状齿轮39;经由小齿轮轴40安装于差速器壳体38并连结的多个小齿轮41;与多个小齿轮41扣合的侧面齿轮42;与侧面齿轮42连结的2根前驱动轴(驱动轴)43。在各前驱动轴43连结有车轮44。如此,构成在变速驱动桥壳体4的内部一并装入变速机构8及差速器37的所谓变速驱动桥。
在如上所述构成的混合动力车辆中,基于车速及油门开度等条件,算出应向车轮44传递的要求转矩,基于该计算结果,来控制发动机1、离合器11、第一电动发电机6、第二电动发电机9。将从发动机1输出的转矩向车轮传递时,使离合器11扣合。如此,曲轴2的动力(换言之转矩)经由输入轴5而向行星轮架21传递。
向行星轮架21传递的转矩经由冕状齿轮19、环状构件22、反转主动齿轮23、反转从动齿轮35、副轴34、最终驱动小齿轮36、差速器37而向车轮44传递,产生驱动力。另外,将发动机1的转矩向行星轮架21传递时,使第一电动发电机6作为发电机发挥作用,也能够将产生的电力向蓄电装置(未图示)充电。
此外,使第二电动发电机9作为电动机驱动,能够将其动力向动力合成机构7传递(作为驱动源发挥作用)。当第二电动发电机9的动力经由MG轴45向齿轮46传递时,齿轮46的转速被减速而向环状构件22传递。即,第二电动发电机9的转矩被放大而向动力合成机构7传递。如此,发动机1的动力及第二电动发电机9的动力向动力合成机构7输入而合成,合成后的动力向车轮44传递。即,动力合成机构7将发动机1的动力或第二电动发电机9的动力中的至少任一个向车轮44传递。
在本实施方式中,在此种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置100中,将停车时的向车辆的驱动轴的动力传递切断,且用于防止车辆的前进后退的停车装置50设置在MG轴45。尤其是本实施方式的停车装置50具备停车齿轮51和限制该停车齿轮51的先导离合器(卡定部)52,还具备用于将停车齿轮51与其旋转轴即MG轴45连结的停车机构53。
接下来,参照图2~4,详细地说明本实施方式的停车装置50。图2是表示包含停车装置50的MG轴45附近的简要结构的图,图3是以停车齿轮51与先导离合器52的扣合部分为中心从图2的上方表示图2所示的停车装置50的图,图4是表示图2所示的爪式制动器59的第二构件58的结构的立体图。
如图2、3所示,停车齿轮51由绕MG轴45的轴心沿周向配置的多个卡爪齿构成,卡爪齿分别以朝向轴线方向(图2、3中的右方)的方式配置。停车齿轮51在未被先导离合器52限制的状态下,由第二电动发电机9的驱动力、或在坡路等上由于车重而车轮44旋转因而从驱动轴侧受到的反作用力,而MG轴45进行旋转时,停车齿轮51与MG轴45连动进行旋转。
先导离合器52是在MG轴45的轴线方向上能够往复移动的棒状构件,其前端部52a与停车齿轮51对置地配置。在图2所示的例子中,先导离合器52固定设置在停车齿轮51的右方、变速驱动桥壳体4的内部。
先导离合器52通常时构成为处于其前端部52a未与停车齿轮51的卡爪齿接触的位置(图3的实线),未与停车齿轮51扣合。另一方面,在操作时(例如车辆的换挡位置处于停车的位置时),前端部52a向停车齿轮51侧(图2、3中的左侧)移动(伸出),成为插入到停车齿轮51的卡爪齿之间的状态(图3的虚线),将停车齿轮51卡定,而能够限制停车齿轮51的旋转。
先导离合器52例如图2、3所示那样可以作为由促动器52b(具体而言是线性螺线管、电动机驱动式螺纹结构等)驱动的结构,也可以与以往的停车杆同样地,是与驾驶员的齿轮操作连动而由手动来驱动的结构。另外,先导离合器52只要能够限制停车齿轮51的旋转即可,停车齿轮51与先导离合器52的位置关系也可以是图2、3所示的轴线方向以外。
