Description
(i)第一のコポリエステル材料および第二のコポリエステル材料はお互いに異なり;
(ii)基材層のコポリエステルは一般式CnH2n(COOH)2の芳香族ジカルボン酸および飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含み、ここでnは2から8であり;
(iii)ヒートシール可能な層は一つ以上のワックスを含み;および
(iv)複合フィルムは収縮性または熱成形可能である。
(i)第一のコポリエステル材料および第二のコポリエステル材料はお互いに異なり;
(ii)基材層のコポリエステルは一般式CnH2n(COOH)2の芳香族ジカルボン酸および飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含み、ここでnは2から8であり;
(iii)ヒートシール可能な層は一つ以上のワックスを含み;および
(iv)複合フィルムは収縮性または熱成形可能である。
(i)材料のガラス転移温度(Tg)を超える温度、材料が結晶溶融点(Tm)を示す場合には、結晶溶融点よりも低い温度で、可逆的に軟化し、その温度では材料は外部の力によって変形可能なゴムのような固体状態を呈し;
(ii)フィルムがガラス転移点よりも低い温度に一旦冷却されると、ガラス転移点を超える温度でフィルムに発生した変形を保持しなければならない。
複合フィルムは共押出しで製造され、第一の(基材)層はアゼライン酸/テレフタル酸/エチレングリコール(6/94/100)の無充填のコポリエステルであり、および第二の層は、Tgが−15℃でTmが150℃である、アゼライン酸/テレフタル酸/エチレングリコール(45/55/100)のヒートシール可能なコポリエステルであった。ヒートシール可能な層は、(層の合計組成物に対して)1.5質量%のN5N’−エチレンビス(オレアミド)ワックス(EBO;クローダ社からCrodamideEBOとして入手)および、(層の合計組成物に対して)3質量%の、平均粒径が1μmである、シリカ充填剤粒子をさらに含有する。
次に、本発明の好ましい態様を示す。
1. 第二のコポリエステル材料を含有するヒートシール可能な層を表面に有する第一のコポリエステル材料を含有する基材層を含むヒートシール可能な、共押出し複合ポリマーフィルムであって:
(i)前記第一のコポリエステル材料および前記第二のコポリエステル材料はお互いに異なり;
(ii)前記基材層のコポリエステルは芳香族ジカルボン酸および式CnH2n(COOH)2(式中nは2から8である)の飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有し;
(iii)ヒートシール可能な層は一つ以上のワックスを含有し;および、
(iv)前記複合フィルムは収縮性または熱成形可能であるフィルム。
2. 上記1に記載のフィルムであって、基材の前記コポリエステルは、前記コポリエステルの合計二酸フラクションに対して、少なくとも90モル%の芳香族ジカルボン酸、および前記コポリエステルの合計二酸フラクションに対して、10モル%以下の脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有するフィルム。
3. 上記1または2に記載のフィルムであって、基材コポリエステルの前記芳香族ジカルボン酸はテレフタル酸であるフィルム。
4. 上記1、2または3に記載のフィルムであって、前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸はセバシン酸、アジピン酸およびアゼライン酸から構成されるグループから選択されるフィルム。
5. 上記1乃至4の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、基材コポリエステルのグリコールはエチレングリコールであるフィルム。
6. 上記1乃至5の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、前記ヒートシール可能な層は、前記コポリエステルの合計二酸フラクションに対して90モル%以下の前記芳香族ジカルボン酸、および、前記コポリエステルの合計二酸フラクションに対して少なく10モル%以下の前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有するコポリエステルを含むフィルム。
7. 上記6に記載のフィルムであって、前記ヒートシール可能な層のコポリエステルはテレフタル酸および式CnH2n(COOH)2であって、式中nは2から8である飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有するフィルム。
8. 上記6または7に記載のフィルムであって、ヒートシール可能なコポリエステル中に存在する前記芳香族ジカルボン酸は、前記コポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分ベースで、45から80モル%の範囲であるフィルム。
9. 上記8に記載のフィルムであって、前記コポリエステル中に存在する前記芳香族ジカルボン酸は、前記コポリエステルの前記ジカルボン酸成分ベースで、55から65モル%の範囲であるフィルム。
10. 上記6から9の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、前記ヒートシール可能な層の前記コポリエステルはアゼライン酸およびテレフタル酸とエチレングリコールとのコポリエステルであって;アゼライン酸/テレフタル酸/エチレングリコールの相対モル比は40〜50/60〜50/100の範囲にあるフィルム。
11. 上記1から10の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、複合フィルムの合計厚さは約5から約50μmの範囲であるフィルム。
12. 上記1から11の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、前記ヒートシール可能な層の厚さは約0.3から約3.0μmの範囲であるフィルム。
13. 上記1から12の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、複合フィルムの収縮は機械方向および横軸方向の両方で少なくとも10%であるフィルム。
14. 二軸配向である上記1から13の何れかに記載のフィルム。
15. 剥離可能である上記1から14の何れかに記載のフィルム。
16. ヒートシール可能な、複合ポリマーフィルムの製造プロセスであって、第一のコポリエステル材料を含む基材および、第二のコポリエステル材料を含有するヒートシール可能な層を共押出しするステップを含み:
(i)第一のコポリエステル材料および第二のコポリエステル材料はお互いに異なり;
(ii)基材層のコポリエステルは芳香族ジカルボン酸および式CnH2n(COOH)2(式中nは2から8である)の飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有し、;
