本发明提供复合生物酶除臭剂及其制备方法,所述复合生物酶除臭剂包括半纤维素酶、纤维素酶、复合酶制剂、填料、乳酸菌和氨基酸表面活性剂。本发明的有益效果是生物活性高,起效迅速,各种生物菌种相互协同,品质稳定,保存期长,使用方便,对各类臭气针对性强,降解效果显著,可大大减少硫化氢、氨气与脂肪酸系等臭气的排放,有效抑制腐败菌、病原菌等有害微生物的繁殖和生长,可消除恶臭,防止恶臭再次发生,深入降解恶臭污染物,将臭气中污染物质转化为无害的水、二氧化碳等,消除游离在环境中的臭味物质,除臭速度快,且非常彻底,具有超长的时效,以及优异的缓释功能,随着时间的延长,除臭的功能依然保留得非常好,除臭的功能逐步释放出来。

背景技术
在现有的技术中常用的除臭剂主要有以下几种类型,物理除臭剂、化学除臭剂、微生物除臭剂和植物除臭剂,其中,物理除臭剂通过使用吸收剂将臭味物质吸收到吸收剂的微孔中,但吸收剂一旦吸收臭味物质后就难以解吸,无法重复使用,难以处理,造成环境的二次污染,化学除臭剂具有针对性强、见效快等特点,可掩盖臭味,但是成本较高,易造成二次污染;微生物除臭剂虽然成本低廉,但是由于微生物混合发酵困难,产品不稳定,且有一定的适应性和生长周期,所以难以达到快速高效的除臭效果,而且目前的除臭剂制备方法存在提取工艺复杂,生产成本高,有效活性成分含量低,不能从根本上去除臭气等技术问题。
因此,研发一种质量稳定、效果突出且能快速除臭的复合生物酶除臭剂,来解决现有臭气污染问题已经迫在眉睫。

在一些技术方案中:所述复合生物酶除臭剂中各组分的重量份数为:半纤维素酶1~20份,复合酶制剂10~40份,纤维素酶1~20份,填料10~60份,乳酸菌1~20份,氨基酸表面活性剂1~20份和水30~50份。
在一些优选的技术方案中:所述复合生物酶除臭剂中各组分的重量份数为:半纤维素酶9~12份,复合酶制剂20~34份,纤维素酶10~15份,填料30~54份,乳酸菌8~13份,氨基酸表面活性剂12~15份和水30~50份。
在一些技术方案中:所述复合酶制剂为酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶的混合物。
作为优选:酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶的重量份比为3~8:1~5:1~5。
进一步优选:酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶的重量份比为3~5:2~5:1~3。
在一些技术方案中:所述填料是碳酸钠、聚乙二醇和蔗糖聚合物中的混合物。
在一些更为具体的技术方案中:酸性蛋白酶的酶活力为3000~4000U/g,β-甘露聚糖的酶活力为15000~20000U/g,木聚糖酶的酶活力为12000~15000U/g。
在一些技术方案中:氨基酸表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠和椰油酰基甘氨酸钾中的至少一种;优选:氨基酸表面活性剂为质量比为1~3:5~8:6~12的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠和椰油酰基甘氨酸钾。
一种上述复合生物酶除臭剂的制备方法,该方法首先将乳酸菌的菌种扩大培养至活菌数为2×109CFU/ml;之后将复合酶制剂以及半纤维素酶、纤维素酶、填料、氨基酸表面活性剂和水混合均匀,得到复合生物酶除臭剂。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是本发明技术方案的生物活性高,起效迅速,各种生物菌种相互协同,没有拮抗性,品质稳定,保存期长,使用方便,通过复合生物酶快速催化降解功能对各类臭气针对性强,降解效果显著,可大大减少硫化氢、氨气与脂肪酸等臭气的排放,并有效抑制腐败菌、病原菌等有害微生物的繁殖和生长,可消除恶臭,防止恶臭再次发生,深入降解恶臭污染物,将臭气中污染物质转化为无害的水、二氧化碳等,消除游离在环境中的臭味物质,减少污染,改善环境;除臭速度快,而且更彻底,随着时间的延长,尤其是时间超过4h时,各项除臭指标都超出了95%,达到了非常优于的除臭效果,同时,还可以说明,本发明的复合生物酶除臭剂具有超长的时效,以及优异的缓释功能,随着时间的延长,除臭的功能依然保留得非常好,除臭的功能逐步释放出来。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此:
实施例1~5