停车机构53是用于将停车齿轮51与MG轴45连结的构件的集合体,具体而言,如图2所示,构成为包括:管(连结构件)54,在其一端部设有停车齿轮51;经由该管54而与停车齿轮51连结的驱动凸轮55;与该驱动凸轮55对置配置的从动凸轮56;爪式制动器(扣合部)59,由从动凸轮56的移动,使停车齿轮51与MG轴45和变速驱动桥壳体4扣合;及回位弹簧(施力构件)60,由从动凸轮56的移动,向从动凸轮56的移动方向的相反方向施力。
管54是绕MG轴45配置的筒状的构件,在设有停车齿轮51的一端部的轴向相反侧的另一端部与驱动凸轮55连结。另外,管54以从MG轴45的径向外侧覆盖停车机构53的各要素的方式进行配置。换言之,管54配置在MG轴45及停车机构53与第二电动发电机9之间。
驱动凸轮55在MG轴45的周围环状地配置。驱动凸轮55的轴向的一方(图2中的左侧)的面与限制构件62抵接,由该限制构件62限制轴向的移动。另外,在驱动凸轮55的与限制构件62抵接的面的相反侧(图2中的右侧)的面沿着周向设有凸轮面55a。
从动凸轮56与驱动凸轮55同样地在MG轴45的周围环状地配置。从动凸轮56也与驱动凸轮55同样地在轴向的一方的面(图2中的左侧)具备沿着周向的凸轮面56a,该凸轮面56a以与驱动凸轮55的凸轮面55a对置抵接的方式配置。即,驱动凸轮55和从动凸轮56构成通过各自的凸轮面55a、56a的抵接位置而变更相互间的距离的推力凸轮机构。
另外,从动凸轮56花键嵌合在MG轴45的外周面上,周向的移动被限制而能够与MG轴45一体旋转,并且能够沿着轴线方向滑动。
爪式制动器59包括具备多个卡爪齿57a的第一构件57和具备槽部58a的第二构件58,如图2所示,第一构件57的具备卡爪齿57a的面与第二构件58的具备槽部58a的面对置,全部的卡爪齿57a配置成能够与槽部58a同时嵌合。
爪式制动器59的第一构件57是环状的构件,且与从动凸轮56连结。更详细而言,如图2所示,花键嵌合在设置于从动凸轮56的凸轮面56a的轴向相反侧(图2中的右侧)的周面56b上。由此,第一构件57的周向的移动被限制而能够与从动凸轮56(及MG轴45)一体旋转,且能够在从动凸轮56的周面56b上沿轴线方向滑动。
另外,第一构件57在轴向的与第二构件58的对置面上具备用于与第二构件58扣合的多个卡爪齿57a。卡爪齿57a分别形成为例如沿着径向以一定宽度突出的形状(参照图6、7)。
在该第一构件57与从动凸轮56的轴线方向的间隙中配置有蝶形弹簧61。该蝶形弹簧61在使第一构件57的卡爪齿57a与第二构件58的槽部58a嵌合时作为轴向的缓冲机构发挥作用。更详细而言,在卡爪齿57a与槽部58a的相位不一致时,由于第一构件57从第二构件58承受的反作用力,蝶形弹簧61弯曲而吸收反作用力,在两者的相位一致时,通过蝶形弹簧61的作用力而将第一构件57压出,从而能够与第二构件58嵌合。另外,伴随着从动凸轮56的轴向的移动,蝶形弹簧61通过将自从动凸轮56承受的按压力向第一构件57传递,从而第一构件57也能够与从动凸轮56连动而向同方向移动。
爪式制动器59的第二构件58如图2所示连结固定于变速驱动桥壳体4,前端部形成有与第一构件57对置的面,如图4所示,在该面上设有多个槽部58a。该槽部58a的配置与第一构件57的卡爪齿57a的配置建立对应。
在爪式制动器59动作时,第一构件57的卡爪齿57a与第二构件58的槽部58a嵌合,由第一构件57的旋转引起的卡爪齿57a的周向的移动被固定于变速驱动桥壳体4的第二构件58的槽部58a卡定。
