Claims (3)
- 磁性体からなるハウジング(32)の底壁(32b)に支持される固定コア(33)と,この固定コア(33)にエアギャップ(g)を介して対置されて可動部材(20)を駆動する可動コア(53)と,これら固定及び可動コア(33,53)を囲繞して前記ハウジング(32)に支持されるボビン(38)にコイル(39)を巻装してなるコイル組立体(34)と,このコイル組立体(34)の内側に配設されて前記可動コア(53)を摺動自在に支承する筒状の軸受部材(50)とを備える電磁式アクチュエータにおいて,
前記底壁(32b)と協働して前記コイル組立体(34)を保持する第1ヨーク(35)を前記ハウジング(32)に連設すると共に,この第1ヨーク(35)に前記軸受部材(50)を嵌合し,この軸受部材(50)の一端に形成された外向きフランジ(50b)を支える支持部(36)を前記底壁(32b)に設け,この支持部(36)に向かって前記外向きフランジ(50b)を付勢するセットばね(52)を前記外向きフランジ(50b)及び前記第1ヨーク(35)間に縮設し,前記軸受部材(50)及び可動コア(53)の互いに対向する両摺動面の少なくとも一方にフッ素樹脂の低摩擦材被膜(68)を形成したことを特徴とする電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1記載の電磁式アクチュエータにおいて,
前記低摩擦材被膜(68)を,前記軸受部材(50)及び可動コア(53)の互いに対向する両摺動面に形成したことを特徴とする電磁式アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電磁式アクチュエータにおいて,
前記低摩擦材被膜(68)を,前記軸受部材(50)の内外周全面に形成したことを特徴とする電磁式アクチュエータ。
