Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure adhesion and fixing of a preformed container fitting and parison by pressing said fitting from the inside of the parison during blow molding to thereby secure to attach said fitting to said parison. CONSTITUTION:A fitting 10 of a blow molding preformed container is fitted to a movable holding jig 12 and set at a predetermined position in the parison 11. There is prepared a mold 14 including an independently movable die member 15, and said movable die member 15 is moved toward the parison 11 so as to shorten the distance between the parison 11 and the mold as much as possible. The fitting 10 is pressed against the parison 11 by the holding jig 12 and moved to the movable die member 15 to join and fix said fitting 10 to the parison 11. Upon release of the fitting 10, the holding jig 12 is moved to the outside of the parison 11 and then the mold 14 is closed. Finally, air blowing is performed and the blow molding is taken out.
