本發明係提供一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣構造改良,尤其是指 一種於汽缸頂壁上設有複數個阻風壁,該等阻風壁係將複數個出氣孔相阻隔,使一控制出氣孔之啟閉狀態的閥門機構受到壓縮空氣推移振動進行啟閉動作,該等阻風壁將所噴射出的瞬間高壓空氣相阻隔,使閥門機構在啟閉動作階段彼此之間不會互相干擾,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率。

Description

空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣構造改良
本發明係為一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣構造改良,尤其是指一種於汽缸頂壁上設有複數個阻風壁,該等阻風壁係將複數個出氣孔相阻隔,使一控制出氣孔之啟閉狀態的閥門機構受到壓縮空氣推移振動進行啟閉動作,該等阻風壁將所噴射出的瞬間高壓空氣相阻隔,使閥門機構在啟閉動作階段彼此之間不會互相干擾,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率。
現階段所使用之空氣壓縮機,其構造基本上係具有一汽缸,該汽缸內可提供活塞體進行往復運動而產生壓縮空氣,所產生之壓縮空氣可由汽缸之出氣孔推移一閥門機構,讓壓縮空氣進入另一用於儲存壓縮空氣之空間,該空間可為一儲氣座(或是集氣箱tank)內的空間,儲氣座另設有出氣口,可將壓縮空氣輸往待充氣的物品上,以完成整個充氣之目的。由於習知汽缸及儲氣座二者間的中間壁上僅設有單一出氣孔,該出氣孔之開啟或關閉係受制於一閥門機構,而閥門機構是由一閥座及一彈簧所構成,活塞體所產生之壓縮空氣將閥座推移並壓縮彈簧,壓縮空氣可進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,由於集存在儲氣室內的壓縮空氣會對閥座產生背向壓,在打氣階段該背向壓會壓制閥座之開啟,相對的即是讓活塞體運作時所產生之壓縮空氣要推移該閥座時會更具有阻力而 不順暢,此種讓活塞體運作時更具有阻力的因素,充氣速度變慢,甚容易造成空氣壓縮機之馬達過熱,馬達運轉效率衰減,乃至於潛伏馬達燒毀的缺失。本發明人即是有鑑於習知空氣壓縮機之汽缸結構設計仍存有缺失,乃予以研發,經多次努力乃發展出本發明。
本發明之主要目的,其係提供一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣構造改良,空氣壓縮機於汽缸頂壁上設有複數個阻風壁,該等阻風壁係將複數個出氣孔相阻隔,使一控制出氣孔之啟閉狀態的閥門機構受到壓縮空氣推移振動進行啟閉動作,該等阻風壁將所噴射出的瞬間高壓空氣相阻隔,使閥門機構在啟閉動作階段彼此之間不會互相干擾,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率。
本發明之另一目的,其係提供一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣構造改良,空氣壓縮機中提供活塞體進行往復運動之汽缸設有複數個出氣孔,使空氣壓縮機從開始到結束打氣的進行期間,讓汽缸內之活塞體在進行往復壓縮運動時,在單位時間進入汽缸之儲氣室的壓縮空氣量大增,使被壓縮空氣能快速地通過出氣孔進入儲氣室內,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率,而能輕鬆快速地達成充氣速度。

