Claims (6)
- 上部に便座を固定する一方、底部にヒータを敷設した箱状のケーシングの内部に、前後方向に間隔をおいて回転自在に支持した複数本の回転軸にそれぞれ軸心方向に設定間隔をおいて固定された複数枚の多角形状回転板及び隣接する回転板間に配設された固定板からなる屎尿分離装置、駆動ローラ及び従動ローラに巻回された無端状ベルトからなる搬送コンベア、搬送コンベアの幅をおいて回転自在に支持された金網状のドラム本体の内部にドラムヒータを備えるとともに、ドラム本体間の略下半部外周面を覆う樋からなる乾燥ドラムを順に配設し、また、屎尿分離装置の下方に尿を収容する第1回収容器を出し入れ自在に配置するとともに、乾燥ドラムの下方に乾燥した固形物を収容する第2回収容器を出し入れ自在に配置してなり、屎尿を屎尿分離装置によって分離して尿を第1回収容器に収容し、ヒータを介して蒸発させる一方、屎やトイレットペーパ等の固形物を屎尿分離装置及び搬送コンベアを介して乾燥ドラムに搬送し、ドラムヒータを介して加熱させるとともに、乾燥ドラムを間欠的に回転させて網目を通して第2回収容器に収容し、ヒータを介して乾燥させることを特徴とする無水トイレ。
- 請求項1に記載の無水トイレにおいて、前記屎尿分離装置の前方を遮蔽する前方コンベアを配設するとともに、屎尿分離装置及び搬送コンベアの左右側方をそれぞれ遮蔽する側方コンベアを配設することを特徴とする無水トイレ。
- 請求項2に記載の無水トイレにおいて、前記ケーシングに、屎尿分離装置に対面する側の前方コンベアのベルト及び左右の側方コンベアのベルトにそれぞれ接触してスキージとして機能するフレームを設けることを特徴とする無水トイレ。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の無水トイレにおいて、前記ケーシングに該ケーシング内の空気を吸引する排気ファンが付設されることを特徴とする無水トイレ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の無水トイレにおいて、前記ケーシングに紫外線照射ランプを付設することを特徴とする無水トイレ。
- 簡易ハウスの床下空間にファンヒータ、尿タンク及び蓄電池を配設するとともに、屋根に太陽電池モジュールを搭載する一方、簡易ハウス内に無水トイレを設置して構成され、前記無水トイレは、上部に便座を固定する一方、箱状のケーシングの内部に、前後方向に間隔をおいて回転自在に支持した複数本の回転軸にそれぞれ軸心方向に設定間隔をおいて固定された複数枚の多角形状回転板及び隣接する回転板間に配設された固定板からなる屎尿分離装置、駆動ローラ及び従動ローラに巻回された無端状ベルトからなる搬送コンベア、搬送コンベアの幅をおいて回転自在に支持された金網状のドラム本体を備えるとともに、ドラム本体間の略下半部外周面を覆う樋からなる乾燥ドラムを順に配設し、乾燥ドラムの下方に乾燥した固形物を収容する回収容器を出し入れ自在に配置してなり、太陽電池モジュールを介して発電された電気を蓄電池に貯えて屎尿分離装置、搬送コンベア及び乾燥ドラムの電源に利用するとともに、屎尿を屎尿分離装置によって分離して尿を尿タンクに回収する一方、屎やトイレットペーパ等の固形物を屎尿分離装置及び搬送コンベアを介して乾燥ドラムに搬送し、ファンヒータから供給される加熱空気を介して加熱するとともに、乾燥ドラムを間欠的に回転させて網目を通して回収容器に収容することを特徴とする移動トイレ。
