Claims (2)
- 複数の摩擦係合要素を選択的に係合して変速制御を行う自動変速機の制御装置であって、
変速指令を出す変速指令手段と、
前記摩擦係合要素の温度を算出する温度算出手段と、
前記変速指令手段から変速指令が出されたときに、前記温度算出手段で算出した前記摩擦係合要素の温度と予め設定された閾値温度との比較に基いて前記摩擦係合要素の係合可否を判断する係合可否判断手段と、
前記係合可否判断手段が前記摩擦係合要素の係合を不可と判断した場合には、係合可と判断するまで前記摩擦係合要素の係合を遅延する係合遅延手段と、
前記自動変速機による変速動作が行なわれたときに前記複数の摩擦係合要素それぞれに入力される負荷量を算出する負荷算出手段と、
前記負荷算出手段で算出した負荷を累積して累積の負荷量を算出する累積負荷量算出手段と、を備え、
前記係合可否判断手段は、
前記累積負荷量算出手段で算出された累積の負荷量が所定量以上となったときに、前記摩擦係合要素の係合可否を判断するための閾値温度を変更し、
前記閾値温度は、前記累積負荷量算出手段で算出された前記累積の負荷量が多い程、低い温度に設定される
ことを特徴とする自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記閾値温度は、前記摩擦係合要素の使用限界における累積の負荷量と、当該摩擦係合要素の使用限界における車両の走行距離と、車両の実際の走行距離に対する前記累積の負荷量の変化量とに基づいて算出された値である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。
