Claims (1)
- 独立栄養微生物である紅色硫黄細菌の、アロクロマチウム・パルメリ(Allochromatium palmeri)、エクトチオロドシナス・モンゴリカス(Ectothiorhodosinus mongolicus)、およびハロクロマチウム・ロゼウム(Halochromatium roseum)の中から選ばれた1種〜3種の菌株を選別する選別段階と、
選別段階で選別された独立栄養微生物種を、リン酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、塩化ナトリウム、塩化アンモニウム、塩化カルシウム、および精製水を含むpH6.0〜7.0の培地で、43〜45℃の培養室で190〜210時間、5000ルクス以上の照明下で、微生物の菌体数が4〜5×105cfu/mL以上となるように培養する培養段階と、
培養段階で製造された独立栄養微生物とその他の不純物が含まれている培養液に精製水を混合して、独立栄養微生物の菌体数が4〜5×105cfu/mLであり、独立栄養微生物とその他の不純物が含まれている培養液混合物製剤を得る混合段階の後、前記独立栄養微生物とその他の不純物が含まれている培養液混合物製剤を、沸点99℃で沸騰する状態で5分間加熱して、培養段階で混入する可能性のある他の細菌および不純物の汚染を除去する滅菌段階と、
滅菌段階を経た培養液混合物製剤を清浄室で常温に復帰させた後、追加の微生物培地の供給なしで48〜60時間安定化させる培養時間を持ち、しかる後に、この過程を経た培養液混合物製剤をフィルタリングによって精製して純然たる独立栄養微生物を含む培養液混合物製剤を得る精製段階と、
前記精製段階で得られた純然たる独立栄養微生物を4〜5×105cfu/mLの菌体数に保持した培養液混合物製剤を微生物製剤として収穫する収穫段階を経て、得られた微生物製剤を用いる脱臭剤の製造方法。
