Description
実施形態1に係る配線装置1は、図3に示すように、露出ボックス2と、露出ボックス2に固定された2台の配線器具4,4とを備えている。本実施形態の配線器具4は、一方がコンセント41であり、他方がコンセント41の通電のオンオフを切り替えるスイッチ42である。なお、下記の説明中に記載する上下左右および前後の向きは、それぞれ図中に示した直交座標の向きに対応する。
実施形態2に係る配線装置1は、図11に示すように、ケーブル44を保持する保持部(上側保持部材5、ベース部31の下面部312)を露出ボックス2に備えている点で、実施形態1に係る配線装置1(図3参照)と相違する。なお、実施形態1の配線装置1と同様の構成要素については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (8)
- 造営面に取り付けられる箱体を備え、
前記箱体は、配線器具に接続される電線が収納される収納部を有し、
前記箱体には、前記配線器具に前記電線が接続されるように当該電線が挿通される挿通部が形成され、
前記箱体は、
前記配線器具に設けられたパッキンが取り付けられるパッキン取付部と、
前記造営面に取り付けるための取付部を含み背面側に設けられたベース部と、
各々が前記配線器具を固定する複数の器具固定部を含み前記ベース部とは別体のカバー部とを有し、
前記パッキン取付部は、前記挿通部の周囲に設けられ、
前記ベース部および前記カバー部は、当該ベース部と当該カバー部とを接合するねじ取付部を含み、
前記ねじ取付部は、前記パッキン取付部の内側に設けられている
ことを特徴とする露出ボックス。 - 前記複数の器具固定部に固定される前記配線器具は、コンセントと、当該コンセントの通電のオンオフを切り替えるスイッチとであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の露出ボックス。
- 前記箱体は、前記電線を外部から前記収納部へ引き込むために当該箱体の背面に設けられた第1の電線引き込み部と、前記電線を外部から前記収納部へ引き込むために当該箱体の前記背面とは異なる他の面に設けられた第2の電線引き込み部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の露出ボックス。
- 前記ベース部は、前記第1の電線引き込み部および前記第2の電線引き込み部を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の露出ボックス。
- 前記箱体の少なくとも上面に設けられ、前記コンセントに差し込まれるプラグに接続されているケーブルが巻かれる保持部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の露出ボックス。
- 前記ベース部は、前記第1の電線引き込み部を複数有するとともに、前記第1の電線引き込み部の各々の周囲に、当該ベース部と前記造営面との間に挿入されるパッキンが取り付けられる背面側パッキン取付部を有することを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の露出ボックス。
- 前記配線器具は、当該配線器具を前記箱体に固定するための一対の取付孔が上下方向に形成された取付枠を有し、
前記複数の器具固定部の各々は、前記箱体において上下方向に設けられ前記取付枠の前記取付孔とともにねじが挿通される一対の孔部であり、前記配線器具を露出して固定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の露出ボックス。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の露出ボックスと、
前記露出ボックスに固定される複数の配線器具と
を備えることを特徴とする配線装置。
