Description
Claims (2)
- 第1隔膜と、前記第1隔膜と向い合うように配された第2隔膜とが対をなす複数対の隔膜を含む、ベローズの製造に使われる溶接用冷却リングであり、
前記第1隔膜と前記第2隔膜のうち少なくとも一つに接触した状態で、前記第1隔膜と前記第2隔膜とを互いに密着させるように配され、銅を含む円弧状の本体と、
溶接時に銅粉塵が発生しないように、前記本体にメッキされるメッキ層と、
を備え、
前記メッキ層は、銅に比べて電気伝導性が低く、銅に比べて高融点及び高硬度のニッケル及びクロムからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つを含み、かつ、前記メッキ層は、総重量100重量部に対し99重量部以上の前記ニッケルを含むものであるか、総重量100重量部に対して99重量部以上の前記クロムを含むものであり、
前記溶接時に発生する銅粉塵が前記ベローズの表面に残留せず、銅粉塵によって前記ベローズが使われる周辺装備に電気的ショートが発生しないように構成される、ことを特徴とするベローズ溶接用冷却リング。 - 第1隔膜と、前記第1隔膜と向い合うように配された第2隔膜とが対をなす複数対の隔膜を含む、ベローズの製造に使われる円弧状の溶接用冷却リングであり、
前記第1隔膜と前記第2隔膜のうち少なくとも一つに接触した状態で、前記第1隔膜と前記第2隔膜とを互いに密着させるように配され、
溶接時に銅粉塵が発生しないように、銅に比べて電気伝導性が低く、銅に比べて高融点及び高硬度のタングステンとモリブデンとニッケルとクロムとからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つを含み、かつ、前記溶接用冷却リングが、総重量100重量部に対して99重量部以上の前記タングステンを含むものであるか、総重量100重量部に対して99重量部以上の前記モリブデンを含むものであるか、総重量100重量部に対して99重量部以上の前記ニッケルを含むものであるか、総重量100重量部に対して99重量部以上の前記クロムを含むものであり、
溶接時に銅粉塵が前記ベローズの表面に残留せず、銅粉塵によって前記ベローズが使われる周辺装備に電気的ショートが発生しないように構成される、ことを特徴とするベローズ溶接用冷却リング。