以从动凸轮56为中心而在驱动凸轮55的轴向相反侧(图2中的右侧),止动凸缘63固定设置在MG轴45的外周面上。在该止动凸缘63与从动凸轮56之间连结有回位弹簧(施力构件)60。止动凸缘63固定于MG轴45,另外从动凸轮56能够沿轴向滑动,因此随着从动凸轮56向止动凸缘63侧移动而两者的距离接近,回位弹簧60的收缩增加,朝向从动凸轮56的移动方向的相反方向产生的作用力也增大。
另外,在本实施方式中,如图2所示,第二电动发电机9的转子26与从MG轴45的外周面向径向外侧延伸的圆盘状的支承部69的外周端部连结。换言之,转子26从MG轴45的外周面向径向外侧离开配置。支承部69的轴向的宽度形成得比转子26的宽度小。通过此种结构,在转子26的径向内侧形成空间,停车机构53的至少一部分收容在该空间内,且配置在第二电动发电机9的转子26的径向内侧。在图2所示的例子中,管54的一部分(与驱动凸轮55连结的一侧的部分)、驱动凸轮55、从动凸轮56、蝶形弹簧61、爪式制动器59的第一构件57的一部分配置在第二电动发电机9的转子26的径向内侧。
接下来,参照图2、5,说明本实施方式的停车装置50的动作。图5是表示停车装置50动作时的停车装置50各部的位置关系的图。
在停车装置50未动作时,如图2所示,先导离合器52与停车齿轮51未扣合。此时,MG轴45通过第二电动发电机9、车重等被驱动而旋转时,与MG轴45花键嵌合的从动凸轮56和MG轴45一体旋转。由于从动凸轮56的旋转,经由与从动凸轮56的凸轮面56a抵接的凸轮面55a而驱动凸轮55也与MG轴45及从动凸轮56连动进行旋转。并且,通过该驱动凸轮55的旋转,与驱动凸轮55连结的管54、设置在该管54的端部的停车齿轮51也一体旋转。
当停车装置50动作时,如图5所示,先导离合器52与停车齿轮51嵌合,停车齿轮51的旋转被限制。因此,设有停车齿轮51的管54和与该管54连结的驱动凸轮55的旋转也受到限制。此时,由于与MG轴45花键嵌合的从动凸轮56如上所述与MG轴45一体旋转,因此在驱动凸轮55与从动凸轮56之间发生相对旋转。
由于该相对旋转,驱动凸轮55的凸轮面55a与从动凸轮56的凸轮面56a彼此按压。在此,驱动凸轮55通过限制构件62而轴向的移动受到限制,因此从动凸轮56自驱动凸轮55的凸轮面55a承受反作用力。从动凸轮56与MG轴45花键嵌合,能够在MG轴45的外周面上沿轴向滑动,因此该反作用力成为轴向的推力,而从动凸轮56向离开驱动凸轮55的方向(图中的右方)移动。
由于该从动凸轮56的移动,爪式制动器59的第一构件57经由蝶形弹簧61而承受向与从动凸轮56相同的方向移动的推力,与第二构件58接近,另外,配置在从动凸轮56与止动凸缘63之间的回位弹簧60收缩。
并且,如图5所示,由于爪式制动器59的第一构件57的轴向的移动,第一构件57的卡爪齿57a与爪式制动器59的第二构件58的槽部58a嵌合时,通过与变速驱动桥壳体4连结固定的第二构件58,将第一构件57卡定,与该第一构件57花键嵌合的从动凸轮56的旋转受到限制,其结果是,与从动凸轮56花键嵌合的MG轴45的旋转也受到限制。
此时,MG轴45经由爪式制动器59而与变速驱动桥壳体4连结,并经由从动凸轮56、驱动凸轮55、管54而与停车齿轮51及先导离合器52连结,因此由于限制MG轴45的旋转而产生的反作用力向变速驱动桥壳体4、停车齿轮51及先导离合器52分散传递。
接下来,说明本实施方式的停车装置50的作用效果。
在本实施方式的停车装置50中,驱动凸轮55与停车齿轮51连结而绕MG轴45配置,从动凸轮56以能够与MG轴45一体旋转的方式绕MG轴45设置。从动凸轮56在通过先导离合器52将停车齿轮51卡定时在从动凸轮56与驱动凸轮55之间产生相对旋转,从而从动凸轮56能够沿MG轴45的轴线方向移动。此外,爪式制动器59在从动凸轮56的移动的作用下,使停车齿轮51与MG轴45和收容该停车装置50的变速驱动桥壳体4扣合。
