Description
Claims (7)
- 筒状の固定子に対して軸方向の相対変位を許容された可動子が挿入されて、該可動子が該固定子に取り付けられるハウジングに対して支持ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されていると共に、それら固定子と可動子が、通電によって磁界を生じるコイルを備えたコイル部材と、該コイルが生じる磁界の作用で該コイル部材に対して相対変位するアーマチャとの各一方を備えている防振用電磁式アクチュエータにおいて、
前記ハウジングが筒状の周壁部を備えており、前記固定子が該周壁部の内周に配されていると共に、該周壁部と該固定子の軸直角方向間に隙間が設けられて、該固定子が該ハウジングに対する軸直角方向の相対変位によって前記可動子と位置合わせされた状態で該ハウジングに取り付けられていることを特徴とする防振用電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 前記可動子に対して軸直角方向で位置合わせされた前記固定子が、前記ハウジングに対して軸直角方向で相対変位不能に固定されている請求項1に記載の防振用電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジングが有底カップ形状とされていると共に、前記支持ゴム弾性体には支持金具が固着されており、該支持金具が該ハウジングに固定されている一方、前記可動子に対して軸直角方向に位置合わせされた前記固定子が該ハウジングの底壁部と該支持金具との間で軸方向に挟持されて該ハウジングに対して軸直角方向で相対変位不能に固定されている請求項2に記載の防振用電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 前記可動子には前記支持ゴム弾性体に固着された出力部材が挿通されており、該可動子の該出力部材に対する軸方向位置を調整可能とする位置調整手段が設けられている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の防振用電磁式アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載された防振用電磁式アクチュエータの製造方法であって、
前記固定子を前記ハウジングの前記周壁部の内周に配して、該固定子を前記可動子に対して軸直角方向で位置合わせする位置合わせ工程と、
該可動子に対して軸直角方向で位置決めされた該固定子を該ハウジングに対して軸直角方向で相対変位不能に固定する固定工程と
を、有することを特徴とする防振用電磁式アクチュエータの製造方法。 - 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されていると共に、壁部の一部が本体ゴム弾性体で構成された流体室が形成されており、該流体室には非圧縮性流体封入されていると共に、該流体室の壁部の他の一部が加振部材で構成されて、該加振部材には請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載された防振用電磁式アクチュエータの前記可動子が取り付けられて、該防振用電磁式アクチュエータの発生加振力が該加振部材によって該流体室に及ぼされるようにされていることを特徴とする能動型流体封入式防振装置。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載された防振用電磁式アクチュエータの前記ハウジングが制振対象部材に取り付けられるようになっていると共に、前記固定子と前記可動子が前記支持ゴム弾性体によって相互に弾性連結されていることを特徴とする能動型制振装置。
