Description
本発明の他の目的は、空気圧縮機中のピストン本体が往復運動するシリンダに、複数個の排気孔が形成され、空気圧縮機がポンピングを開始してから終了するまでの期間にシリンダ内のピストン本体が往復して圧縮運動を行うと、シリンダの空気チャンバに進入する単位時間当たりの圧縮空気量が増大し、圧縮された空気が速やかに排気孔を通過して空気貯蔵チャンバ内に進入し、ピストン本体の動作が円滑となり、ポンピング効率が向上し、ポンピング速度を容易に高めることができる、空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造を提供することにある。

Claims (4)
- 空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造であって、
前記空気圧縮機は、モータを固定するメインフレームと、シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に運動可能に設置されるピストン本体とを有し、
前記前記モータが回転すると、前記ピストン本体が前記シリンダ内で往復運動して圧縮空気が発生し、前記シリンダの頂壁に形成された複数個の排気孔を介して前記圧縮空気が空気貯蔵ユニットの空気貯蔵チャンバ内に進入し、
前記シリンダの前記頂壁には、前記排気孔をそれぞれ取り囲むように上方へ延びた複数個の円環状の遮風壁が形成され、前記遮風壁により前記排気孔が互いに隔離され、
前記シリンダ、前記排気孔及び前記遮風壁は、前記メインフレームと一体成形され、
前記排気孔には、前記排気孔の開閉状態を制御する同じ構造を有するバルブ機構がそれぞれ配設され、
前記バルブ機構は、独立した弁体及びばねによりそれぞれ構成され、
前記弁体は、前記遮風壁の円環内にそれぞれ配置されるとともに、前記排気孔を遮蔽し、
前記遮風壁の高さは、空気により押動される前記弁体の最高行程より高く、
前記弁体が圧縮空気により押動・振動されて開閉すると、噴出する瞬間的な高圧空気が複数の前記遮風壁により隔離され、前記弁体が開閉する際、互いを干渉せず、前記ピストン本体の動作が円滑になり、ポンピングの効率が高まることを特徴とする空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。 - 前記シリンダの頂端には、環状ショルダが設けられ、
前記環状ショルダの外周側部には、環状の外周フランジが延設され、
前記外周フランジ及び前記シリンダの頂端には、係合溝が形成され、
前記ばねは、前記弁体上にそれぞれ設置され、
前記空気貯蔵ユニットには、互いに対をなす2個の嵌合クランプが設けられ、
前記空気貯蔵ユニットの内平面には、下方へ延びて互いに離間した複数個の縦ピンが設けられ、前記空気貯蔵ユニットの前記嵌合クランプが前記シリンダの前記係合溝に係合されると、前記空気貯蔵ユニットに設けた互いに離間した3本の前記縦ピンに前記ばねの端部が嵌入され、前記3本の縦ピンの末端が僅かな距離で前記弁体の上方に位置するため、前記弁体の開閉動作の跳ね上げ高さが制限され、圧縮空気の吸気量が制御され、
前記弁体は、前記ばねの付勢力により前記排気孔を完全に遮蔽することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。 - 前記シリンダの前記頂壁に形成された前記排気孔は、同じ穴径を有する空気孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。
- 前記シリンダの前記頂壁に形成された前記排気孔は、異なる穴径を有する空気孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機のシリンダ排気構造。