通过此种结构,利用先导离合器52将停车齿轮51卡定时,即停车装置50动作时,从动凸轮56沿MG轴45的轴线方向移动,通过该从动凸轮56的移动而爪式制动器59动作,停车齿轮51与MG轴45和变速驱动桥壳体4扣合。此时,由于停车齿轮51和变速驱动桥壳体4被固定,因此与它们扣合的MG轴45的旋转被限制,由此产生反作用力,但该反作用力从MG轴45向停车齿轮51及变速驱动桥壳体4这双方分散传递。因此,在使停车装置50动作时,能够减小从MG轴45向停车齿轮51、先导离合器52传递的反作用力,其结果是,能够抑制动作时的冲击载荷,能够实现停车装置50的小型化。另外,能够抑制停车齿轮51、先导离合器52的受到的冲击载荷,因此能够提高耐久性。
另外,在本实施方式的停车装置50中,回位弹簧60至少通过从动凸轮56的移动而向从动凸轮56的移动方向的相反方向施力。通过该结构,在停车装置50动作时,能够将从动凸轮56的轴向移动产生的动能的一部分蓄积于回位弹簧60,由此减少动能而减轻爪式制动器59的动作时的冲击,能够抑制MG轴45与停车齿轮51及变速驱动桥壳体4连结时产生的冲击载荷。其结果是,能够更进一步提高爪式制动器59、停车齿轮51、先导离合器52的停车装置50的各部件的耐久性。另外,能够减轻车辆停止时的冲击。
另外,在本实施方式的停车装置50中,驱动凸轮55、从动凸轮56及爪式制动器59中的至少一部分配置在第二电动发电机9的转子26的径向内侧。通过该结构,能够将第二电动发电机9和停车装置50的一部分绕MG轴45重叠配置,因此能够抑制变速驱动桥(变速驱动桥壳体4)的体积的增加。
另外,在本实施方式的停车装置50中,管54从转子26的径向内侧向转子26的轴向外侧延伸,并将驱动凸轮55和停车齿轮51连结。通过该结构,由于管54配置在MG轴45与第二电动发电机9之间,因此能够利用管54来屏蔽来自轴心侧的泄漏的油。由此,能够抑制从轴心侧泄漏的油侵入第二电动发电机9的转子26与定子25的径向的间隙,能够减少油侵入时可产生的搅拌引起的转矩损失。另外,若调整管54的形状,则能够任意变更停车齿轮51及先导离合器52与停车机构53的位置关系,因此提高停车齿轮51及先导离合器52的变速驱动桥内的配置的自由度。
另外,在本实施方式的停车装置50中,在从动凸轮56与爪式制动器59之间具备蝶形弹簧61。由于该结构,在由于从动凸轮56的移动而爪式制动器59动作时,即使在卡爪齿57a与槽部58a之间存在相位差的情况下,蝶形弹簧61也在两者的相位一致之前蓄积接触力,作为轴向的缓冲机构发挥作用,因此能够使爪式制动器59顺畅地动作。
[第一实施方式的变形例]
接下来,参照图6、7,说明本实施方式的变形例。图6是表示本实施方式的第一变形例的爪式制动器59的第一构件57的结构的立体图,图7是表示本实施方式的第二变形例中的爪式制动器59的第一构件57的结构的立体图。
在上述实施方式中,蝶形弹簧61作为爪式制动器59的轴向的缓冲机构发挥作用,但此外也可如图6所示,分别在爪式制动器59的第一构件57的卡爪齿57a的周向的两侧配置板簧64。该板簧64作为吸收在与第二构件58扣合时卡爪齿57a承受的周向的冲击的周向的缓冲机构发挥作用。
将板簧64作为周向的缓冲机构适用时,爪式制动器59的第一构件57如图6所示对于多个卡爪齿57a的每一个单独分割,分别能够在从动凸轮56的周面56b上沿周向移动。
通过此种结构,能够在爪式制动器59动作时,板簧64吸收卡爪齿57a由于其与槽部58a接触而承受的周向的冲击,使卡爪齿57a相对于槽部58a沿周向相对旋转并将卡爪齿57a压入到槽部58a的深处,因此能够可靠地使卡爪齿57a与槽部58a嵌合。另外,能够减少卡爪齿57a与槽部58a的表面压力,因此能够提高爪式制动器59的强度。
