総脂質3.1%、線維類11.7%、灰分(ミネラル)類14.6%、可溶性窒素非含有物質39.8%、微生物の数2×105〜3×109、エネルギー保有量11.4MJ/kg乾量であった。また、液体成分として、乳酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、酪酸、コハク酸等の有機酸、イソアミルアルコール等のアルコール、さらにスペルミジン,スペルミン,プトレスシン等の米ぬか由来のポリアミンを含有していた。

Claims (4)
- 酵母細胞、及びバチラス属微生物を含む有用微生物群を米ぬかに混合し、40〜60℃で8〜15時間発酵させ、その後、前記温度よりも低い温度で且つ前記時間よりも長い時間発酵させ、発酵させた前記米ぬかから液体成分を分離し、分離した前記液体成分を回収し、得られた前記液体成分の液体をpH3.0〜pH6.0に調整して消臭剤とする消臭剤の製造方法。
- 前記液体成分を分離回収する工程は、乾燥機で前記米ぬかから液体成分を気化させて分離し、気化した液体成分を液体に戻して前記消臭剤とする請求項1記載の消臭剤の製造方法。
- 前記消臭剤は、前記発酵した米ぬかから得られる前記液体成分を、滅菌濾過する処理を施して製造する請求項1記載の消臭剤の製造方法。
- 前記液体成分は、有機酸と、米ぬか由来のポリアミンを含む請求項1又は2記載の消臭剤の製造方法。
