Description
また、粘度が高い場合には、分散処理後に空気を除去するのに長時間を要するという問題もある。さらに、空気を多く含む粉体は、みかけ密度が小さいため、供給速度が上げられないという問題もある。
本発明に係る循環式分散システムは、前記タンク装置と、出口側が前記タンク装置に接続され混合物を分散処理する連続型の分散装置と、前記混合物を循環させる循環ポンプと、前記分散装置、前記タンク装置及び前記循環ポンプを直列的に接続する配管とを備え、前記混合物を循環させながら分散する。
本発明に係る分散方法は、スラリー状又は液体状の処理原料をタンク装置のタンク本体に貯蔵するとともに該処理原料に混合する粉状の添加物を供給して分散する分散方法において、前記タンク本体に一体となるように設けられるスクリュー式粉体供給装置の粉体供給部先端が前記タンク本体内の混合物中に挿入された状態で、前記タンク本体内の処理原料に前記添加物を供給して分散し、前記添加物を供給して分散する際に、前記タンク装置に設けた攪拌機により、前記タンク本体内の処理原料及び添加物からなる混合物を攪拌するとともに、前記攪拌機の攪拌羽根が、前記タンク本体の底面と所定の隙間を有して配置される底部撹拌部と、前記タンク本体の液面と所定の隙間を有して配置される液面撹拌部と、前記液面撹拌部より下方側に配置され、前記粉体供給部先端と所定の隙間を有して配置される粉体掻き出し部とを備え、前記粉体供給部先端から前記タンク本体内の処理原料液中に供給された添加物粉体を掻き出しながら分散する。

Claims (9)
- スラリー状又は液体状の処理原料を貯蔵するとともに該処理原料に混合する粉状の添加物を供給するタンク装置において、
前記処理原料を貯蔵するタンク本体と、
前記タンク本体に一体となるように設けられ、前記タンク本体内の処理原料に前記添加物を供給するスクリュー式粉体供給装置と、
前記タンク本体内の処理原料及び添加物からなる混合物を攪拌する攪拌機とを備え、
前記スクリュー式粉体供給装置の粉体供給部先端が前記タンク本体内の混合物中に挿入されており、
前記攪拌機の攪拌羽根が、前記タンク本体の底面と所定の隙間を有して配置される底部撹拌部と、前記タンク本体内の液面と所定の隙間を有して配置される液面撹拌部と、前記液面撹拌部より下方側に配置され、前記粉体供給部先端と所定の隙間を有して配置されて前記粉体供給部先端から前記タンク本体内の処理原料液中に供給された添加物粉体を掻き出す粉体掻き出し部とを備える、
タンク装置。 - 前記スクリュー式粉体供給装置は、粉体に含まれる空気を脱気する脱気装置を有する
請求項1記載のタンク装置。 - さらに、前記タンク本体内部を減圧する減圧ポンプを備える
請求項1記載のタンク装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3の内いずれか1項に記載のタンク装置と、
出口側が前記タンク装置に接続され混合物を分散処理する連続型の分散装置と、
前記混合物を循環させる循環ポンプと、
前記分散装置、前記タンク装置及び前記循環ポンプを直列的に接続する配管とを備え、
前記混合物を循環させながら分散させる
循環式分散システム。 - 前記連続型の分散装置に被処理混合物を注入する被処理混合物注入機をさらに備え、
前記連続型の分散装置は、前記配管内に配置された管継手により前記タンク装置及び前記循環ポンプとの接続を解除可能とされ、かつ、前記被処理混合物注入機に接続可能とされ、
前記被処理混合物注入機は、前記連続型の分散装置に接続された際に、前記分散装置に被処理混合物を注入する
請求項4記載の循環式分散システム。 - スラリー状又は液体状の処理原料をタンク装置のタンク本体に貯蔵するとともに該処理原料に混合する粉状の添加物を供給して分散する分散方法において、
前記タンク本体に一体となるように設けられるスクリュー式粉体供給装置の粉体供給部先端が前記タンク本体内の混合物中に挿入された状態で、前記タンク本体内の処理原料に前記添加物を供給して分散し、
前記添加物を供給して分散する際に、前記タンク装置に設けた攪拌機により、前記タンク本体内の処理原料及び添加物からなる混合物を攪拌するとともに、前記攪拌機の攪拌羽根が、前記タンク本体の底面と所定の隙間を有して配置される底部撹拌部と、前記タンク本体の液面と所定の隙間を有して配置される液面撹拌部と、前記液面撹拌部より下方側に配置され、前記粉体供給部先端と所定の隙間を有して配置される粉体掻き出し部とを備え、前記粉体供給部先端から前記タンク本体内の処理原料液中に供給された添加物粉体を掻き出しながら分散する
分散方法。 - 前記添加物を供給する際に、粉体に含まれる空気を脱気する

前記タンク装置のタンク本体に一体となるように設けられるスクリュー式粉体供給装置の粉体供給部先端が前記タンク本体内の混合物中に挿入された状態で、前記タンク本体内の処理原料に前記添加物を供給して分散し、
前記添加物を供給して分散する際に、前記タンク装置に設けた攪拌機により、前記タンク本体内の処理原料及び添加物からなる混合物を攪拌するとともに、前記攪拌機の攪拌羽根が、前記タンク本体の底面と所定の隙間を有して配置される底部撹拌部と、前記タンク本体の液面と所定の隙間を有して配置される液面撹拌部と、前記液面撹拌部より下方側に配置され、前記粉体供給部先端と所定の隙間を有して配置される粉体掻き出し部とを備え、前記粉体供給部先端から前記タンク本体内の処理原料液中に供給された添加物粉体を掻き出しながら分散する