另外,在上述的第一变形例中,例示了蝶形弹簧61作为爪式制动器59的轴向的缓冲机构,并例示了板簧64作为周向的缓冲机构,但只要能够作为缓冲机构发挥作用也可以置换成其他的单元。例如图7所示,也可以构成为在从动凸轮56与爪式制动器59的第一构件57的各卡爪齿57a的径向及轴向之间一体地配置有弹性体65。该弹性体65通过加硫粘接等将从动凸轮56和爪式制动器59的第一构件57的各卡爪齿57a一体地结合。通过该结构,缓冲机构的形成变得容易,可实现低成本化。
[第二实施方式]
接下来,参照图8、9,说明本发明的第二实施方式。图8是表示包含第二实施方式的停车装置50a的MG轴45附近的简要结构的图,图9是表示停车装置50a动作时的停车装置50a各部的位置关系的图。本实施方式的停车装置50a与第一实施方式的停车装置50的不同之处在于,取代爪式制动器59而适用摩擦式制动器70作为通过从动凸轮56的移动来使停车齿轮51与MG轴45和收容该停车装置50a的变速驱动桥壳体4扣合的扣合部这一点。
如图8所示,摩擦式制动器70是停车机构53a的一要素,包括摩擦体67、止动凸缘63、及从动凸轮56的端面56c。
摩擦体67如图8所示与变速驱动桥壳体4连结而被固定,摩擦体67的前端部67a形成为具有与止动凸缘63及从动凸轮56的端面56c分别对置的两面的圆环形状。在该摩擦体67的前端部67a的两面分别固定设置有圆环状的摩擦件68a、68b。摩擦体67的前端部67a的固定设置有摩擦件68a的面与从动凸轮56的端面56c对置,固定设置有摩擦件68b的面与止动凸缘63对置。
从动凸轮56在凸轮面56a的轴向相反侧(图8中的右侧)具备端面56c。并且,在该从动凸轮56的端面56c与止动凸缘63之间配置有摩擦体67的前端部67a。
在停车装置50a动作时,如图9所示,由于在驱动凸轮55与从动凸轮56之间产生的相对旋转,而从动凸轮56自驱动凸轮55的凸轮面55a承受反作用力,该反作用力成为轴向的推力而从动凸轮56向远离驱动凸轮55的方向(图中的右方)移动。
通过该从动凸轮56的移动,从动凸轮56的端面56c接近摩擦体67,另外,配置在从动凸轮56与止动凸缘63之间的回位弹簧60收缩。并且,当从动凸轮56的端面56c与摩擦体67的摩擦件68a抵接时,在从动凸轮56的按压力的作用下,摩擦体67的摩擦件68b接近止动凸缘63,马上会抵接。其结果是,通过从动凸轮56的端面56c和止动凸缘63从两面夹持摩擦体67,由于从动凸轮56的端面56a与摩擦件68a之间的摩擦力、止动凸缘63与摩擦件68b之间的摩擦力,从动凸轮56、摩擦体67、止动凸缘63一体地连结扣合。
通过此种结构,利用先导离合器52将停车齿轮51卡定时,即,停车装置50a动作时,从动凸轮56沿MG轴45的轴线方向移动,由于该从动凸轮56的移动,摩擦式制动器70动作,而停车齿轮51与MG轴45和变速驱动桥壳体4扣合。此时,停车齿轮51及变速驱动桥壳体4被固定,因此与它们扣合的MG轴45的旋转受到限制,由此产生反作用力,但该反作用力从MG轴45向停车齿轮51及变速驱动桥壳体4这双方分散传递。因此,在使停车装置50a动作时,能够减小从MG轴45向停车齿轮51、先导离合器52传递的反作用力,其结果是,能够抑制动作时的冲击载荷,能够实现停车装置50a的小型化。另外,能够抑制停车齿轮51、先导离合器52承受的冲击载荷,因此能够提高耐久性。
进而,通过如此适用摩擦式制动器70,在摩擦式制动器70的动作时无需考虑要素间的相位偏差,因此无需设置缓冲机构等,能够简化结构。
