Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る誘導加熱手段を示す斜視図である。また、図2は図1とは異なる方向から見た誘導加熱手段を示す斜視図である。実施の形態1に係る誘導加熱手段1は、アルミや銅など電気抵抗が小さい金属などの導電材料で形成された環状導電体(導電体)2と、被覆銅線を複数回巻いて形成したコイル3と、コイル3に高周波電流を流した時に発生する高周波磁束が環状導電体2と鎖交する磁気回路を構成するように配置された磁性体4と、コイル3に高周波電流を流すための高周波電源5によって構成される。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1で述べた誘導加熱手段を用いた誘導加熱装置について説明する。本実施の形態で述べる誘導加熱手段の形態は一例であり、実施の形態1で述べた全ての誘導加熱手段をここで述べる形態に代えて適宜用いることができる。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態2と同様に、実施の形態1で述べた誘導加熱手段を用いた誘導加熱装置について説明する。本実施の形態で述べる誘導加熱手段の形態は一例であり、実施の形態1で述べた全ての誘導加熱手段をここで述べる形態に代えて適宜用いることができる。

Claims (3)
- 被加熱物に面して配置される加熱部と、
前記加熱部とともに給電部が一体に形成され、電気的な閉回路を構成する導電体と、
前記給電部を囲うように配置された磁性体と、
前記磁性体に複数回交差するように導線を巻いて形成されたコイルと、
前記コイルに高周波電流を供給する高周波電源とを備えたことを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。 - 前記磁性体は、前記給電部と前記コイルが対向して配置され、前記磁性体は、前記給電部と前記コイルを一体に囲うように配置されている請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記導電体は金属板で形成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の誘導加熱装置。
