Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/225,547号(2009年7月14日出願、名称「眼科手術測定システム」)について優先権を主張するものであり、これは参照により全体としてここに組み込まれる。
本発明の実施形態は、概して眼科測定を行うためのシステムおよび方法に関する。特に、幾つかの実施形態は、患者の眼内の空間距離、例えば、角膜表面と無水晶体眼(aphakic eye)でのカプセル嚢(capsular bag)の後壁との間の距離を測定するために使用できる。
Claims (20)
- 眼科装置であって、
該装置の光軸に対して非ゼロの第1角度で、第1光ビームが患者の眼の中に向くように構成された第1レーザであって、第1光ビームは、眼内のターゲット領域に向けて伝搬し、第1光ビームの一部がターゲット領域によって散乱されるようにした第1レーザと、
ターゲット領域によって散乱された光を受光するように位置決めされ、該装置の光軸を定義する結像光学系と、
結像光学系によりターゲット領域からの散乱光が向けられる光検知素子と、
光検知素子によって受光された光に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、眼の角膜と眼内のターゲット領域との間の距離を手術中に決定するように構成されたプロセッサとを備え、
ターゲット領域は、眼の無水晶体カプセル嚢の一部を含み、
プロセッサはさらに、角膜とターゲット領域との間の距離に基づいて、眼の中に移植される眼内レンズの位置の推定値を決定するように構成される、眼科装置。 - プロセッサは、眼の角膜表面と眼内のターゲット領域との間の距離を決定するように構成される請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- プロセッサは、装置の光軸が角膜と交差する角膜上の場所と、眼内のターゲット領域との間の距離を決定するように構成される請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- ターゲット領域は、無水晶体眼のカプセル嚢の後壁を含む請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- ターゲット領域は、無水晶体眼のカプセル嚢の前側表面を含む請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- 装置の光軸は、眼の視軸とほぼ同じ場所で、眼の角膜表面と交差する請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- 装置の光軸は、眼の視軸とほぼ同一直線上である請求項6記載の眼科装置。
- 眼科装置であって、
該装置の光軸に対して非ゼロの第1角度で、第1光ビームが患者の眼の中に向くように構成された第1レーザであって、第1光ビームは、眼内のターゲット領域に向けて伝搬し、第1光ビームの一部がターゲット領域によって散乱されるようにした第1レーザと、
ターゲット領域によって散乱された光を受光するように位置決めされ、該装置の光軸を定義する結像光学系と、
結像光学系によりターゲット領域からの散乱光が向けられる光検知素子と、
光検知素子によって受光された光に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、眼の角膜と眼内のターゲット領域との間の距離を決定するように構成されたプロセッサと、
装置の光軸に対して非ゼロの第2角度で、第2光ビームが患者の眼の中に向くように配向した第2レーザであって、第2光ビームは、眼内のターゲット領域に向けて伝搬し、第2光ビームの一部がターゲット領域によって散乱されるようにした第2レーザとを備え、
ターゲット領域によって散乱した第1光ビームの一部は、光検知素子上に第1ターゲットスポットを形成し、ターゲット領域によって散乱した第2光ビームの一部は、光検知素子上に第2ターゲットスポットを形成し、
プロセッサは、第1および第2ターゲットスポットの位置に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、眼の角膜と眼内のターゲット領域との間の距離を計算するように構成される、眼科装置。 - プロセッサは、第1および第2スポットの間の距離に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、眼の角膜と眼内のターゲット領域との間の距離を計算するように構成される請求項8記載の眼科装置。
- 第1および第2レーザは、第1および第2光ビームの両方が、ほぼ眼の角膜表面上の場所で眼に入るように配向しており、第1および第2光ビームの一部が角膜表面で散乱して光検知素子で受光され、
角膜表面で散乱した第1光ビームの一部は、光検知素子上に第1中心スポットを形成し、角膜表面で散乱した第2光ビームの一部は、光検知素子上に第2中心スポットを形成し、
装置が所定の位置に位置決めされた場合、第1および第2中心スポットはほぼ重なるようにした請求項8記載の眼科装置。 - 第1および第2レーザは、装置の光軸の両側に位置決めされる請求項8記載の眼科装置。
- 第1および第2レーザは、装置の光軸からほぼ等距離で離れている請求項11記載の眼科装置。
- 非ゼロの第1および第2角度は、ほぼ等しい値を有し、装置の光軸からほぼ反対方向に延びている請求項12記載の眼科装置。
- 眼科装置であって、
該装置の光軸に対して非ゼロの第1角度で、第1光ビームが患者の眼の中に向くように構成された第1レーザであって、第1光ビームは、眼内のターゲット領域に向けて伝搬し、第1光ビームの一部がターゲット領域によって散乱されるようにした第1レーザと、
ターゲット領域によって散乱された光を受光するように位置決めされ、該装置の光軸を定義する結像光学系と、
結像光学系によりターゲット領域からの散乱光が向けられる光検知素子と、
光検知素子によって受光された光に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、眼の角膜と眼内のターゲット領域との間の距離を決定するように構成されたプロセッサとを備え、
第1レーザは、第1光ビームが眼の角膜表面を通って眼に入るように配向しており、
第1光ビームの一部が角膜表面で散乱して結像光学系によって受光され、角膜表面で散乱した第1光ビームの一部は、光検知素子上に基準スポットを形成し、ターゲット領域によって散乱した第1光ビームの一部は、光検知素子上にターゲットスポットを形成し、
プロセッサは、基準スポットに対するターゲットスポットの位置に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、眼の角膜と眼内のターゲット領域との間の距離を計算するように構成される、眼科装置。 - 眼に対して所定の位置に、装置を位置決めするためのアライメントシステムをさらに備える請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- 第1光ビームは、眼の角膜表面の中心で眼に入るようにした請求項15記載の眼科装置。
- 非ゼロの角度は、約10度〜約20度である請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- 手術用顕微鏡をさらに備える請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- 波面収差計をさらに備える請求項1記載の眼科装置。
- 波面収差計は、タルボット−モアレ干渉計を含む請求項19記載の眼科装置。
