Description
<燃料タンクの製造方法>
[構成1]
クリープ強さを向上させたプラスチック製燃料タンクの製造方法であって、
(a)2つの別々の部分を有するプラスチック製のパリソンを、開いた2つのキャビティ付きの型内に挿入する工程と、
(b)前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を固定する、又は、前記2つの部分の間のリンクを形成することができる補強要素の少なくとも一部分を支持するコアを、前記パリソンの内側に挿入する工程と、
(c)前記パリソンを前記コアを介してブロー成形することによって且つ/又は前記型のキャビティの後方に吸引力を生じさせることによって、前記パリソンを前記キャビティにしっかりと押し付ける工程と、
(d)前記コアを用いて、前記補強要素の前記一部分を前記パリソンの2つの部分のうちの少なくとも一方に固定する工程と、
(e)前記コアを引出す工程と、
(f)前記型を再び閉じ、それらの2つのキャビティを互いに合わせ、前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を前記キャビティの周囲に沿って把持して前記2つの部分を互いに溶着させる工程と、
(g)加圧流体を前記型内に注入し、且つ/又は、真空を前記型のキャビティの後方に生じさせて前記パリソンを前記型のキャビティにしっかりと押し付ける工程と、
(h)前記型を開いて前記燃料タンクを取出す工程と、を有する方法。

前記パリソンは、押出加工された円筒形パリソンを切断することによって得られた2つの別々の部分で構成される、前記方法。

前記工程(f)における溶着により、溶着シームを形成し、この溶着シームを前記工程(i)中に部分的に除去し、前記燃料タンクを自動車両のシャーシに取り付けるためのパッド又は突出部を残す、前記方法。

Claims (1)
- クリープ強さを向上させたプラスチック製燃料タンクの製造方法であって、
(a)2つの別々の部分を有するプラスチック製のパリソンを、開いた2つのキャビティ付きの型内に挿入する工程と、
(b)前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を固定する、又は、前記2つの部分の間のリンクを形成することができる補強要素の少なくとも一部分を支持するコアを、前記パリソンの内側に挿入する工程であって、前記補強要素は、前記パリソンの第1の部分と結合する第1の端部と、前記パリソンの第2の部分と結合する第2の端部とを有しており、前記補強要素の前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部は前記コアのそばで予熱される、工程と、
(c)前記2つのキャビティ付きの型が閉じられ、その後前記パリソンを前記コアを介してブロー成形することによって且つ/又は前記型のキャビティの後方に吸引力を生じさせることによって、前記パリソンを前記キャビティにしっかりと押し付ける工程と、
(d)前記コアを用いて、前記補強要素の前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部のうち少なくとも1つを前記パリソンの前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分にそれぞれ溶着する工程と、
(e)前記2つのキャビティ付きの型が開かれて、その後前記コアを引出す工程と、
(f)前記型を再び閉じ、それらの2つのキャビティを互いに合わせ、前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を前記キャビティの周囲に沿って把持して前記2つの部分を互いに溶着させる工程と、
(g)加圧流体を前記型内に注入し、且つ/又は、真空を前記型のキャビティの後方に生じさせて前記パリソンを前記型のキャビティにしっかりと押し付ける工程と、
(h)前記型を開いて前記燃料タンクを取出す工程と、
を有する、方法。
