Description
すなわち、本発明は
1)(a)エピハロヒドリン系ゴムを含むゴム成分100重量部に対して、(b)加硫剤0.1〜10重量部、(c)発泡剤0.5〜20重量部含有するスポーツ衣料用組成物。
2)1)項に記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物を加硫発泡させることにより得られるスポーツ衣料用発泡体、特にウエットスーツ用発泡体に関する。
塩基性染料としては、分子構造の中にアミノ基やイミノ基などの塩基性を持つ染料であれば限定なく使用することができる。
酸性染料としては、分子構造の中にスルフォン基やカルボキシル基などの酸性基を持つ染料であれば限定なく使用することができる。
油溶染料としては、鉱油、精油、油脂をはじめて多くの溶媒に可溶の染料であれば限定なく使用することができる。
分散染料としては、水に不(難)溶であるが,分散剤によって水に微粒子状分散させた状態で染色する染料であれば限定なく使用することができる。
下記表1、3、5、7、9に示す各材料をニーダー及びオープンロールで混練し、未加硫ゴムシートを作製した。得られた未加硫ゴムシートを厚み10mm、100mm角のシートに予備成型した。次に厚み9.5mm、80mm角のスペーサーを準備し、この中に上記のシートを入れ、二段発泡法により140℃のプレスで15分間、一次加硫、一次発泡を行った。シートをプレスより取り出し、厚み20mm、200mm角のスペーサーに入れ、150℃のプレスで15分間、二次加硫、二次発泡を行った。得られたスポンジシートをスライサーで切断して片面スキン層付きスポーツ衣料用発泡体を得た。
スポーツ衣料用発泡体の発泡状態を目視検査で、実施例1〜17及び比較例1〜9のスポーツ衣料用発泡体について、以下の基準で評価した。結果を表2、4、6、8、10に示す。
○:発泡体を形成した
×:発泡体を形成しなかった
スポーツ衣料用発泡体のスキン層の状態を目視検査で、実施例1〜17及び比較例1〜9のスポーツ衣料用発泡体について、以下の基準で評価した。結果を表2、4、6、8、10に示す。
○:平滑である
×:ヒビやボイドが発生した
実施例1〜17及び比較例1〜9のスポーツ衣料用発泡体を触った時の感触を、以下の基準で評価した。結果を表2、4、6に示す。
○:触り心地がソフト
×:触り心地がゴワゴワしている
実施例1〜17及び比較例5〜9のスポーツ衣料用発泡体の比重は、JIS K6268に記載の方法に準じて測定した。結果を表2、4、6、8、10に示す。
実施例1〜17及び比較例5〜9のスポーツ衣料用発泡体の室温下での硬度は、ASTM D2240に記載の方法に準じて測定した。結果を表2、4、6、8、10に示す。
実施例1〜17及び比較例5〜9のスポーツ衣料用発泡体について、JIS K6266に記載の方法に準じて、ATLAS社製 キセノンウエザオメーターCI35Aを使用して、キセノンアーク試験をXA法で行い、100時間照射後の色の変化を目視検査で、以下の基準で評価した。結果を表2、4、6、8、10に示す。
○:変化なし
×:変色した
実施例1〜17及び比較例5〜9のスポーツ衣料用発泡体について、株式会社田中化学機械社製の冷熱衝撃装置(HL−2W)を使用し、−10℃で72時間静置後の硬度をASTM D2240に記載の方法に準じて測定し、室温下での硬度と比較し、硬度変化を以下の基準で評価した。結果を表2、4、6、8、10に示す。
○:+10ポイント未満
×:+10ポイント以上
実施例1〜17及び比較例5〜9のスポーツ衣料用発泡体の一面に、クロロプレン系接着剤を介して伸縮性薄布である約0.5mm厚さのジャージ生地を貼着しサンプルを作製し、発泡体とジャージ生地との接着の確認を行なった。以下の基準で評価した。結果を表2、4、8、10に示す。
○:ジャージ生地が剥離しない
×:ジャージ生地が剥離した

Claims (15)
- (a)エピハロヒドリン系ゴムを含むゴム成分100重量部に対して、(b)チオウレアおよび硫黄から選択される少なくとも1種の加硫剤0.1〜10重量部、(c)4,4’−オキシビス(ベンゼンスルフォニルヒドラジド)、アゾジカルボンアミド、およびジニトロソペンタメチレンテトラミンから選択される少なくとも1種の発泡剤0.5〜20重量部含有するスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- 更に、(d)着色剤を含有する請求項1に記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- エピハロヒドリン系ゴムがエピクロルヒドリン単独重合体、エピクロルヒドリン―エチレンオキサイド共重合体及びエピクロルヒドリン―エチレンオキサイド―アリルグリシジルエーテル三元共重合体から選択される少なくとも一種である請求項1又は2に記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- (b)加硫剤が少なくとも硫黄を含むものである請求項1〜3いずれかに記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- (c)発泡剤が4,4’−オキシビス(ベンゼンスルフォニルヒドラジド)である請求項1〜4いずれかに記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- (d)着色剤が金属、炭素、酸化物、炭酸塩、ケイ酸塩、アルミン酸塩、フェロシアン化合物、アゾ顔料、多環式顔料、染付レーキ、アジン顔料及び蛍光顔料から選択される顔料、及び塩基性染料、酸性染料、油溶染料及び分散染料から選択される染料からなる群から少なくとも1種である請求項2〜5いずれかに記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- (d)着色剤がアルミニウム粉、ブロンズ粉、チタニウムイエロー、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、酸化チタン、亜鉛華、べんがら、炭酸カルシウムや塩基性炭酸マグネシウム、クレー、群青、コバルトブルー、紺青、トルイジンレッドやパーマネントカーミンFB、ジスアゾエローAAA、レーキレッドC、フタロシアニン銅やインダントロンブルー、キナクリドンレッド、ビクトリアピュアブルーBOレーキ及びアルカリブルートーナーから選択される少なくとも1種である請求項2〜6いずれかに記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- ゴム成分として、エピハロヒドリン系ゴムを10重量%以上含有する請求項1〜7いずれかに記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- ゴム成分として、エピハロヒドリン系ゴム10〜99重量%、エピハロヒドリン系ゴム以外のゴム1〜90重量%を含有する請求項1〜8いずれかに記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- エピハロヒドリン系ゴム以外のゴムが天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、1,2−ポリブタジエン、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン、塩素化ポリエチレン、アクリルゴム、アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム、及び水素化アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴムから選択される少なくとも1種である請求項9に記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のスポーツ衣料用組成物を加硫発泡させることにより得られるスポーツ衣料用発泡体。
- 独立気泡構造を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のスポーツ衣料用発泡体。
- 請求項11又は12に記載のスポーツ衣料用発泡体のみからなるスポーツ衣料用材料。
- 請求項11又は12に記載のスポーツ衣料用発泡体の片面又は両面に、任意の繊維を張り合わせた請求項13に記載のスポーツ衣料用材料。
- 請求項13又は14に記載のスポーツ衣料用材料を用いてなるウエットスーツ。
