Description
こうした従来の斜板においては、回転軸によって斜板が回転される際に相手材となるシューと摺動するようになっており、斜板の内周部側から潤滑油が供給されて両部材の摺動部分が潤滑されるようになっている。
前記斜板の内周部側から前記コーティング層の摺動面へ潤滑油が供給され、
上記コーティング層における内周部は、上記基材の端面との境界部となる内方縁に対して、上記摺動面の内周部側の縁部となる外方縁が半径方向外方に位置する傾斜面となっており、該傾斜面は、上記内方縁と外方縁とを結んだ仮想の直線が上記基材の端面と成す角度θ1が10°以下に設定されるとともに、上記内方縁に隣接する立上り部が端面と成す角度θ2が20°以下に設定されており、かつ、傾斜面のいずれの箇所においても上記基材の端面となす角度が90°未満となっていることを特徴とするものである。
シュー4は、ピストン3の凹部3Bに嵌合される半球面4Aと、斜板2の摺動面である表面2A又は裏面2Bと摺動する平坦な端面4Bとを備えている。シュー4はSUJ2からなり、半球面4Aおよび端面4Bに焼入れとその後の仕上げ加工がなされている。
回転軸1の回転に伴って斜板2が回転されると、斜板2の摺動面である表面2A又は裏面2Bと一対のシュー4の端面4Bとが摺動するとともに、一対のシュー4の半球面4Aとピストン3の凹部3B、3Bとが摺動することにより、各ピストン3が回転軸1の軸方向に沿って往復動されるようになっている。
また、回転軸1および斜板2が回転される際には、回転軸1が貫通した斜板2の内周部から潤滑油が供給されるようになっており、潤滑油は斜板2の回転に伴って摺動面である表面2Aと裏面2Bに供給されるようになっている。
基材11は鉄系の材料からなり、全域にわたって同一の厚さに設定されている。この基材11の貫通孔11Aが斜板2の内周部となっている。
コーティング層としての樹脂被膜層12は、端面11Bの外周部(斜板2の外周部2C)から貫通孔11Aよりも外方にわたる領域を被覆して設けられている。そのため、貫通孔11Aの隣接外方部分となる端面11Bは、円周方向全域にわたって環状に露出している。
また、基材11の端面11Bに樹脂被膜層12を形成する方法としては、次のような方法を用いることができる。つまり、スプレー塗装、ロール塗装、スタンプ塗装を採用することができる。さらに、より好適には、スピン塗装によって樹脂被膜層12を形成するのが良い。スピン塗装による場合には、先ず基材11の両方の端面11Bに樹脂塗料をロール塗装で塗布し、その後に基材11を回転機構に保持した状態で適切な回転数で所要時間回転させればよい。それにより、遠心力によって樹脂塗料が基材11の端面の内周側から外周側へ流動することで、上述した構成の樹脂被膜層12を有する斜板2を製造することができる。
なお、上記各実施例においては、コーティング層として樹脂被膜層12を想定しているが、コーティング層として樹脂被膜層以外のものを用いても良い。

Claims (5)
- 円板状の基材と、この基材の端面に施されたコーティング層とを備え、該コーティング層がシューと摺動する摺動面となる斜板にあって、
前記斜板の内周部側から前記コーティング層の摺動面へ潤滑油が供給され、
上記コーティング層における内周部は、上記基材の端面との境界部となる内方縁に対して、上記摺動面の内周部側の縁部となる外方縁が半径方向外方に位置する傾斜面となっており、該傾斜面は、上記内方縁と外方縁とを結んだ仮想の直線が上記基材の端面と成す角度θ1が10°以下に設定されるとともに、上記内方縁に隣接する立上り部が端面と成す角度θ2が20°以下に設定されており、かつ、傾斜面のいずれの箇所においても上記基材の端面となす角度が90°未満となっていることを特徴とする斜板。 - 上記コーティング層は樹脂被膜層からなり、上記角度θ1は5°以下に設定されるとともに、上記角度θ2は15°以下に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板。
- 上記傾斜面は、半径方向の断面が上方に向けて略円弧状に膨出する傾斜面、或いは、半径方向の断面が下方へ窪んだ略円弧状の傾斜面であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の斜板。
- 上記コーティング層の隣接内方位置となる端面に円周方向の環状溝が形成されており、上記コーティング層の内周部は上記環状溝内に入り込んで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板。
- 上記コーティング層の厚さは2〜50μmに設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の斜板。
