近年来,市场上出现了一类不需要使用水进行冲洗的无水免冲马桶,无水马桶的出现和应用有效的解决了冲水马桶对供排水的依赖问题,使在水资源贫乏地区设置和推广马桶成为可能。但是,由于不使用水体对马桶进行冲洗,而无水马桶又暂时未能做到百分百清洁,马桶内往往会存在一些残留的大便,未能彻底清除的大便残留在马桶内便会产生恶臭,因此仅采用马桶面盖封盖马桶主体来隔断臭气的臭气隔绝方式,往往不能达到完全阻断臭气溢出的目的;并且,马桶面板封盖马桶主体时,马桶主体内的臭气上行会污染马桶面板,久而久之马桶面板朝向马桶主体的壁面上便会凝结污垢,使用马桶时,翻开的马桶面板便有可能弄脏使用者的衣物,给使用者带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无水隔臭马桶及移动式无水厕所,旨在解决现有技术中的无水马桶容易出现臭气外溢及臭气污染马桶面板的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种无水隔臭马桶,包括:
马桶主体,马桶主体内设置有用于容纳大便和小便的便槽;
马桶面板,马桶面板封盖于马桶主体上,马桶面板的一端固定有面板转轴,马桶面板通过面板转轴与马桶主体转动连接;
隔臭装置,隔臭装置包括安装于马桶主体内的便槽隔板和移动驱动组件,便槽隔板封盖于便槽的上方且便槽隔板的四周边缘部均与马桶主体的内壁抵接,移动驱动组件与便槽隔板连接并用于驱动便槽隔板在马桶主体内作伸缩移动以打开或关闭便槽。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的无水隔臭马桶,其在马桶主体的内部设置有隔臭装置,该隔臭装置包括安装在马桶主体内的便槽隔板和驱动便槽隔板在马桶主体内伸缩移动的移动驱动组件,便槽隔板封盖在便槽的上方并且其周侧边缘与马桶主体的内壁抵接,马桶闲置未被使用时,便槽隔板封盖在便槽上方,臭气被便槽隔板隔绝在便槽内而不能继续上行,这样,便槽隔板的设置就在马桶面板的基础上增设了一道隔绝臭气外溢的屏障,减小了臭气外溢的可能性,提高了无水隔臭马桶的隔绝臭气的能力;并且,在马桶面板和便槽之间增设便槽隔板,臭气无法穿过便槽隔板而与马桶面板相接触,如此,由于臭气不能与马桶面板直接接触,所以其更不会在马桶面板上形成凝结的臭气污垢,从而通过增设便槽隔板也能够有效的保证马桶面板的清洁度,避免臭气污染马桶面板影响使用者的正常使用;而当使用者使用马桶时,启动移动驱动组件控制驱动便槽隔板相对马桶主体移动,便可打开便槽,即使用马桶如厕时,移动驱动组件驱动便槽隔板相对马桶主体水平横向移动并被收容于马桶主体的后方,从而能够确保便槽隔板的设置不会对马桶的正常使用造成影响,在保证马桶正常使 用的基础上对臭气进行有效的隔绝。
本发明的另一技术方案是:一种移动式无水厕所,包括移动装载支架和上述的无水隔臭马桶,无水隔臭马桶的马桶主体安装于移动装载支架上。
本发明的移动式无水厕所,由于使用了上述的无水隔臭马桶,大大减少了马桶内外溢进入厕所空间的臭气的量,提高了厕所的整体清洁度,更好的提升了用户体验;并且,将无水隔臭马桶安装于移动装载支架上,通过移动装载支架便可改变厕所的设置位置,对于占用社会土地资源或是规划设置不合理的公共厕所等通过移动即可变更位置,而无需对已经建好的厕所进行拆除,能够有效的实现对社会公共资源的合理化利用。

如图1~21所示,本发明实施例提供了一种无水隔臭马桶100,包括:马桶主体10、马桶面板60和隔臭装置70;马桶主体10内设置有用于容纳大便和小便的便槽101;马桶面板60封盖于马桶主体10上,马桶面板60的一端固定有面板转轴61,马桶面板60通过面板转轴61与马桶主体10转动连接;隔臭装置70包括安装于马桶主体10内的便槽隔板71和移动驱动组件72,便槽隔板71封盖于便槽101的上方,且便槽隔板71的四周边缘部均与马桶主体10的内壁抵接,移动驱动组件72与便槽隔板71连接并用于驱动便槽隔板71在马桶主体10内作伸缩移动以打开或关闭便槽101。
本发明实施例的无水隔臭马桶100,如图1~10所示,其马桶主体10的内部设置有隔臭装置70,该隔臭装置70包括安装在马桶主体10内的便槽隔板71和驱动便槽隔板71在马桶主体10内伸缩移动的移动驱动组件72,便槽隔板71封盖在便槽101的上方并且其四周边缘部均与马桶主体10的内壁抵接, 马桶闲置未被使用时,便槽隔板71封盖在便槽101的上方,便槽101内的臭气被便槽隔板71隔绝而不能继续上行,这样,便槽隔板71的设置相当于在马桶面板60的基础上增设了一道隔绝臭气外溢的屏障,减小了马桶主体10内臭气外溢的可能性,提高了无水隔臭马桶100隔绝臭气的能力;并且,在马桶面板60和便槽101之间增设便槽隔板71,臭气无法穿过便槽隔板71而与马桶面板60相接触,如此,由于臭气不能与马桶面板60直接接触,便不会在马桶面板60上形成凝结的臭气污垢,因此,通过增设便槽隔板71也能够有效的保证马桶面板60的清洁度,避免臭气污染马桶面板60影响使用者的正常使用;而当使用者使用马桶时,启动移动驱动组件72控制驱动便槽隔板71相对马桶主体10移动,便可打开便槽101,即使用马桶如厕时,移动驱动组件72驱动便槽隔板71相对马桶主体10水平横向移动并被收容于马桶主体10的后方,从而确保便槽隔板71的设置不会对马桶的正常使用造成影响,在保证马桶正常使用的基础上对臭气进行有效的隔绝。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图1~4所示,移动驱动组件72包括传动齿轮组721和齿轮驱动电机722,便槽隔板71上设置有沿便槽隔板71移动方向布置的传动齿条711,传动齿条711与传动齿轮组721啮合连接,齿轮驱动电机722与传动齿轮组721驱动连接,齿轮驱动电机722用于驱动传动齿轮组721旋转并带动便槽隔板71移动以打开或关闭便槽101。
