Claims (8)
- 電磁的にシールドされた導体要素(22)を収納するように形成された送電機器の電磁シールドのための電磁シールドスリーブ(10)であって、
該シールドスリーブ(10)は長手軸に沿って軸方向に延びており、該シールドスリーブは、該シールドスリーブ(10)と一体的に形成される脆弱部(11)を具備し、
該脆弱部は軸方向に収縮するように且つ前記軸に向かって径方向内向きに収縮するように形成されており、接続されていない初期状態から接続完了状態までの間において、前記脆弱部(11)は、前記シールドスリーブ(10)と前記シールドされた導体要素(22)との間の電気的接続およびシールドの連続性を確立するために、前記シールドされた導体要素(22)にバネ力を負荷することを特徴とする電磁シールドスリーブ(10)。 - 前記脆弱部(11)は前記シールドスリーブ(10)の脆弱リングセクション(11)の形状で形成され、このリングセクション(11)の壁は前記シールドスリーブ(10)の長手軸に平行に向けられた複数のスロット(12)を具備し、且つ前記スロット(12)の間の壁領域(13)を形成しており、前記スロットは断面において内向きに向けられた点からV字形状を有し、前記脆弱部(11)の収縮は前記スロットの間において前記壁領域(13)を内向きに隆起させることによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁シールドスリーブ(10)。
- 前記長手軸からV字形状とされた各壁領域(13)の前記点を離間した径方向距離は、前記脆弱部(11)が軸方向に且つ前記軸に向かって径方向内向きに収縮された場合に、初期静止状態から最終アクティブ状態まで減少することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁シールドスリーブ(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記スロット(12)は、少なくとも1つの隣接した壁領域(13)が少なくとも1つの脆弱な部分または収縮部を具備するような形状とされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁シールドスリーブ(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの脆弱な部分または収縮部は前記脆弱部(11)の中央に近接していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁シールドスリーブ(10)。
- 1つの軸端圧縮エッジ(18)を具備し、該圧縮エッジは、この圧縮エッジ(18)に押圧力を軸方向に負荷することによって、前記電磁シールドスリーブ(10)を軸方向に圧縮し、脆弱リングセクション(11)の前記スロット(12)の間の壁領域(13)を内向きに曲げて、これによって前記脆弱部(11)を収縮させるために使用されるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドスリーブ(10)。
- 前記圧縮エッジ(18)は、前記シールドスリーブ(10)の軸端領域の軸端縁であり、前記軸端領域は前記スロット(12)を1つも含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電磁シールドスリーブ(10)。
- 金属シートから形成されており、該金属シートは打ち抜かれ且つ原則的に円筒スリーブ形状に丸められることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドスリーブ(10)。
