Abstract

一种基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,包括坐便器本体(1),分别与坐便器本体(1)相连的大便处理器(14)和尿液处理器(16),坐便器本体(1)内前端设有尿斗(2),坐便器本体(1)大便入口下方设有一滚筒(4),滚筒(4)通过传动装置进行旋转,滚筒(4)下方为下便区(12),尿斗(2)通过集尿管(15)与尿液处理器(2)相连,坐便器本体(1)底部与大便处理器(14)相连,大便处理器(14)与下便区(12)相通。通过在坐便器中设计滚轮结构,不仅能够将坐便与大便处理器(14)隔离,而且能够导引粪便运输至大便处理器(14)中,此外通过刮刀设计,将清理滚筒(4)残留粪便。

Description

一种基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种无水尿便分离的坐便器尿便处理系统。
背景技术
目前普遍使用的水冲马桶存在的严重弊端:一是大量浪费了水资源;二是水冲马桶需要配置较大的化粪池空间,处理化粪池易造成空气污染;三是水冲马桶的粪便资源化处理利用比免水冲及粪尿分离的坐便器更加困难。随着我国对卫生、环保、生态保护要求的不断提高,“厕所革命”已经提到了重要的议事日程。
生态厕所(Bio-toilet)是环保厕所中的一类,是指具有不对环境造成污染,并且能充分利用各种资源,强调污染物自净和资源循环利用概念和功能的一类厕所。目前的生态厕所利用率最多的是微生物菌种分解粪便的厕所,它利用其生长繁殖活动对粪便中可利用的大分子有机化合物进行生物降解并转化为菌体生物量,竞争性的抑制并杀死粪便中的病原性微生物,吸附、降解、转化粪便中产生的臭味物质,实现了粪便的无害化、资源化处理。能达到零排放的功能,对环境完全不造成任何污染。
由于微生物分解粪便发酵时需要少水甚至无水环境,所以生态厕所中最重要的是尿便分离,我公司开发出了蹲式尿便分离装置或者系统,但是常用的坐便马桶却无此功能,由于国外大多数国家无使用蹲式便器的习惯,大大限制了产品的出口。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种无水尿便分离的坐便器。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,包括坐便器本体,分别与坐便器本体相连的大便处理器和尿液处理器;所述坐便器本体内前端设有尿斗,所述坐便器本体大便入口下方设有一滚筒,所述滚筒通过传动装置进行旋转,所述滚筒下方为下便区;所述尿斗通过集尿管与尿液处理器相连;所述坐便器本体底部与大便处理器相连,所述大便处理器与下便区相通。
进一步地,所述传动装置包括电机,与电机相连主动轮,传动链以及从动轮,所述传动链将主动轮和从动轮相连,从动轮与滚筒相连。
进一步地,所述坐便器本体内设有刮刀,刮刀与滚筒相切设置。
进一步地,所述刮刀呈“C”字型,通过此形状能够起到一定阻挡作用。
进一步地,所述坐便器本体内设有安装座,所述电机设在安装座上。
进一步地,所述坐便器本体或者大便处理器内设有负压式新风系统。
进一步地,所述坐便器本体上端尾部枢接有垫板。
进一步地,所述坐便器本体上设有与其枢接且位于垫板外侧的盖板。
进一步地,所述从动轮与滚筒之间设有一固定板,便于固定滚筒和从动轮。
进一步地,所述大便处理器包括大便处理器本体,与大便处理器本体相连的搅拌电机,搅拌电机通过固定装置固定,大便处理器本体内设有搅拌轴和搅拌叶片,搅拌轴与传动轮相连,传动轮与搅拌电机相连。
进一步地,所述大便处理器本体下方设有一组车轮,方便大便处理后的生物肥料的搬动。
有益效果:本发明相对于现有技术而言,具有以下优点:
1)本发明专门用于无水生态厕所,设计有尿斗区和排便区分离设计,能够实现尿便分离,无需水冲,为社会大量节约了社会大量资源。
2)本发明中的坐便器创造性的设计滚轮结构,通过此结构,不仅能够将坐便器外部与粪便处理器隔离,而且能够导引粪便运输至粪便处理器中,此外通过刮刀设计,将清理滚筒残留粪便。
3)本发明通过将尿便分离计,分别进行理,尿液经过尿斗区将小便排放到集尿槽中,通过滚筒将粪便其导入粪便搅拌器中进行生物发酵处理,避免了尿液进入而导致微生物不能正常分解粪便,完全达到设计和使用的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示,一种基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,包括坐便器本体1,分别与坐便器本体1相连的大便处理器14和尿液处理器16;所述坐便器本体1内前端设有尿斗2,所述坐便器本体1大便入口下方设有一滚筒4,所述滚筒4通过传动装置进行旋转,所述滚筒4下方为下便区12;所述尿斗2通过集尿管15与尿液处理器22相连;所述坐便器本体1底部与大便处理器14相连,所述大便处理器14与下便区12相通。