具体地,当使用马桶如厕时,使用者打开马桶面板60的同时,启动齿轮驱动电机722,电机旋转带动传动齿轮组721转动,传动齿轮组721将转矩通过传动齿条711传递给便槽隔板71,并驱动便槽隔板71相对马桶主体10移动打开便槽101,并且,当便槽101打开时,便槽隔板71收容至设置于马桶主体10的后侧,如收容于马桶主体10后侧的置物箱14内,如图5和图9所示,这样,便槽隔板71的设置便不会对马桶的正常使用产生影响。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图1和图4所示,移动驱动组件72还包括用于驱动马桶面板60相对马桶主体10转动的弧齿件723,弧齿件723的第一端 与面板转轴61固定连接,弧齿件723的第二端与传动齿轮组721啮合连接;弧齿件723的第二端具有相对设置的第一转动定位部7231和第二转动定位部7232,马桶面板60封盖马桶主体10,且弧齿件723于第一转动定位部7231处与传动齿轮组721啮合连接,马桶面板60绕面板转轴61转动打开马桶主体10,且弧齿件723于第二转动定位部7232处与传动齿轮组721啮合连接。
具体地,由于传动齿轮组721还与固定于面板转轴61一端的弧齿件723啮合连接,传动齿轮组721将转矩传递给传动齿条711的同时将转矩同步传递给弧齿件723,并驱动弧齿件723从第一转动定位部7231转动至第二转动定位部7232,从而打开马桶面板60。也就是说,使用者使用马桶如厕时,启动齿轮驱动电机722,传动齿轮组721驱动弧齿件723运动并带动马桶面板60相对马桶主体10旋转90°,传动齿轮组721同步驱动传动齿条711运动并带动便槽隔板71同步移动并被收容至后方的置物箱14内,即,翻转马桶面板60打开马桶主体10的同时,便槽101被同步打开,此时,使用者便可正常使用马桶;反之,如厕完毕后,启动齿轮驱动电机722反转并带动传动齿条711及弧齿件723反向运动,如此,便可使便槽隔板71复位封盖便槽101隔臭,如图6~8所示。通过设置弧齿件723和传动齿条711与传动齿轮组721同步啮合,启动齿轮驱动电机722便可同步打开马桶主体10和便槽101,一步操作到位,不会出现忘记打开便槽101的情况。此外,手动翻转马桶面板60也能带动便槽隔板71运动。
更具体地,如图1和图4所示,传动齿轮组721包括多个啮合连接的齿轮,各个齿轮逐级传递转矩,此处,对齿轮的具体数量不做唯一限定,设计时,在满足将齿轮驱动电机722的转矩同时传递给传动齿条711和弧齿件723的条件下,可以根据实际情况进行设计。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图1~6和图9所示,便槽101包括分别用于容纳小便和大便且独立设置的小便槽12和大便槽11,便槽隔板71包括小便槽隔板712和大便槽隔板713;小便槽隔板712设置于小便槽12的上方,且小便槽 隔板712的四周边缘部均与马桶主体10的内壁抵接,大便槽隔板713设置于大便槽11和小便槽隔板712之间并与小便槽隔板712固定连接;传动齿条711设置于小便槽隔板712上,齿轮驱动电机722用于驱动小便槽隔板712移动以打开或关闭小便槽12和大便槽11,即控制小便槽隔板712移动即可同步打开大便槽11和小便槽12,操作连贯性更强。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图1~4和图7所示,隔臭装置70还包括安装于马桶主体10内且避让开便槽101设置的支撑架73,小便槽隔板712安装于支撑架73上并能够相对支撑架73滑行移动,传动齿轮组721安装于支撑架73的侧部;安装马桶时,先将支撑架73固定至马桶主体10内,随后再将便槽隔板71、齿轮驱动电机722和传动齿轮组721分别安装于支撑架73上即可,隔臭装置70的拆装过程简单,马桶的检修和维护更加方便。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图2和图3所示,小便槽隔板712与支撑架73相接触的位置设置有用于使小便槽12能够相对支撑架73水平滑行移动的滑动连接结构731,滑动连接结构731包括滑槽7311和卡设于滑槽7311内的滑轨7312;滑槽7311平行设置于支撑架73的相对两侧边部,滑轨7312凸设于小便槽隔板712上并与两滑槽7311的位置相对应;或者,滑轨7312平行设置于支撑架73的相对两侧边部,滑槽7311设置于小便槽隔板712上并与两滑轨7312的位置相对应;通过设置滑轨7312在对应的滑槽7311内滑行移动,即可使便槽隔板71相对马桶主体10作伸缩移动。