Claims (7)
- 車両の減速によって現在走行の変速段に比べて低段を目標変速段にする変速が必要なとき、前記目標変速段の変速ギアと出力軸の間に1次的に同期力を発生させる1次同期段階(S10)と、
前記1次同期段階(S10)以後、前記変速ギアと出力軸の間の同期力を解除させる同期解除段階(S20)と、
前記同期解除段階(S20)以後さらに前記目標変速段の変速ギアと出力軸の間に2次的に同期力を発生させる2次同期段階(S30)と、を含み、
前記1次同期段階(S10)はアクチュエータを制御して前記目標変速段のスリーブを前記目標変速段のクラッチギア側に直線的に移動させる過程を含んでなり、
前記同期解除段階(S20)は前記アクチュエータを制御して前記クラッチギアから遠くなる方向に前記スリーブを後退させる過程を含んでなり、
前記2次同期段階(S30)は前記アクチュエータを制御して前記スリーブを再び前記クラッチギアに向けて直線的に移動させることによってなることを特徴とする車両変速機の制御方法。 - 前記同期解除段階(S20)は、前記1次同期段階(S10)によって発生した同期力で前記目標変速段の変速ギアによる前記出力軸と入力軸の間の同期作用が発生して、前記入力軸回転速度が所定の目標回転速度に到逹すれば開始されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両変速機の制御方法。
- 前記所定の目標回転速度は時間の経過によって線形的に減少する出力軸回転数によって設定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両変速機の制御方法。
- 前記1次同期段階(S10)は、前記スリーブを前記目標変速段のクラッチギア側に直線的に移動させる第1副段階(S11)及び前記スリーブの位置を一定範囲内に維持させる第2副段階(S12)でなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両変速機の制御方法。
- 前記第1副段階(S11)は時間の経過によって前記スリーブの変位を線形的に増加させることでなり、前記第2副段階(S12)は前記目標変速段のスリーブとクラッチギアの間に同期力が発生する範囲内で前記スリーブの位置を維持させることでなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両変速機の制御方法。
- 前記同期解除段階(S20)は、
前記目標変速段のスリーブとクラッチギアの間に同期力が発生する範囲を外れるように前記スリーブを後退させる第3副段階(S21)によって開始され、
前記後退した状態のスリーブを一定に維持する第4副段階(S22)を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両変速機の制御方法。 - 前記第4副段階(S22)は、前記入力軸と出力軸の回転速度差が、前記1次同期段階(S10)の遂行の際に一方向に整列された前記入力軸と出力軸の間の部品のバックラッシュを2次同期段階(S30)によって反対方向に整列させることができる大きさに大きくなるまで持続することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両変速機の制御方法。