其他条件同实施例1,除了所述的氨基酸表面活性剂为月桂酰基谷氨酸钠5g。

其他条件同实施例2,除了所述的氨基酸表面活性剂为月桂酰基谷氨酸钠5g和椰油酰基甘氨酸钾6g。
对比例3
其他条件同实施例3,除了所述的氨基酸表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠5g和椰油酰基甘氨酸钾15g。
实施例1~3以及对比例1~3的制备方法
将乳酸菌的菌种扩大培养至活菌数为3×109CFU/ml;之后将复合酶制剂以及半纤维素酶、纤维素酶、填料、氨基酸表面活性剂和水混合均匀,得到复合生物酶除臭剂。
对比组1
取现有的植物除臭剂为对比试验,提取液A的制备,先按照1:2:2:2:1的重量份比称取姜、葱、蒜、芫荽、芹菜,并将它们混合粉碎,然后用混合粉碎后的原料16倍体积的60℃的水浸泡22h,再进行过滤,将滤渣重复浸泡过滤2次,过滤后的滤液与初次浸泡过滤后的滤液混合,得到提取液A;
提取液B的制备,先按照1:3:1:3:1:4:1:4:2:3:1:4:2:4:3的重量份比称取辣椒、花椒、胡椒、大茴香、玫瑰、薄荷、茉莉、橙橘、柚子、柠檬、月桂、冬青、松针、芦荟、樟树,并将它们混合粉碎,然后用混合粉碎后的原料50倍体积的40%乙醇浸泡26h,再进行过滤,将滤渣重复浸泡过滤2次,过滤后的滤液与初次浸泡过滤后的滤液混合,通过蒸馏的方式回收其中的乙醇,得到提取液B;
取料,按照下述重量份数量取下述原料:10份提取液A;10份提取液B;1份丁香提取物;1份桉叶油;2份丝兰提取物;1份山茶花提取物;1份银杏叶提取物;1份茶多酚;6份表面活性剂;65份水;1份苦参碱;1份除虫菊提取物;
混合,将步骤③取好的原料混合在一起,得到高效植物除臭剂。
将实施例1~3以及对比例1~3的制备方法得到的复合生物酶除臭剂喷洒于垃圾表面,测试除臭效果,测试时间0.5h,同时以现有的除臭剂做一组对比实验,测试结果如下表:

通过以上实验可以得出,本发明的高效生物除臭剂相对于现有的除臭剂以及现有的植物除臭剂,其除臭效果可以得到显著的提高。
同时将本发明实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的制备方法得到的除臭剂用于公共卫生间除臭,可以起到很好的杀菌灭蝇效果,相对于现有的除臭剂来说,是个显著的进步。
另外,申请人还做了一组除臭速度以及持续时间的测试,结果如下表所示:

上述数据表明,与对比例相比,由于本发明复合生物酶除臭剂采用了特定的组份和含量,因而,在同样的时间内,达到的除臭的各项指标都远远比对比例更优,除臭速度快,而且更彻底,随着时间的延长,尤其是时间超过4h时,各项除臭指标都超出了95%,达到了非常优于的除臭效果,同时,还可以说明,本发明的复合生物酶除臭剂具有超长的时效,以及优异的缓释功能,随着时间的延长,除臭的功能依然保留得非常好,除臭的功能逐步释放出来。
以上对本发明的一个实施例进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本发明的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定本发明的实施范围。凡依本发明申请范围所作的均等变化与改进等,均应仍归属于本发明的专利涵盖范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:所述复合生物酶除臭剂包括半纤维素酶、纤维素酶、复合酶制剂、填料、乳酸菌和氨基酸表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:所述复合生物酶除臭剂中各组分的重量份数为:半纤维素酶1~20份,复合酶制剂10~40份,纤维素酶1~20份,填料10~60份,乳酸菌1~20份,氨基酸表面活性剂1~20份和水30~50份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:所述复合生物酶除臭剂中各组分的重量份数为:半纤维素酶9~12份,复合酶制剂20~34份,纤维素酶10~15份,填料30~54份,乳酸菌8~13份,氨基酸表面活性剂12~15份和水30~50份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一种所述的复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:所述复合酶制剂为酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶的重量份比为3~8:1~5:1~5。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:酸性蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶的重量份比为3~5:2~5:1~3。
7.根据权利要求1~3任一种所述的复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:所述填料是碳酸钠、聚乙二醇和蔗糖聚合物中的混合物。
8.根据权利要求4所述的复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:酸性蛋白酶的酶活力为3000~4000U/g,β-甘露聚糖的酶活力为15000~20000U/g,木聚糖酶的酶活力为12000~15000U/g。
9.根据权利要求1所述的复合生物酶除臭剂,其特征在于:氨基酸表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠和椰油酰基甘氨酸钾中的至少一种;优选:氨基酸表面活性剂为质量比为1~3:5~8:6~12的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠和椰油酰基甘氨酸钾。
10.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述的复合生物酶除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法首先将乳酸菌的菌种扩大培养至活菌数为3×109CFU/ml;之后将复合酶制剂以及半纤维素酶、纤维素酶、填料、氨基酸表面活性剂和水混合均匀,得到复合生物酶除臭剂。