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图3所示,小便槽隔板712的上设置有上悬吊臂7121,大便槽隔板713上设置有下连接臂7131,下连接臂7131与上悬吊臂7121连接以用于将大便槽隔板713固定连接于小便槽隔板712上,即大便槽隔板713与小便槽隔板712通过上悬吊臂7121和下连接臂7131装配连接,大便槽隔板713能够与小便槽隔板712拆分,更加方便清理和维护。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图5和图18所示,无水隔臭马桶100还包括臭气抽除机构90,马桶主体10内开设有用于排放臭气的排气口91,臭气抽除 机构90包括用于将马桶主体10内的臭气抽除的抽气机92,抽气机92设置于马桶主体10外或者设置于马桶主体10后方的置物箱14内,抽气机92通过抽气管路与排气口91相连通;排气口91开设于马桶主体10的内侧壁上,且排气口91位于便槽隔板71的下方便槽101。在马桶主体10内开设排气口91,并设置臭气抽除机构90与排气口91相连通,使用马桶之前,先启动抽气机92工作将马桶主体10内积存的臭气抽除,避免马桶面板60打开时臭气外溢,影响用户体验。
具体地,用于排放臭气的排气口91可以设置在大便槽11的侧壁上,也可以设置小便槽12的侧壁上,即排气口91的开设位置可以根据实际情况进行设置,只要满足排气口91内不会进入大便或小便、更不会被大便或小便堵塞,即排气口91能够正常畅通排气即可。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图7~9和图13~18所示,无水隔臭马桶100还包括小便存储装置30、大便存储装置20、大便清理装置40和控制装置50,大便槽11开设有大便排放口111;小便存储装置30与小便槽12相连通用并用于收集和存储小便;大便存储装置20与大便排放口111相连通用并用于收集和存储大便;大便清理装置40用于驱使大便槽11内的大便经大便排放口111转移输送至大便存储装置20内;控制装置50设置于马桶主体10之外且无水隔臭马桶100的各个电动部件均与控制装置50电性连接。
具体地,该隔臭无水隔臭马桶100设置有大便清理装置40,大便清理装置40能够将大便槽11内的大便通过大便排放口111转移输送至大便存储装置20内,大便的整个转移及输送过程在无水状态下进行,即不需要使用水体冲洗便可将马桶主体10内的排泄物清理出去,能够节约水资源,并且也能够减小马桶设置和使用对配套给排水设施的需求,即使在水资源匮乏或是供水不便的户外地区,马桶也仍然能够得到推广和普及。此外,该无水隔臭马桶100还设置有小便存储装置30和大便存储装置20,其马桶主体10设置有独立收集、容纳小便和大便的小便槽12和大便槽11,小便槽12与小便存储装置30相连通, 大便槽11与大便存储装置20相连通,如厕时,小便经小便槽12收集后被输送至小便存储装置30内,大便则经大便槽11收集后被输送至大便存储装置20内,这样,从排泄的源头将大便和小便进行分离,回收的小便可直接用于农业灌溉,大便经无害化处理后也可用作农业肥料;如此,小便和大便的分散收集及处置,减小了需要无害化处理的排泄污染物的体积,减轻了对排泄污染物集中处理的处理负荷,使得马桶成为环境友好型卫生器具产品,表现出良好的应用和推广前景。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图7~9和图13~17所示,大便清理装置40包括压便机构41,压便机构41包括设置于大便槽11内的大便推板411和设置于大便槽11外并与控制装置50电性连接的推板驱动器412,大便推板411的四周侧边部均与大便槽11的内壁抵接,推板驱动器412与大便推板411连接并用于驱动大便推板411从大便槽11的一端移动至另一端以将大便槽11内的大便推至大便排放口111。
具体地,如图9、14和图15所示,本实施例的大便槽11为规则的敞口箱式结构,且大便槽11的相对的两侧边部设置有两个连接耳112,连接耳112与马桶主体10固定连接,从而将大便槽11固定安装在马桶主体10内。
