前記スピンドルの上端部を貫通するスプリングと、
前記スピンドル上端部を貫通するスプリングをスピンドル上に固定し、スピンドルを垂直状態にガイドするスプリングシートと、
前記本体上端に結合し、本体をプリチャンバに固定する結束リングと、
前記本体下端に結合し、スピンドルの周りを覆う本体下端をプリチャンバに固定するスペーサと、

Claims (8)
- ガス流動ホール上部の外面に他の部位に比べて直径の小さい凹入部が設けられた一体型の本体と、
前記本体を垂直に貫通し、本体のガス流動ホール下部に位置する外面に他の部位に比べて直径の小さい凹入部が設けられた一体型のスピンドルと、
前記スピンドルの上端部を貫通するスプリングと、
前記スピンドル上端部を貫通するスプリングをスピンドル上に固定し、スピンドルを垂直状態にガイドするスプリングシートと、
前記本体上端に結合し、本体をプリチャンバに固定する結束リングと、
前記本体下端に結合し、スピンドルの周りを覆う本体下端をプリチャンバに固定するスペーサと、
を含むことを特徴とするガス注入用チェックバルブ。 - 前記本体上端部及び下端部外面に段差部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ。
- 前記スピンドルの上端部に本体の通孔内面に接するOリングが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ。
- 前記スプリングシートは、スプリットリング締結によりスピンドルと結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ。
- 前記結束リングの外面に螺旋が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ。
- 前記結束リングの上端部は、ナット状となることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ。
- 前記結束リングの内径にスプリングシートの外径がガイドされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ。
- 前記スペーサ下端はスピンドル下端に比べて下部に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ。
