Claims (17)
- バイオマスから低タール合成ガスを製造する方法において、
a)少なくとも1つの第1流動床リアクタ内のバイオマスが、少なくとも熱分解ガス成分および熱分解コークス成分に分解され、
b)第1流動床リアクタ内で発生されたガスが、流動化ガスとして少なくとも1つの次の流動床リアクタに供給され、
c)熱分解コークスが、ガスと一緒に微細粒子として引出されかつ次の流動床リアクタに供給され、
d)前記引出されたコークス粒子は、ガスから分離されかつ前記引出されたコークス粒子および前記ガスは別の経路の次の流動床リアクタにそれぞれ供給されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ガスは、次の流動床リアクタに入る前に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ガスは、少なくとも一部が、電気エネルギによりプラズマ状態に変換されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ガスは、触媒床を通って流れることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ガスは、全ての有害物質が本質的に除去されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの流動床リアクタが、互いに上下に並べて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記バイオマスは、第1流動床リアクタに入る前に乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥は、熱交換器を備えた排出蒸気回路を有する乾燥装置内で行われ、排出蒸気は、流動化ガスとして第1流動床リアクタに供給されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記バイオマスは、乾燥前に予熱されることを特徴とする請求項7または8記載の方法。
- 前記バイオマスの予熱は、熱交換器を備えたガス回路を有する予熱装置内で行われ、ガスは乾燥装置に供給されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記予熱装置には、合成ガスを更に処理するプロセスから二酸化炭素(CO2)が供給されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法を用いて合成ガスを製造する装置において、少なくとも1つの第1流動床リアクタおよび少なくとも1つの次の流動床リアクタを有し、流動床リアクタは、(a)第1流動床リアクタ内では少なくとも1つのガスが発生され、このガスは流動化ガスとして次の流動床リアクタに供給され、(b)第1流動床リアクタ内では熱分解コークスが発生され、この熱分解コークスは、ガスと一緒に微細粒子として引出されかつ次の流動床リアクタに供給され、前記引出されたコークス粒子は、ガスから分離されかつ前記引出されたコークス粒子および前記ガスは別の経路の次の流動床リアクタにそれぞれ供給されるように設計されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記ガスが次の流動床リアクタに入る前にガスを加熱する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の装置。
- 前記第1流動床リアクタの前に、バイオマスを乾燥する装置が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12または13記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥装置は、熱交換器を備えた排出蒸気回路を有していることを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥装置の前に、バイオマスを予熱する装置が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項14または15記載の装置。
- 前記予熱装置は、熱交換器を備えたガス回路を有していることを特徴とする請求項16記載の装置。