更具体地,如图7~9所示,本实施例的大便推板411为规则的矩形板状结构,且当大便推板411的四周侧边部与大便槽11的内壁抵接,即大便推板411与马桶主体10的内壁之间不存在间隙,如此,当大便推板411推动大便向大便排放口111移动时,能够保证大便始终位于大便推板411朝向大便排放口111的一侧,而不会被挤压至大便推板411背离大便排放口111的另一侧,从而确保将大便槽11内的大便全部推送至大便排放口111。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图7~9和图13~16所示,大便清理装置40还包括设置于大便槽11外的第一附件固定板44,推板驱动器412为推板驱动气缸,推板驱动气缸的缸体安装于第一附件固定板44上,推板驱动气缸的活塞杆4121与大便推板411相连接。如厕完成后,启动推板驱动气缸运转,此时, 气缸的活塞杆4121便会推动大便推板411将大便推送至大便排放口111,随后活塞杆4121再将大便推板411拉动复位,根据大便槽11内大便的转移情况可以启动推板驱动气缸驱动大便推板411往复移动多次,以确保将大便槽11内的大便全部推送至大便排放口111并经大便排放口111排放出大便槽11。具体地,当大便推板411不执行推便操作时,其位于与大便排放口111相对的一端并紧贴大便槽11的后侧壁,以避免大便窜入大便推板411背离大便排放口111的一侧而无法被推送至大便排放口111。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图13~16所示,大便清理装置40还包括用于将大便槽11内的大便经大便排放口111输送至大便存储装置20内的输便机构42,输便机构42包括输便管421、输便螺旋杆422和与控制装置50电性连接的螺旋杆驱动器423;输便管421连通大便排放口111和大便存储装置20,输便螺旋杆422设置于输便管421内且输便螺旋杆422的旋进方向与大便的排出方向相同,螺旋杆驱动器423安装于输便管421外并用于驱动输便螺旋杆422旋转以将进入输便弯管段4212内的大便排出;输便管421包括顺次相连的输便直管段4211和输便弯管段4212,输便直管段4211与大便排放口111垂直相连,输便弯管段4212与输便直管段4211垂直相连,输便螺旋杆422安装于输便弯管段4212内。
如厕后,压便机构41将大便推送至大便排放口111,大便经由大便排放口111先进入输便直管段4211内,启动螺旋杆驱动器423,螺旋杆驱动器423驱动安装于输便弯管段4212内的输便螺旋杆422旋转,将进入输便弯管段4212内的大便排入大便存储装置20内。
具体地,如图16所示,输便直管段4211的入口端设置有锥状收集口,输便直管段4211通过锥状收集口与大便排放口111相连通,以确保大便排放口111内的大便能够快速准确的进入输便管421内。
更具体地,如图13~16所示,大便清理装置40还包括设置于大便槽11外的第二附件固定板45,螺旋杆驱动器423安装于第二附件固定板45上,第二 附件固定板45与马桶主体10固定连接,从而固定螺旋杆驱动器423;第二附件固定板45上开设有第一连接孔451和第二连接孔452,第二附件固定板45设置于大便槽11的下方,输便直管段4211设置于大便槽11和第二附件固定板45之间,输便弯管段4212固定于第二附件固定板45背离大便槽11的下底面,输便直管段4211穿过第一连接孔451后与输便弯管段4212连接;螺旋杆驱动器423通过传动链条4231与输便螺旋杆422连接,输便螺旋杆422的一端延伸出输便弯管段4212且固定有传动齿轮,传动链条4231穿过第二连接孔452后与传动齿轮啮合连接,输送大便时,固定于第一附件固定板44上的螺旋杆驱动器423启动,并通过传动链条4231将旋转动力传递给输便螺旋杆422,输便螺旋杆422受力转动从而将大便从输便弯管段4212内排出。
由于大便存储器21通过输便管421与大便槽11空气相同,而设置输便弯管段4212与输便直管段4211垂直相连,大便存储装置20内的臭气需要穿过输便弯管段4212和输便直管段4211才能进入大便槽11内,能够一定程度的阻挡臭气,减少其上行进入大便槽11的量。而在输便弯管段4212内设置旋转方向与大便排出方向一致的输便螺旋杆422,则是为了保证大便在输便弯管段4212内输送的顺畅性,避免大便在输便弯管段4212内出现淤堵。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图8、图15和图18所示,大便清理装置40还包括压力气冲机构,压力气冲机构包括气冲喷头461和与控制装置50电性连接的空气压缩机462,气冲喷头461固定于大便推板411上,且大便推板411移动至大便排放口111时气冲喷头461正对大便排放口111,空气压缩机462设置于大便槽11外并通过空气输送管路与气冲喷头461相连通。在大便推板411朝向大便排放口111的位置处设置气冲喷头461,当大便推板411将大便推送至大便排放口111时,启动空气压缩机462压缩空气,气冲喷头461朝大便排放口111喷射高压气流,加速大便的掉落速度,并且还能将粘附于大便推板411上的大便冲落,为更好的将大便清理出大便槽11提供进一步的保障。