(iii)ヒートシール可能な層は一つ以上のワックスを含有し;および、
(iv)前記複合フィルムは収縮性または熱成形可能である製造プロセス。
17. 上記1から15の何れかに記載のフィルムまたは上記16に記載のプロセスであって、ワックスは、ミネラルワックス、植物ワックスまたは合成ワックスから選択されるフィルムまたはプロセス。
18. 上記17に記載のフィルムまたはプロセスであって、前記ワックスはアミドワックスであるフィルムまたはプロセス。
19. 上記18に記載のフィルムまたはプロセスであって、前記ワックスはN,N’−エチレンビス(オレアミド)またはN,N’−エチレンビス(ステアルアミド)から選択されるフィルムまたはプロセス。
20. 食料品を含む器に対するヒートシールのためのリッディングフィルムとしての上記1から15または17から19の何れかで定義される複合フィルムの使用、または食料品を含む器に対するヒートシールのためのリッディングフィルムの製造における上記1から15または17から19で定義される複合フィルムの使用。
21. 食料品を含む器を含むシールされた容器であって、上記1から15または17から19の何れかで定義される複合フィルムから形成される蓋をさらに含む容器。
22. 袋詰めされた食料品であって、パッケージングには上記1から15または17から19の何れかで定義されるフィルムを含む食料品。
Claims (15)
- ヒートシール可能な、複合ポリマーフィルムの製造プロセスであって、第一のコポリエステル材料を含む基材および、第二のコポリエステル材料を含有するヒートシール可能な層を共押出しするステップ;押出物を急冷するステップ;急冷押出物を65から100℃の範囲の温度で横軸方向(TD)に3.0から4.3の範囲の延伸比に延伸するステップであって、前記フィルムは55から85℃の範囲の温度で予熱されているステップ;および急冷押出物を前記基材のTgよりも高い温度で機械方向(MD)に2.5から3.7の範囲の延伸比に延伸するステップを含み;前記フィルムを50から200℃の範囲の温度で熱硬化するステップを含んでもよく:
(i)第一のコポリエステル材料および第二のコポリエステル材料はお互いに異なり;
(ii)基材層のコポリエステルは芳香族ジカルボン酸および式CnH2n(COOH)2(式中nは2から8である)の飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有し、;
(iii)ヒートシール可能な層は一つ以上のワックスを含有し;
(iv)ヒートシール可能な層のコポリエステルのTgは20℃以下であり;および
(v)前記複合フィルムは収縮性であり、前記複合フィルムの収縮は機械方向および横軸の両方がそれぞれ少なくとも10%であり、収縮は温度190℃で5分間後測定される製造プロセス。 - 第二のコポリエステル材料を含有するヒートシール可能な層を表面に有する第一のコポリエステル材料を含有する基材層を含むヒートシール可能な、共押出し複合ポリマーフィルムであって:
(i)前記第一のコポリエステル材料および前記第二のコポリエステル材料はお互いに異なり;
(ii)前記基材層のコポリエステルは芳香族ジカルボン酸および式CnH2n(COOH)2(式中nは2から8である)の飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有し;
(iii)ヒートシール可能な層は一つ以上のワックスを含有し;
(iv)ヒートシール可能な層のコポリエステルのTgは20℃以下であり;および
(v)前記複合フィルムは収縮性であり、前記複合フィルムの収縮は機械方向および横軸の両方がそれぞれ少なくとも10%であり、収縮は温度190℃で5分間後測定されるフィルム。 - 請求項2に記載のフィルムであって、基材の前記コポリエステルは、前記コポリエステルの合計二酸フラクションに対して、少なくとも90モル%の芳香族ジカルボン酸、および前記コポリエステルの合計二酸フラクションに対して、10モル%以下の脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有するフィルム。
- 請求項2または3に記載のフィルムであって、基材コポリエステルの前記芳香族ジカルボン酸はテレフタル酸であるフィルム。
- 請求項2乃至4の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸はセバシン酸、アジピン酸およびアゼライン酸から構成されるグループから選択されるフィルム。
- 請求項2乃至5の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、基材コポリエステルのグリコールはエチレングリコールであるフィルム。
- 請求項2乃至6の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、前記ヒートシール可能な層は、前記コポリエステルの合計二酸フラクションに対して90モル%以下の前記芳香族ジカルボン酸、および、前記コポリエステルの合計二酸フラクションに対して10モル%以上の前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有するコポリエステルを含むフィルム。
- 請求項7に記載のフィルムであって、前記ヒートシール可能な層のコポリエステルはテレフタル酸および式CnH2n(COOH)2であって、式中nは2から8である飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸を含有するフィルム。
- 請求項7または8に記載のフィルムであって、ヒートシール可能なコポリエステル中に存在する前記芳香族ジカルボン酸は、前記コポリエステルのジカルボン酸成分ベースで、45から80モル%の範囲であるフィルム。
- 請求項7から9の何れかに記載のフィルムであって、前記ヒートシール可能な層の前記コポリエステルはアゼライン酸およびテレフタル酸とエチレングリコールとのコポリエステルであって;アゼライン酸/テレフタル酸/エチレングリコールの相対モル比は40〜50/60〜50/100の範囲にあるフィルム。
- 請求項2から10の何れかに記載のフィルムまたは請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、前記ワックスはアミドワックスであるフィルムまたはプロセス。
- 請求項11に記載のフィルムまたはプロセスであって、前記ワックスはN,N’−エチレンビス(オレアミド)またはN,N’−エチレンビス(ステアルアミド)から選択されるフィルムまたはプロセス。
- 食料品を含む器に対するヒートシールのためのリッディングフィルムとしての請求項2から12の何れかで定義される複合フィルムの使用、または食料品を含む器に対するヒートシールのためのリッディングフィルムの製造における請求項2から12の何れかで定義される複合フィルムの使用。
- 食料品を含む器を含むシールされた容器であって、請求項2から12の何れかで定義される複合フィルムから形成される蓋をさらに含む容器。
- 袋詰めされた食料品であって、パッケージングには請求項2から12の何れかで定義されるフィルムを含む食料品。