以上,关于本发明,表示优选的实施方式而进行了说明,但本发明并未限定于这些实施方式。管54的形状可以是上述实施方式以外的形状,也可以是例如图10所示,进一步向第二电动发电机9的定子25侧延伸,从管54向径向外侧设置多个突起部66。该突起部66例如可以沿着管54的外缘端的周向等间隔地配置而形成为放射状形状。通过该结构,进入到管54内的油在离心力的作用下从突起部66飞出,能够溅油至线圈端部内径或外径,因此第二电动发电机9的油冷成为可能。另外,由于搅拌损失减少和冷却性提高,可实现基于第二电动发电机9的行驶距离延长、高负载行驶能力的提高。

Claims (11)

1.一种停车装置,用于混合动力车辆,该混合动力车辆构成为单独具有传递发动机的驱动力的输入轴和传递旋转电机的驱动力的旋转电机轴,并将来自所述输入轴或所述旋转电机轴的驱动力向驱动轴传递,所述停车装置的特征在于,具备:
停车齿轮;
在操作时将停车齿轮卡定的卡定部;
与所述停车齿轮连结而绕所述旋转电机轴配置的驱动凸轮;
从动凸轮,以能够与所述旋转电机轴一体旋转的方式绕所述旋转电机轴设置,通过所述卡定部将所述停车齿轮卡定时,由于在所述从动凸轮与所述驱动凸轮之间产生的相对旋转,所述从动凸轮能够沿着所述旋转电机轴的轴线方向移动;及
扣合部,通过所述从动凸轮的移动而使所述停车齿轮与所述旋转电机轴和收容该停车装置的壳体扣合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
具备至少通过所述从动凸轮的移动而向所述从动凸轮的移动方向的相反方向施力的施力构件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
所述驱动凸轮、所述从动凸轮及所述扣合部中的至少一部分配置在所述旋转电机的转子的径向内侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
所述驱动凸轮、所述从动凸轮及所述扣合部中的至少一部分配置在所述旋转电机的转子的径向内侧。
5.根据权利要求3所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
具备将所述驱动凸轮和所述停车齿轮连结并从所述转子的径向内侧向所述转子的轴向外侧延伸的连结构件。
6.根据权利要求4所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
具备将所述驱动凸轮和所述停车齿轮连结并从所述转子的径向内侧向所述转子的轴向外侧延伸的连结构件。
7.根据权利要求5所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
在所述连结构件的径向外侧设有多个突起部。
8.根据权利要求6所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
在所述连结构件的径向外侧设有多个突起部。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
所述扣合部是爪式制动器,
在所述从动凸轮与所述爪式制动器之间具备轴向的缓冲机构。
10.根据权利要求9所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
在所述爪式制动器具备周向的缓冲机构。
11.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的停车装置,其特征在于,
所述扣合部是爪式制动器,
在所述从动凸轮与所述爪式制动器的径向及轴向之间一体地配置有弹性体。