需要指出的是,上述的气冲喷头461可以直接安装固定在大便推板411上, 其还可以安装于马桶主体10内的其他正对大便排放口111设置的结构上,如可以安装在大便槽隔板713正对大便排放口111的位置处,即,设计时可以根据马桶的实际使用情况来设置气冲喷头461,只要确保其能在排便时能正对大便排放口111即可,此处对其具体的设置位置不做唯一限定。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图19~21所示,增设了防臭阀芯25,所述大便槽11包括便槽壁S1和设置于所述大便槽11底部的大便排放口111,所述便槽壁S1呈漏斗状且坡向所述大便排放口111设置;所述压力气冲机构包括气冲喷头461和与所述控制装置50电性连接的空气压缩机462,所述气冲喷头461设于大便槽11顶部,所述空气压缩机462设置于所述大便槽11外,所述气冲喷头461均正对所述便槽壁S1设置从而使所述气冲喷头461喷出的气体冲刷所述便槽壁S1的内表面,所述空气压缩机462通过空气输送管路与所述气冲喷头461相连通。
使用本无水马桶时,大便容纳收集于大便槽11内,如厕完成后,启动空气压缩机462,空气压缩机462产生高压气体并从各气冲喷头461喷出,各个气冲喷头461分别对准便槽壁S1的各个部分进行喷气冲刷,从而将黏附在便槽壁S1上的大便冲落,并且,由于便槽壁S1呈锥形漏斗状坡向大便槽排放口设置,如此,被高压气体冲落的大便会直接掉落至大便排放口211;这样,通过启动空气压缩机462即可将排放进入大便槽11内的大便及时的清理出大便槽11,完成在无水状态下对马桶主体10内大便的及时清理,大便清理装置40结构简单,清理过程快速、高效、无损;此外,采用气冲方式清理大便,无需在大便槽内设置清理大便的具体结构,不存在大便二次黏附于排便结构的问题,大便清理更加彻底。
可以理解的是,本实用新型实施例的无水马桶的大便清理装置40,其不仅可以用于无水马桶中,其还能够应用于普通的冲水马桶及蹲便器中。
在本实施例中,排便时,气冲喷头461可以设置成间隔式启停冲刷,比如冲刷1s、停顿2s、在冲刷2s、停顿2s等,对便槽壁S1进行间隔冲刷,既能够 保证大便的冲刷排放效果,同时还能节省喷头冲刷时的耗能量。当然,在一些另外的实施例中,气冲喷头461也可以连续进行冲刷,此处不做唯一限定。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图5和图7~9所示,大便清理装置40还包括压便润滑机构,压便润滑机构包括润滑剂喷头431、润滑剂存储罐(未示出)和用于将润滑剂存储罐内的润滑剂抽送至润滑剂喷头431处的润滑剂输送泵(未示出);润滑剂喷头431固定于大便推板411上且朝向大便排放口111设置,润滑剂存储罐通过润滑剂输送管路与润滑剂喷头431相连通,润滑剂存储罐和润滑剂输送泵均设置于马桶主体10外,且润滑剂输送泵与控制装置50电性连接。大便推板411将大便推送进入大便排放口111后,启动压便润滑机构,润滑剂输送泵将润滑剂存储管内的润滑剂泵送至润滑剂喷头431处并经由喷头喷出,通过向大便槽11内喷洒润滑剂,一方面能够减小大便和大便槽11之间的粘附力,降低大便附着在大便槽11及大便推板411的量,尽可能的将大便全部排出;另一方面,润滑剂中还可以添加部分杀菌消毒的溶液,在提高润滑度的同时对大便槽11进行杀菌消毒,提高大便槽11的清洁度。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图7~9和图13~16所示,大便由上述的压便机构41和输便机构42输送至大便存储装置20内,具体地,大便存储装置20包括设置于马桶主体10下方且用于收集和存储大便的大便存储器21和设置于大便存储器21和马桶主体10之间的除臭吸附层22,输便弯管段4212的出口端穿出马桶主体10并延伸至大便存储器21内,输便弯管段4212穿出马桶主体10的部分位于除臭吸附层22内。在马桶主体10和大便存储器21之间设置除臭吸附层22,并且将输便管421埋设在除臭吸附层22内,利用除臭吸附层22吸附从输便管421接口处溢出的臭气,减少臭气的外溢。具体地,除臭吸附层22内填充有如活性炭等的吸附剂,输便管421埋设于吸附剂内。
当大便存储器21内的储满大便后,需要对大便存储器21内的大便进行集中处理,一般地,可以采用肥料回收维护车(一种可以电动抽取大小便的工具车)将大便存储器21内的大便抽取出来并对其进行转移或就地处置。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图7~12所示,大便存储器21的侧边一角位置处开设有用于将大便存储器21内的大便集中排放的大便排放接口211,大便排放接口211的位置处设置有与控制装置50电性连接的排便阀门214,如排便球阀等,排放大便时,开启排便球阀并将肥料回收维护车的用于抽取大便的管道与大便排放接口211相连即可;大便存储器21内设置有排便推板212和与控制装置50电性连接的推板驱动机构213,排便推板212的四周侧边部均与大便存储器21的内壁抵接,推板驱动机构213与排便推板212连接并用于驱动排便推板212从大便存储器21的一端移动至另一端,以用于将大便存储器21内的大便推至大便排放接口211,通过设置排便推板212将大便存储器21内的大便集中推送至大便排放接口211所在的位置处,能够提高大大便的抽除效率,保证大便被尽可能全部抽取出去。