Claims (4)
- 변속을 제어하는 액츄에이터를 구비한 자동화 수동 변속기(ASG:AUTOMATIC SHIFT TRANSMISSION)에 있어서,(a) 상기 액츄에이터에 장착된 로드셀에서 변속하중을 측정하여 변속력을 계산하는 단계와;(b) 각 해당 변속단의 변속력과 싱크로나이져(SYNCHRONIZER)의 작동 변수값을 이용하여 변속시간을 계산하는 단계와;(c) 상기 액츄에이터의 로드셀에 변속하중 이상의 하중을 가하는 시간을 계산하여 동기시간을 측정하는 단계 및;(d) 상기 단계(c)의 동기시간과 변속시간의 차이값이 기 설정된 안전계수 값을 초과하는 여부를 판단하여, 초과시 변속력을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 수동 변속기의 변속 충격 방지방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계(d)에서 상기 동기시간과 변속시간의 차이값을 감소시키기 위해 변속력을 감소시켜 싱크로나이져의 마모에 대한 변속불가 위험성을 감소시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 수동 변속기의 변속 충격 방지방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 단계(d)의 안전계수값이 동기시간과 변속시간의 차이값을 초과하면, 고장신호를 발생하도록 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 수동 변속기의 변속 충격 방지방법.
- 자동화 수동 변속기(ASG:AUTOMATIC SHIFT TRANSMISSION)에 있어서,상기 자동화 수동 변속기에 장착되어 변속을 제어하는 액츄에이터와;상기 액츄에이터에 장착되어 변속하중을 계산하는 로드셀 및;상기 로드셀의 하중신호를 수신하여, 액츄에이터의 변속력과, 로드셀의 변속하중에 의한 변속시간과, 변속 하중 이상의 로드셀의 하중이 작용하는 동기시간을 계산하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 수동 변속기의 변속 충격 방지장치.
