Claims (14)
- 電磁的にシールドされた導体要素を収納するように形成された送電機器の電磁シールドのための電磁シールドデバイス(10)であって、
該シールドデバイスは原則的にスリーブ形状であり、該シールドスリーブは脆弱部(11)を具備し、
該脆弱部は、前記シールドデバイスと前記導体要素のシールド(22)との間の電気的接続を確立するために、少なくとも部分的に収縮されるように形成されていることを特徴とする電磁シールドデバイス。 - 前記脆弱部(11)は脆弱リングセクション(11)の形状で形成され、このリングセクション(11)の壁は前記シールドデバイス(10)の長手軸に平行に向けられた複数のスロット(12)を具備し、前記脆弱リングセクション(11)の収縮は前記スロットの間において前記壁領域(13)の内向きの隆起によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 前記脆弱リングセクション(11)のスロット(12)の間の壁領域(13)は内向きに曲げられて形成されており、組み立てられた状態において、前記壁領域(13)は前記導体要素のシールド(22)にバネ力を負荷することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 前記脆弱リングセクション(11)のスロット(12)の間の壁領域(13)は、内向きに曲げられて原則的にV字形状を形成するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの前記スロット(12)は、少なくとも1つの残りの壁領域(13)が少なくとも1つの脆弱部、またはその曲げを容易にする構造を具備するような形状とされていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 前記脆弱部(11,11´,11´ ´)は、前記シールドスリーブ主本体と比較して減少した径を有していることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの圧縮エッジ(18)を具備し、該圧縮エッジは前記電磁シールドデバイス(10)を圧縮し、前記スロット(12)と脆弱リングセクション(11)との間の壁領域(13)を内向きに曲げるために使用されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 10kHz〜5MHzの範囲において少なくとも40dB、好適に少なくとも55dB、最も好適に少なくとも70dBのシールドを可能とし、5MHz〜500MHzの範囲において少なくとも40dB、好適に少なくとも55dB、最も好適に少なくとも65dBのシールドを可能としていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの電力または信号伝達のための部分(23)と、該部分と好適に同軸に配列されたケーブルの電磁シールドのための部分と、を具備したケーブルを収容するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 電力コネクタ機器(70)内に組み込まれるように形成されており、該電力コネクタ機器(70)は10Aよりも大きい、好適に25Aよりも大きい、最も好適に50Aよりも大きい電流を伝達することが可能であり、且つ/または1.5kWよりも大きい、好適に10kWよりも大きい、さらに好適に30kWよりも大きい、なおさら好適に40KWよりも大きい、最も好適に50kWよりも大きい電力を伝達することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 前記電磁シールドデバイス(10)と前記導体要素の電磁シールド(22)との間の電気的接続は、分離した接触バネ要素無しに確立されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 金属シートから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの電磁シールドデバイス(10)と、電力もしくは信号を伝達するための少なくとも1つの電磁シールド導体(20)と、コネクタハウジング(30)と、を具備したアセンブリであって、
少なくとも1つの前記導体(20)は少なくとも1つの前記シールドデバイス(10)内に少なくとも部分的に組み付けられており、前記シールドデバイス(10)とシールド導体(20)とは前記コネクタハウジング(30)内に組み付けられていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 電磁シールドデバイスを製造するための方法であって、
a) 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の電磁シールドデバイス(10)を供給するステップと、
b) 電磁シールド導体を挿入するステップと、
c) 脆弱部(11)を収縮して、前記電磁シールドデバイス(10)と前記導体のシールドとの間に電気的接続を確立するステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする製造方法。