具体地,推板驱动机构213包括排便丝杆2131、丝杆螺母2132和与控制装置50电性连接的丝杆驱动电机2133,排便丝杆2131与排便推板212垂直相连,丝杆螺母2132和丝杆驱动电机2133均安装于大便存储器21与大便排放接口211相对的一侧,丝杆驱动电机2133与排便丝杆2131连接并驱动排便丝杆2131相对丝杆螺母2132转动以推动排便推板212在大便存储器21内往复移动,即设置丝杆驱动器来驱动大便推板411移动。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图7~12所示,小便存储装置30包括设置于马桶主体10下方且用于收集和存储小便的小便存储器31,小便槽12内开设有小便排放口121,且小便排放口121通过导尿管122与小便存储器31相连通;即,小便槽12内的尿液通过导尿管122被输送至小便存储器31内。并且,导尿管122穿出马桶主体10的部分设置于除臭吸附层22的上方,利用除臭吸附层22内的吸附剂吸附接口处外溢的臭气。
具体地,小便存储器31的侧边一角位置处开设有用于将小便存储器31内的小便集中排放的小便排放接口311,小便排放接口311的位置处设置有控制装置50电性连接的排尿阀门312,如排尿球阀等,排放小便时,开启排尿阀门312并将肥料回收维护车的用于抽取小便的管道与小便排放接口311相连即可。
具体地,本实施例的小便槽储装置30内还可以设置尿液浓缩机构、尿液回收机构等的尿液处理机构,设置这些尿液处理机构一方面能够减少需要存储的尿液的体积,延长尿液存储器31的存储时间,另一方面还能够将尿液中的水分进行回收,回收的水消毒处理后能够存储至润滑剂存储罐内,用于压便润滑,或者也可以做其他用途。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图7~12所示,小便存储器31与大便存储器21并排设置,并且,大便存储器21内的排便丝杆2131从大便存储器21穿出并伸入小便存储器31内,这样,小便存储器31提供了排便丝杆2131在驱动过程中所需要的活动空间,能够减少不必要的空间浪费,使无水隔臭马桶100整个结构的布局更加紧凑。另外,在小便存储器31的背离大便存储器21的侧边位置处设置有止退行程开关313,在大便槽11存储器的背离小便槽12存储器的侧边位置处设置有止进行程开关216,其中,止退行程开关313用于感知排便丝杆2131的后退位置,避免排便丝杆2131碰撞小便存储器31的侧壁,止进行程开关216则用于感知排便推板212的前进位置,避免排便推板212碰撞大便存储器21的侧壁。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图1、7和图9所示,无水隔臭马桶100还包括马桶清洁消毒机构80,马桶清洁消毒机构80包括小便槽清洁消毒喷头81、大便槽清洁消毒喷头(未示出)、清洁消毒剂存储罐82及用于将清洁消毒剂存储罐82内的清洁消毒剂输送至小便槽清洁消毒喷头81和大便槽清洁消毒喷头处的清洁消毒剂输送泵83;小便槽清洁消毒喷头81安装于小便槽隔板712上且正对小便槽12设置,大便槽清洁消毒喷头安装于大便槽隔板713上且正对大便槽11设置,清洁消毒剂存储罐82通过清洁消毒剂输送管路与小便槽清洁消毒喷头81和大便槽清洁消毒喷头相连通,清洁消毒剂存储罐82和清洁消毒剂输送泵83均设置于马桶主体10外,或者,清洁消毒剂存储罐82和清洁消毒剂输送泵83也可均设置于马桶主体10后方的置物箱14内,且清洁消毒剂输送泵83与控制装置50电性连接。其中,大便槽清洁消毒喷头沿大便槽11 的长度方向横向设置于大便槽隔板713朝向大便槽11的下底面,并且,其具体的排布形式以及设置数量的多少此处均不作限定,以大便槽清洁消毒喷头喷洒出的清洁消毒剂能够对整个大便槽11进行清洁消毒即可。
具体地,在马桶主体10内部的大便槽隔板713和小便槽隔板712上分别设置大便槽清洁消毒喷头和小便槽清洁消毒喷头81,当马桶面板60封盖马桶主体10,大便槽隔板713和小便槽隔板712盖设在大便槽11和小便槽12上时,大便槽清洁消毒喷头朝向大便槽11设置,小便槽清洁消毒喷头81朝向小便槽12设置;需要清理大便槽11、小便槽12时,启动清洁消毒剂输送泵83,清洁消毒剂便从清洁消毒剂存储罐82内被输送至大便槽清洁消毒喷头和小便槽清洁消毒喷头81处,大便槽清洁消毒喷头和小便槽清洁消毒喷头81分别向对应的大便槽11和小便槽12喷洒清洁消毒剂,喷射出去的清洁消毒剂不仅能够起到杀菌消毒的作用,其还能将粘附在大便槽11、小便槽12的壁面上的残留排泄物冲落,对马桶起到很好的清洁作用,无需人为清理便可有效改善马桶的清洁度,有助于提升用户体验;并且,大便槽清洁消毒喷头和小便槽清洁消毒喷头81均安装在便槽隔板71上,而便槽隔板71能够在马桶主体10内伸缩移动,当使用马桶时,启动移动驱动组件72的齿轮驱动电机722控制驱动便槽隔板71相对马桶主体10移动,并将大便槽隔板713、小便槽隔板712连同大便槽清洁消毒喷头和小便槽清洁消毒喷头81一起收容至马桶主体10的后方,从而能够确保马桶清洁消毒机构80的设置不会对马桶的正常使用造成影响。
