Description
Claims (4)
- 入力されるPWM信号の周波数よりも高い周波数でパルス信号を発生させる発振器と、
前記PWM信号の入力有無に応じて前記発振器の動作を開始および停止させる第1の制御回路部と、
前記パルス信号をカウントして、N個(Nは自然数)のビットカウンタにカウント値を保持するカウンタと、
M個(MはNより小さい自然数)のビットレジスタを有し、転送信号の入力に応じて、前記N個のビットカウンタによって保持された前記カウント値のうちの上位Mビットを基準カウント値として転送可能に構成されたレジスタと、
前記カウンタによって保持された前記カウント値の下位Mビットと、前記レジスタによって保持された前記基準カウント値とを比較し、前記下位Mビットが前記基準カウント値に一致したタイミングでタイミングクロックを出力する比較器と、
前記PWM信号の立ち上がりのタイミングと同期して、前記カウンタから前記レジスタに前記基準カウント値を転送する前記転送信号、及び前記カウンタをリセットするリセット信号を順次生成する第2の制御回路部と、
を備え、
前記ビットカウンタの個数Nは、前記PWM信号の一周期の期間で発生する前記パルス信号をカウント可能な個数に設定されており、
前記レジスタは、前記転送信号が発生したタイミングで、前記ビットレジスタの個数M及び前記ビットカウンタの個数Nに応じた割合で前記カウント値から小さくされた前記基準カウント値を保持する、
ことを特徴とするクロックデータ再生回路。 - 前記カウンタは、前記ビットカウンタとしてN個のフリップフロップが縦列接続されて構成されており、
前記レジスタは、前記ビットレジスタとしてM個のフリップフロップを有しており、
前記カウンタの前記N個のフリップフロップのうちの前記上位Mビットに対応する前記フリップフロップの出力が、それぞれ、前記レジスタの前記M個のフリップフロップの入力に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のクロックデータ再生回路。 - 前記比較器は、前記カウンタの前記下位Mビットに対応する前記フリップフロップの出力と、前記レジスタの前記M個のフリップフロップの出力とのそれぞれを比較する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のクロックデータ再生回路。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のクロックデータ再生回路と、
前記PWM信号を受信するアンテナと、
前記PWM信号を増幅する増幅器と、
を備えることを特徴とする無線モジュール。