為使審查員更能詳細了解本發明之具體結構,請參考第一及二圖,本發明中之空氣壓縮機基本上具有一機板11,該機板11上同時固定一馬達12,該馬達12可帶動齒輪13旋轉,由齒輪13同時連動一設在汽缸2內之活塞體14,該活塞體14可在汽缸2內進行往復運動而能產生壓縮空氣,該壓縮空氣可進入儲氣座3內,當然,該儲氣座3是用於集存所產生的壓縮空氣,而儲氣座3上設有一個或多個出氣歧管,譬如用於連結壓力錶30之歧管31,用於連結洩氣閥32之歧管33,另一歧管34則可銜接軟管(圖中未示出)至待充氣物上。
請同時參考第二至七圖,本發明在汽缸2的出氣孔設計完全不同於習知的設計方式,在讓壓縮空氣輸出之汽缸2的界面,在本發明實施例中可為汽缸2的頂壁21,於頂壁21上設有複數個出氣孔及複數個阻風壁,該汽缸2及其複數個出氣孔及複數個阻風壁與前述機板11係可被一體成型製造完成,於本發明之複數個出氣孔即為出氣孔4、5、6,複數個阻風壁係為圓環狀之阻風壁41、51、61,其係框圍著汽缸2頂壁21上的出氣孔4、5、6外圍並向上延伸。前述出氣孔4、5、6是為開啟或關閉狀態,其完全受控於各出氣孔所屬之閥門機構,每一閥門機構均是由一閥座及一彈簧所構成;該等閥座7、8、9可分別容置在阻風壁41、51、61內並封閉住前述出氣孔4、5、6(可參考第四圖);彈 簧71、81、91可分別置於閥座7、8、9上(可參考第六及七圖);於汽缸2頂端上設有一環垣22,該環垣22外周邊延伸出一環狀之外環凸垣221,該外環凸垣221與汽缸2頂端係存有一卡溝槽222;前述儲氣座3設有二相對向之嵌夾體35,於儲氣座3之內平面係往下延伸出複數個相隔離之豎柱37、38、39,藉由儲氣座3之嵌夾體35置進並卡扣於汽缸2之卡溝槽222中,如第八圖所示,前述儲氣座3之相隔離的三隻豎柱37、38、39可套入前述彈簧71、81、91之另端,讓三隻豎柱37、38、39之末端以些微距離位於前述閥座7、8、9之上方,限制閥座7、8、9在啟閉動作之彈升高度以達到控制壓縮空氣的進氣量;另方面,前述閥座7、8、9因彈簧71、81、91之彈張力而完全閉塞出氣孔4、5、6後,儲氣座3可和汽缸2相結合成一完整體,此種初始結合動作即如第一圖所示。
請參考第六至八圖,活塞體14在汽缸2內持續進行往復運動所產生之壓縮空氣,可分別推移出氣孔4、5、6上的閥座7、8、9來進行壓縮彈簧71、81、91,使壓縮空氣可經由出氣孔4、5、6進入儲氣座3之儲氣室36內。汽缸2之活塞體14從開始運動到結束運動的期間,在初期打氣階段所產生之壓縮空氣量,其壓縮空氣可同時由出氣孔4、5、6快速進入儲氣室36內,使單位時間進入汽缸2之儲氣室36的壓縮空氣量大增;當到中後期打氣階段時,由於已有大量之壓縮空氣進入儲氣室36內,在儲氣室36內的壓縮空氣會對閥座7、8、9產生反作用力,在本文中以背向壓表示,該種背向壓現象會抑制閥座7、8、9的開啟,也意味著活塞體14推送壓縮空氣更具有阻力,然本發明因汽缸2頂壁21具備複數個出氣孔及與其相稱之閥座7、8、9作為配合,儲氣室36內所存在之背向壓雖會令閥座7、8、9呈受壓狀態,但當儲氣室36內所存在 之背向壓減少時,汽缸2內所持續產生的壓縮空氣會快速由出氣孔4、5、6進入儲氣室36內,另方面,因閥座7、8、9可分別容置在阻風壁41、51、61內,該等阻風壁41、51、61的高度係高於閥座7、8、9被空氣推移的最高行程的高度,使閥座7、8、9受到壓縮空氣推移而進行啟閉動作,該等阻風壁41、51、61將所噴射出的瞬間高壓空氣相阻隔,使閥門機構所設之閥座7、8、9在啟閉動作階段彼此之間不會互相干擾,整體而言,其可讓活塞體14的運作順暢而具備打氣效率,而能更輕鬆快速地達成充氣速度。
本發明之複數個出氣孔4、5、6,出氣孔4之孔徑X、出氣孔5之孔徑Y、出氣孔6之孔徑Z,在實施上,孔徑X、Y、Z,彼此可為相同孔徑之氣孔(可參考第三圖,該圖示並非作為限制本發明出氣孔),該等出氣孔4、5、6之孔徑X、Y、Z亦可展現不同孔徑之實施方式,前述閥座7、8、9的面積均相應於出氣孔4、5、6之孔徑。
綜觀前論,本發明突破習知空氣壓縮機之汽缸及儲氣座二者間的中間壁上僅設有單一出氣孔的設計方式,本發明藉由在汽缸2的頂壁21設有複數個出氣孔4、5、6及複數個阻風壁41、51、61及與其相稱之閥座7、8、9作為配合,在單位時間進入汽缸2之儲氣室36的壓縮空氣量大增,使被壓縮空氣能快速地通過出氣孔4、5、6進入儲氣室36內,且因閥座7、8、9可分別容置在阻風壁41、51、61內,使閥座7、8、9受到壓縮空氣推移而進行啟閉動作,該等阻風壁41、51、61將所噴射出的瞬間高壓空氣相阻隔,使閥門機構所設之閥座7、8、9在啟閉動作階段彼此之間不會互相干擾,致使活塞體14之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率,本發明顯然具有進步性及實用性。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣構造改良,空氣壓縮機基本上具有一提供馬達固定之機板及一提供活塞體運作之汽缸,當馬達轉動後,該活塞體在汽缸內進行往復運動而能產生壓縮空氣,該壓縮空氣通過頂壁之複數個出氣孔進入儲氣座之儲氣室內,汽缸頂壁上設有複數個阻風壁,該汽缸及其複數個出氣孔、複數個阻風壁與前述機板係為一體成型製造者,其特徵在於:複數個阻風壁係為圓環狀之阻風壁,其係框圍著汽缸頂壁上的出氣孔外圍並向上延伸,該等阻風壁係將複數個出氣孔相阻隔,使一控制出氣孔之啟閉狀態的閥門機構受到壓縮空氣推移振動進行啟閉動作,該等阻風壁將所噴射出的瞬間高壓空氣相阻隔,使閥門機構在啟閉動作階段彼此之間不會互相干擾,致使活塞體之運作更為順暢而提升打氣效率。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣構造改良,其中,於汽缸頂端上設有一環垣,該環垣外周邊延伸出一環狀之外環凸垣,該外環凸垣與汽缸頂端係存有一卡溝槽,前述彈簧可分別置於閥座上;前述儲氣座設有二相對向之嵌夾體,於儲氣座之內平面係往下延伸出複數個相隔離之豎柱,藉由儲氣座之嵌夾體置進並卡扣於汽缸之卡溝槽中,前述儲氣座之相隔離的三隻豎柱可套入前述彈簧之另端,讓三隻豎柱之末端以些微距離位於前述閥座之上方,限制閥座在啟閉動作之彈升高度以達到控制壓縮空氣的進氣量;前述閥座因彈簧之彈張力而完全閉塞出氣孔。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之汽缸出氣構造改良,其中,該等阻風壁的高度係高於閥座被空氣推移的最高行程的高度,使閥座受到壓縮空氣推移而進行啟閉動作,該等阻風壁將所噴射出的瞬間高壓空氣相阻隔,使閥座在啟閉動作階段彼此之間不會互相干擾。