如图3所示,大便处理器14包括大便处理器本体14.1,与大便处理器本体14.1相连的搅拌电机17,搅拌电机17通过固定装置16固定,大便处理器本体14.1内设有搅拌轴20和搅拌叶片21,搅拌轴20与传动轮19相连,传动轮19与搅拌电机17相连。大便处理器14内可进一步设加热器和温度计,以提供微生物发酵的最佳温度,为了增加搅拌效率,可设置双搅拌轴装置。大便处理器本体14.1下方设有一组车轮18,方便大便处理后的生物肥料的搬运。
如图4~6所示,一种基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,包括坐便器本体1,所述坐便器本体1内设有前端内设有尿斗2即排尿区,所述坐便器本体1大便入口下方设有一滚筒4,滚筒4下方即是下便区12,所述滚筒4通过传动装置进行旋转。所述传动装置包括电机10,与电机10相连主动轮5,传动链8以及从动轮7,所述传动链8将主动轮5和从动轮7相连。所述坐便器本体1内设有刮刀11,刮刀11与滚筒4相切设置。所述刮刀4呈“C”字型。所述坐便器本体1内设有安装座6,所述电机10设在安装座6上。所述坐便器本内1设有负压式新风系统。
本实施例中,如图7和8所示,电机10通电后,打开电机10,主动轮5转动,通过传动链8带动从动轮7转动,从而带动滚筒4转动,大便落入滚筒4中,滚筒4转动将其导流入粪便处理器,在坐便器本体1内设立滚筒4结构,通过此结构,不仅能够将坐便器外部与粪便处理器隔离,而且能够导引粪便运输至粪便处理器中,此外通过刮刀设计,清理滚筒残留粪便。真正实现马桶坐便的尿液分离。
本实施例中,尿斗2通过导尿管将尿液导入尿液处理器,进行尿液的处理;粪便通过滚筒导入粪便搅拌箱中,对粪便进行搅拌处理和微生物发酵,实现尿便分离,无水冲洗,大量节约水资源。
本实施例中的尿液处理器可采用常用处理器,可以采用已被本申请人子公司申请,公开号为205974172U。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:包括坐便器本体,分别与坐便器本体相连的大便处理器和尿液处理器;所述坐便器本体内前端设有尿斗,所述坐便器本体大便入口下方设有一滚筒,所述滚筒通过传动装置进行旋转,所述滚筒下方为下便区;所述尿斗通过集尿管与尿液处理器相连;所述坐便器本体底部与大便处理器相连,所述大便处理器与下便区相通。
  2. 根据权利要求1基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述传动装置包括电机,与电机相连主动轮,传动链以及从动轮,所述传动链将主动轮和从动轮相连,从动轮与滚筒相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述坐便器本体内设有刮刀,刮刀与滚筒相切设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述坐便器本体内设有安装座,所述电机设在安装座上。
  5. 根据权利要求2基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述坐便器本体内或大便处理器内设有负压式新风系统。
  6. 根据权利要求1基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述坐便器本体上端尾部枢接有垫板。
  7. 根据权利要求1基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述坐便器本体上设有与其枢接且位于垫板外侧的盖板。
  8. 根据权利要求1基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述从动轮与滚筒之间设有一固定板。
  9. 根据权利要求1基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述大便处理器包括大便处理器本体,与大便处理器本体相连的搅拌电机,搅拌电机通过固定装置固定,大便处理器本体内设有搅拌轴和搅拌叶片,搅拌轴与传动轮相连,传动轮与搅拌电机相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9基于无水尿便分离坐便器的尿液处理系统,其特征在于:所述大便处理器本体下方设有一组车轮。
