Description
(1)アクセル制御部14cによって行われる『走る』挙動に対しては、アクセルペダルの踏込み量に対して加速度が所定値以上の場合は走行異常を検知する。
(2)ブレーキ制御部14bによって行われる『止まる』挙動に対しては、ブレーキペダルの踏込み量に対して減速量が所定値より少ない場合は走行異常を検知する。
(3)ハンドル制御部14aによって行われる『曲がる』挙動に対しては、ハンドルの回転角に対して車両の回転角が所定値より少ない場合は走行異常を検知する。

Claims (11)
- 車両に搭載され、通信ネットワークを介して外部デバイスから取得した情報に基づいて前記車両の走行状態を制御することができる車両制御装置であって、
前記車両の走行状態を可変させることができる可変制御パラメータを、前記通信ネットワークから取得する通信制御部と、
前記可変制御パラメータを蓄積する書込可能記憶部と、
デフォルト値として決定され、前記車両の走行状態を初期化する固定制御パラメータを蓄積する書込不可記憶部と、
前記車両の挙動の異常を判定する車両情報取得部と、
前記可変制御パラメータがある場合には前記可変制御パラメータにて前記車両を走行させ、前記可変制御パラメータがない場合あるいは前記車両情報取得部が前記車両の挙動に異常を検知した場合には、前記固定制御パラメータにて前記車両を走行させる安全関連部と、
を備える、車両制御装置。 - 前記安全関連部が制御する走行状態は、アクセル制御、ブレーキ制御、および、ハンドル制御の少なくとも1つである、
請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記安全関連部は、前記車両に設置された緊急停止釦が押されたとき、または、ブレーキペダルが所定値以上に踏み込まれたときは、前記可変制御パラメータを強制的に前記固定制御パラメータに変更する、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記車両情報取得部は、前記可変制御パラメータにて前記車両が走行している際に、アクセルペダルの踏込み量に対して加速度が所定値以上の場合は、前記車両の挙動の異常と判定する、
請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記車両情報取得部は、前記可変制御パラメータにて前記車両が走行している際に、ブレーキペダルの踏込み量に対して減速量が所定値より少ない場合は、前記車両の挙動の異常と判定する、
請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記車両情報取得部は、前記可変制御パラメータにて前記車両が走行している際に、ハンドルの回転角に対して車両の回転角が所定値より少ない場合は、前記車両の挙動の異常と判定する、
請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記車両情報取得部が前記車両の挙動の異常を検知したときに、前記通信制御部が前記通信ネットワークに接続されている場合には、強制的にその通信ネットワークを遮断する、
請求項1から請求項6の何れか一項に記載の車両制御装置。 - ハイブリッド自動車、または電気自動車に搭載された、
請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 通信ネットワークを介して外部デバイスから取得した、車両の走行状態を可変させることができる可変制御パラメータを蓄積する書込可能記憶部と、
前記車両の走行状態を初期化する固定制御パラメータを蓄積する書込不可記憶部と、
前記可変制御パラメータがある場合には、前記可変制御パラメータにて前記車両を走行させ、前記可変制御パラメータがない場合あるいは前記車両の挙動に異常を検知した場合には、前記固定制御パラメータにて前記車両を走行させる安全関連部と、
を備える、車両制御装置。 - 前記安全関連部が制御する走行状態は、アクセル制御、ブレーキ制御、および、ハンドル制御の少なくとも1つである、
請求項9記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記安全関連部は、前記車両に設置された緊急停止釦が押されたとき、または、ブレーキペダルが所定値以上に踏み込まれたときは、前記可変制御パラメータを強制的に前記固定制御パラメータに変更する、
請求項9または請求項10記載の車両制御装置。
