Description
劣化物濃度測定装置14は、電気伝導度測定器(電気伝導度測定手段)71A、71Bと、検知装置(検知手段)72とを有するものである。電気伝導度測定器71A、71Bは、酸性ガス除去装置供給ガス15中に含まれる酸性ガスを吸収した後、再生し、再度、循環して使用されるリーン溶液16の電気伝導度を測定するものである。電気伝導度測定器71Aは吸収液タンク48に設けられ、電気伝導度測定器71Bはリクレーマ13に設けられている。
次に、本実施形態に係る劣化物濃度測定装置14を用いてリクレーマ13の運転を制御する方法について説明する。なお、リクレーマ13の運転開始・停止、リクレーマ13に供給されるリーン溶液16の供給量は、制御装置(不図示)により行われる。

Claims (7)
- 酸性ガス成分を含有する酸性ガス除去装置の供給ガスを酸性ガス吸収液と接触させて吸収除去する吸収塔と、
前記吸収塔で前記酸性ガス成分を吸収した酸性ガス吸収液を再生し、リーン溶液とする吸収液再生塔と、
前記吸収液再生塔から前記吸収塔に前記リーン溶液を供給するリーン溶液供給ラインと、
前記リーン溶液供給ラインから前記リーン溶液の一部を抜き出すリーン溶液分岐ラインと、
前記リーン溶液分岐ラインに抜き出された前記リーン溶液中の劣化物を沸点差により蒸留分離、または減圧蒸留分離し、除去するリクレーマと、
前記リクレーマ内のリーン溶液の一部を抜き出すリーン溶液抜出しラインと、
前記リーン溶液抜出しラインに設けられ、前記リーン溶液を冷却する冷却装置と、
劣化物濃度測定装置と、を有し、
前記劣化物濃度測定装置は、
前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度を測定する第1の電気伝導度測定手段と、
冷却された前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度を測定する第2の電気伝導度測定手段と、
予め求めた前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度と、前記リーン溶液液中に含まれる劣化物の濃度との関係に基づいて、測定された前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度から前記リーン溶液に含まれる劣化物の濃度を求める検知装置と、を有し、
第1の電気伝導度測定手段は、前記リーン溶液供給ライン側に設けられると共に、前記第2の電気伝導度測定手段は、前記リーン溶液抜出しライン側に設けられることを特徴とする酸性ガス除去装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記劣化物濃度測定装置において測定された前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度に基づいて、前記リクレーマの運転開始・停止、前記リクレーマに供給される前記リーン溶液の供給量の少なくとも何れか1つを制御する制御手段を有することを特徴とする酸性ガス除去装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記制御手段は、
前記劣化物濃度測定装置において測定された前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度が規定値以下か否かを判断して前記リクレーマの運転を開始するか否かを判断し、
前記リクレーマの運転開始後、前記劣化物濃度測定装置において測定された前記リクレーマの前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度が規定値以上か否かを判断して前記リクレーマの運転を判断することを特徴とする酸性ガス除去装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記制御手段は、
前記劣化物濃度測定装置において測定された前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度が規定値以下か否かを判断して前記リクレーマの運転を開始するか否かを判断し、
前記リクレーマの運転開始後、前記劣化物濃度測定装置において測定された前記リクレーマの前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度が減少傾向にあるか否かを判断して、前記リクレーマに供給する前記リーン溶液の供給量を調整することを特徴とする酸性ガス除去装置。 - 請求項2乃至4の何れか1つにおいて、
前記制御手段は、前記劣化物濃度測定装置において測定された前記リーン溶液の電気伝導度が1mS/cm以上30mS/cm以下の場合に、前記リクレーマの運転を開始することを特徴とする酸性ガス除去装置。 - 請求項1乃至5の何れか1つにおいて、
前記リーン溶液供給ラインに、前記リーン溶液とリッチ溶液とを熱交換させる熱交換器が設けられ、
前記劣化物濃度測定装置の電気伝導度測定手段は、前記リーン溶液供給ラインの前記熱交換器と前記吸収塔との間に設けられることを特徴とする酸性ガス除去装置。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか1つにおいて、
前記リーン溶液供給ラインに前記リーン溶液を貯留するためのリーン溶液タンクが設けられ、
前記劣化物濃度測定装置は前記リーン溶液タンク内に設けられることを特徴とする酸性ガス除去装置。
