Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a blow-molded tank of an accurate capacity, by a method wherein two parisons are blown to be joined together via a partition placed between the two parisons and form a complex tank. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 is provided with a communicating portion 2 provided between adjoining molds 1a and 1b, and parisons 3a and 3b inserted into respective molds are blown. The resultant parisons are fused together by bringing them into contact with each other at the communicating portion to obtain an integrally formed complex tank. When the two parisons 3a and 3b are blown, the two parisons 3a and 3b are brought into contact with each other via a partition 5 to produce complex tank 7 having tank members 7a and 7b.
