Description
図4(A)は、本実施の形態に係るタッチパネルの分解図である。図4(B)は、図4(A)のB−B線の断面図である。図4(B)は、図4(A)のタッチパネルを反転させた状態(即ち、操作面が最下位置にある状態)を示す。
本実施の形態は、非接着膜18が形成される位置が第1の実施の形態と異なる。以下、主として第1の実施の形態と異なる特徴について説明する。

Claims (7)
- 外部に引き出される配線が接続された本体部と、
加飾印刷が施されたシート部材と、
前記本体部に前記シート部材を接着すると共に前記シート部材と同一の大きさである接着剤と、
前記接着剤と前記配線との間に形成される非接着膜と
を備えることを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 前記非接着膜は、非接着剤を含有したインクを前記接着剤に印刷すること、又は当該インクを前記接着剤に吹き付けることによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記非接着膜は、前記配線と対向する接着剤上の領域を含む、前記接着剤の外周部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記非接着膜の膜厚は、3〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル。
- シート部材に加飾印刷を施す工程と、
前記加飾印刷が施されたシート部材に接着剤を貼り合わせる工程と、
タッチパネルの本体部に接続される配線と対向する前記接着剤の位置に非接着膜を形成する工程と、
前記非接着膜が形成されたシート部材を所望の形状に切断する工程と、
当該切断されたシート部材を前記本体部に貼り付ける工程と備えるタッチパネルの製造方法。 - シート部材に加飾印刷を施す工程と、
タッチパネルの本体部に接続される配線と対向する前記加飾印刷上に非接着膜を形成する工程と、
前記非接着膜が形成されたシート部材に接着剤を貼り合わせる工程と、
前記接着剤が貼り合わされたシート部材を所望の形状に切断する工程と、
当該切断されたシート部材を前記本体部に貼り付ける工程と備えるタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記非接着膜は、非接着剤を含有したインクを前記接着剤に印刷すること、又は当該インクを前記接着剤に吹き付けることによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。