在本发明的一实施例中,清洁消毒剂优选为次氯酸消毒溶液或者洁厕灵溶液,其中,次氯酸溶液用于对大便槽11和小便槽12进行杀菌消毒,洁厕灵溶液用于清洁大便槽11和小便槽12。当然,此处的清洁消毒剂还可以使用其他的杀菌溶液或者清洁溶液,此处不做具体限定。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图17所示,无水隔臭马桶100还包括人体传感器(未示出)、电源(未示出)和控制电源开启/关闭的电源开关(未示出),无水隔臭马桶100的各个电动部件均与电源电性连接,电源开关与控制装置50 通讯连接;人体传感器安装于马桶主体10的外表面,用于感知是否有使用者靠近马桶主体10,同时还用于感知使用者如厕完成后是否离开,并将感知到的信息反馈给控制装置50。
具体地,上述的控制装置50优选为目前技术比较成熟的单片机、PLC控制装置或者计算机,对无水隔臭马桶100各个电动部件的具体控制可以按照控制和使用需求进行设定或编辑的程序进行。
在本发明的一实施例中,如图8~12所示,大便排放接口211处还设置有大便满载感知橡胶皮碗217和排便传感器215,小便排放接口311处还设置有小便满载感知橡胶皮碗314和排尿传感器315,排便传感器215和排尿传感器315均与控制装置50通讯连接。当小便存储器31内的小便装满后,小便存储器31内会产生一定的压力,此时,压力压迫小便满载感知橡胶皮碗314向背离小便槽12的前方延伸并与对应的第一挡块(未示出)相接触,此时,排尿传感器315感知这一接触信息,并将该接触信息反馈给控制装置50,控制装置50接收到排尿传感器315发出的信号后,控制电源开关不再被启动;同样地,当大便存储器21内的大便装满后,大便存储器21内产生的压力会迫使大便满载感知橡胶皮碗217向背离大便槽11的后方延伸并与对应的第二挡块(未示出)相接触,此时,排便传感器215感知这一接触信息,并将该接触信息反馈给控制装置50,控制装置50接收到排便传感器215发出的信号后,控制电源开关不再被启动。如此,无水隔臭马桶100处于停用状态,待将满载的大便或小便清理后,小便满载感知橡胶皮碗314与第一挡块脱离,大便满载感知橡胶皮碗217与第二挡块脱离,此时,对应的排尿传感器315或排便传感器215将脱离信息反馈给控制装置50,控制装置50控制电源恢复至待启动状态,无水隔臭马桶100可被正常使用。为确保无水隔臭马桶100不会频繁处于停用状态,因此,需要对大便存储器21和小便存储器31的存储空间进行合理的设计,如尿液体积较大,则将小便存储器31的存储体积设计的稍大一些,尽可能保证大便存储器21和小便存储器31同时进行满载排便。
本发明实施例还提供了一种使用上述的无水隔臭马桶100的方法,请参照图7~12以及图17和18所示对本方法进行理解,该方法的具体步骤如下:
步骤1:使用者打开电源开关给无水隔臭马桶100的各个电动部件通电,控制装置50控制启动抽气机92启动运行,抽气机92将马桶主体10内留存的臭气抽除;
步骤2:控制装置50控制启动齿轮驱动电机722,电机运转驱动马桶面板60相对马桶主体10旋转90°打开马桶主体10,同时,驱动便槽隔板71连同小便槽清洁消毒喷头81和大便槽清洁消毒喷头收容至置物箱14内;
步骤3:如厕完成后,使用者离开,人体传感器感应到使用者离开马桶主体10的信息并将该信息反馈给控制装置50,控制装置50控制齿轮驱动电机722反转,马桶面板60相对马桶主体10反向旋转90°关闭马桶主体10,同时,便槽隔板71连同大便槽清洁消毒喷头和小便槽清洁消毒喷头81从置物箱14内伸出至马桶主体10内,同时,小便通过导尿管122排入小便存储器31内;
步骤4:控制装置50控制启动推板驱动气缸驱动大便推板411在大便槽11内往复移动,将大便槽11内的大便推送至大便排放口111,控制装置50控制空气压缩机462运行,气冲喷头461朝大便排放口111喷气将大便冲入输便管421内,同时,控制装置50控制启动螺旋杆驱动器423启动,螺旋杆驱动器423带动输便螺旋杆422旋转将输便管421内的大便输送至大便存储器21内;
步骤5:重复步骤4,同时,控制装置50控制润滑剂输送泵启动,润滑剂喷头431朝大便槽11喷洒润滑剂,将粘附于大便槽11内的大便推入输便管421内;
步骤6:控制装置50控制清洁消毒剂输送泵83启动,大便槽清洁消毒喷头和小便槽清洁消毒喷头81分别朝大便槽11、小便槽12喷洒清洁消毒剂,对大便槽11及小便槽12进行杀菌消毒,喷头喷洒工作执行2~4次,一次喷洒时间约为3s;
步骤7:清洁工作完成,控制装置50控制关闭电源,无水隔臭马桶100闲置等待下一次使用。
步骤8:大便存储器21和小便存储器31满载需要对存储器内的大便、小便进行清楚处理,将肥料回收维护车用于抽取大便/小便的管道分别连接至大便排放接口211/小便排放接口311,控制装置50控制排便阀门214/排尿阀门312打开,此时,控制装置50控制丝杆驱动电机2133启动,排便丝杆2131驱动排便推板212运动并将大便推送至大便排放接口211处,排便工作完成,排便推板212复位,丝杆驱动电机2133停止工作,排便/排尿工作完成,大便存储器21/小便存储器31重新收集存储大便/小便等待下一次满载清除工作。
