Claims (8)
- 伝動装置アッセンブリであって、該伝動装置アッセンブリが、単車軸式のまたは多車軸式の陸上車両、特に商用車、またはこれに類する前進手段のパワートレーンに配置されており、前記陸上車両またはこれに類する前記前進手段の車軸のうち、少なくとも1つの車軸が駆動されており、1つの駆動される車軸の車軸半分にそれぞれ少なくとも1つの遊星歯車伝動装置が対応配置されており、前記車両における操舵操作を把握するための少なくとも1つのセンサ装置と、1つの制御装置とが設けられており、前記遊星歯車伝動装置が、前記制御装置によって、操舵操作データから算出された値に基づき制御可能であり、これによって、各車軸半分に配置された該当するホイールの各々が、該ホイールをスリップなしに進ませる回転数で駆動されるようになっている伝動装置アッセンブリにおいて、車軸半分(5)が、ディファレンシャルなしで等速駆動されており、制御装置(6)が、操作可能な流体静力学装置(11)を有しており、該流体静力学装置(11)によって、スリップなしに転がるホイール(4)の各々が、そのトルクを維持するようになっており、
制御装置(6)が、ハイドロリック的な制御媒体の回路を制御するための少なくとも1つの制御エレメント(31)を備えており、遊星歯車伝動装置(8)に、閉じられた輪郭を備えた回転する1つの制御要素(20)が配置されており、該制御要素(20)が、突部(21)を成す凸状に湾曲させられた要素区分と、ストローク谷部(22)を成す凹状に湾曲させられた要素区分とを交互に備えており、遊星歯車伝動装置(8)の制御要素(20)が、回転する支持体(34)の環状の軸方向区分(33)として該支持体(34)と相対回動不能に設けられており、支持体(34)の回転が、流体静力学装置(11)の、互いに等しい角度間隔を置いて配置された複数のピストン・シリンダアッセンブリ(12)を駆動するようになっており、支持体(34)に設けられた軸方向区分(33)が、遊星歯車伝動装置(8)のリングギヤ(13)に対して同一平面に配置されており、支持体(34)が、リングギヤ(13)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、伝動装置アッセンブリ。 - 少なくとも1つの制御エレメント(31)が、制御される遊星歯車伝動装置(8)から間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項1記載の伝動装置アッセンブリ。
- ピストン・シリンダアッセンブリ(12)の、支持体(34)と反対の側のシリンダ底部(23)が、それぞれ1つの吸込み弁(24)もしくは吐出し弁(25)を介して、ハイドロリック流体の、ハウジング(19)の全周にわたって延びる搬送装置(30)のそれぞれ1つの吸込み側および吐出し側に接続可能である、請求項1または2記載の伝動装置アッセンブリ。
- 搬送装置(30)が、各吸込み弁(24)に対応配置された少なくとも1つの環状通路(26a)と、各吐出し弁(25)に対応配置された少なくとも1つの環状通路(26b)とによってハウジング(19)に形成されているかまたはハイドロリック管路によって形成されている、請求項3記載の伝動装置アッセンブリ。
- 吸込み通路(26a)が、ハイドロリック流体の低圧供給部に接続されている、請求項4記載の伝動装置アッセンブリ。
- ピストン・シリンダアッセンブリ(12)が、ハウジング(19)を備えており、該ハウジング(19)が、その周面の範囲において前記吐出し側で制御エレメント(31)に接続されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置アッセンブリ。
- ピストン・シリンダアッセンブリ(12)が、それぞれリングギヤ(13)の方向へのピストン(16)の運動をアシストするための少なくとも1つの機械的な作動手段(39)を備えている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置アッセンブリ。
- 1つの駆動される車軸の両車軸半分(5)の遊星歯車伝動装置(8)が、該遊星歯車伝動装置(8)に対応配置された、制御エレメント(31)を備えた流体静力学装置(11)を有していて、両車軸半分(5)に対応配置可能な1つの車軸分岐伝動装置(50)のすぐ周辺に配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置アッセンブリ。
