Description
Claims (13)
- ポリオレフィンとポリ乳酸の、部分的に混和性のブレンドを含む第1層を押出す工程と、
上記第1層に細孔を形成するために、上記第1層を20℃〜30℃の温度で延伸する工程と、
を備えたシートの形成方法。 - 上記第1層を延伸する前に、上記第1層の第1側に第2層を押し出す工程をさらに備え、上記第2層が、実質的に非多孔質のポリオレフィンと酸素捕捉剤を含むとともに、上記第1層の上記第1側に位置する第1側を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記第1層を延伸する前に、上記第2層の上記第1側と反対側の第2側に、第3層を押出す工程をさらに備え、
上記第3層がポリオレフィンとポリ乳酸の多孔質のブレンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 上記第1層のポリオレフィンがポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンの1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1,2,3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記第1層が酸素捕捉剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記酸素捕捉剤が、シリカゲル、分子ふるい、活性炭または鉄の1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2,3,5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記ポリオレフィンとポリ乳酸のブレンド重量比が、5:95〜95:5であることを特徴とする、請求項1または6に記載の方法。
- 上記第1層が、容量で2%〜90%の細孔を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または7に記載の方法。
- 上記第1層のポリ乳酸が実質的にアモルファスであることを特徴とする請求項1または8に記載の方法。
- 上記第1層が単相層を含み、上記延伸により形成される上記第1層の細孔が実質的に均一であり、上記第1層が気体酸素と水蒸気の透過を許容することを特徴とする請求項1または9に記載の方法。
- 上記酸素吸収剤が、上記シートの合計配合量の10重量%〜50重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項2,3,5,6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記第1層が775〜10,000cc・mil/(100in 2 ・day・atm)の酸素透過率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または10に記載の方法。
- 上記延伸されたシートの厚さは、25ミクロン〜250ミクロンであることを特徴とする、請求項1または12に記載の方法。
