Description
以下、図面を参照して本発明の第1実施例に係る軸流送風機を詳細に説明する。図1Aは、第1実施例の軸流送風機1の正面側斜視図であり、図1Bは、第1実施例の軸流送風機1の背面側斜視図である。

次に、本発明の第2実施例に係る直列型軸流送風機(二重反転式軸流送風機)を詳細に説明する。図7Aは、第2実施例の直列型軸流送風機を吸気側から見た斜視図であり、図7Bは、第2実施例の直列型軸流送風機を吐出側から見た斜視図である。図8は、第2実施例の直列型軸流送風機の断面図である。なお、本実施例の形態を説明する際、上述した実施例と同一の構成要素は原則として同一の符号を付すようにし、その繰り返しの説明は可能な限り省略する。
Claims (3)
- 風洞を備えるハウジングと、
前記風洞内に配置され、複数のブレードを備えるインペラと、
前記インペラが固定された回転軸を有し、且つ前記ハウジングに固定されたモータと、
を備え、
前記回転軸を中心とする仮想円筒面で前記ブレードを切断したときの断面における前記ブレードの弦と、前記回転軸に対して垂直な面とのなす角度を取付角度と定義したとき、前記ブレードは、前記ブレードの内径側部分と外径側部分との間に、前記内径側部分の取付角度以上で且つ前記外径側部分の取付角度より大きい取付角度を有する中間部分を備え、
前記中間部分は、前記外径側部分の前記弦の長さに対して72%〜75%の弦の長さになる部分を含むことを特徴とする軸流送風機。 - 請求項1に記載の軸流送風機を複数備え、前記複数の軸流送風機を前記回転軸の軸方向に直列に接続したことを特徴とする直列型軸流送風機。
- 吸気側に配置された前記軸流送風機における前記中間部分の前記取付角度は、吐出側に配置された前記軸流送風機における前記中間部分の前記取付角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直列型軸流送風機。