本发明实施例还提供一种移动式无水厕所,如图17和图18所示,包括移动装载支架200和上述的无水隔臭马桶100,无水隔臭马桶100的马桶主体10安装于移动装载支架200上。如图18所示,无水隔臭马桶100安装于移动装载支架200上,支架底部四角位置处均设置有锁扣万向轮201。
本发明实施例的移动式无水厕所,由于使用了上述的无水隔臭马桶100,大大减少了马桶内外溢进入厕所空间的臭气的量,提高了厕所的整体清洁度,更好的提升了用户体验;并且,将无水隔臭马桶100安装于移动装载支架200上,通过移动移动装载支架200便可改变厕所的设置位置,对于占用社会土地资源或是规划设置不合理的公共厕所等通过移动即可变更位置,无需对已经建好的厕所进行拆除,能够有效的实现对社会公共资源的合理化利用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于:包括:
    马桶主体,所述马桶主体内设置有用于容纳大便和小便的便槽;
    马桶面板,所述马桶面板封盖于所述马桶主体上,所述马桶面板的一端固定有面板转轴,所述马桶面板通过所述面板转轴与所述马桶主体转动连接;
    隔臭装置,所述隔臭装置包括安装于所述马桶主体内的便槽隔板和移动驱动组件,所述便槽隔板封盖于所述便槽的上方,且所述便槽隔板的四周边缘部均与所述马桶主体的内壁抵接,所述移动驱动组件与所述便槽隔板连接并用于驱动所述便槽隔板在所述马桶主体内作伸缩移动以打开或关闭所述便槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于:所述移动驱动组件包括传动齿轮组和齿轮驱动电机,所述便槽隔板上设置有沿所述便槽隔板移动方向布置的传动齿条,所述传动齿条与所述传动齿轮组啮合连接,所述齿轮驱动电机与所述传动齿轮组驱动连接,所述齿轮驱动电机用于驱动所述传动齿轮组旋转并带动所述便槽隔板移动以打开或关闭所述便槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于:
    所述移动驱动组件还包括用于驱动所述马桶面板相对所述马桶主体转动的弧齿件,所述弧齿件的第一端与所述面板转轴固定连接,所述弧齿件的第二端与所述传动齿轮组啮合连接;
    所述弧齿件的第二端具有相对设置的第一转动定位部和第二转动定位部,所述马桶面板封盖所述马桶主体,且所述弧齿件于所述第一转动定位部处与所述传动齿轮组啮合连接,所述马桶面板绕所述面板转轴转动打开所述马桶主体,且所述弧齿件于所述第二转动定位部处与所述传动齿轮组啮合连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于:所述便槽包括分别用于容纳小便和大便且独立设置的小便槽和大便槽,所述便槽隔板包括小便槽隔板和大便槽隔板;所述小便槽隔板设置于所述小便槽的上方,且所述小便槽 臭隔板的四周边缘部均与所述马桶主体的内壁抵接,所述大便槽隔板设置于所述大便槽和所述小便槽隔板之间并与所述小便槽隔板固定连接;所述传动齿条设置于所述小便槽隔板上,所述齿轮驱动电机用于驱动所述小便槽隔板移动以打开或关闭所述小便槽和所述大便槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于:所述隔臭装置还包括安装于所述马桶主体内且避让开所述便槽设置的支撑架,所述小便槽隔板安装于所述支撑架上并能够相对所述支撑架滑行移动,所述传动齿轮组安装于所述支撑架的侧部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于,所述小便槽隔板与所述支撑架相接触的部位设置有用于使所述小便槽能够相对所述支撑架水平滑行移动的滑动连接结构,所述滑动连接结构包括滑槽和卡设于所述滑槽内的滑块;所述滑槽平行设置于所述支撑架的相对两侧边部,所述滑块凸设于所述小便槽隔板上并与两所述滑槽的位置相对应;或者,所述滑块平行设置于所述支撑架的相对两侧边部,所述滑槽设置于所述小便槽隔板上并与两所述滑块的位置相对应。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于:所述小便槽隔板上设置有上悬吊臂,所述大便槽隔板上设置有下连接臂,所述下连接臂与所述上悬吊臂连接以用于将所述大便槽隔板固定连接于所述小便槽隔板上。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于:
    所述无水隔臭马桶还包括臭气抽除机构,所述马桶主体内开设有用于排放臭气的排气口,所述臭气抽除机构包括用于将马桶主体内的臭气抽除的抽气机,所述抽气机设置于所述马桶主体外并通过抽气管路与所述排气口相连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的无水隔臭马桶,其特征在于:所述排气口开设于所述马桶主体的内侧壁上,所述排气口位于所述便槽隔板的下方。
  10. 一种移动式无水厕所,其特征在于:包括移动装载支架和权利要求1~9任一项所述的无水隔臭马桶,所述马桶主体安装于所述移动装载支架上。
