Description
ピストン4と摺動する第一摺動面51と、
斜板3と摺動する第二摺動面52と、
前記第二摺動面52に形成される凹部53と、
を具備し、
高さ方向に切った断面を、前記高さ方向の倍率が1000倍かつ径方向の倍率が10倍になるように示した場合において、
前記第二摺動面52と前記凹部53との接続部分55は、半径R2が5mmより大きいR形状に形成されるものである。
このように構成することにより、耐焼付性を向上させることができる。

- ピストンと摺動する第一摺動面と、
斜板と摺動する第二摺動面と、
前記第二摺動面に形成される凹部と、
を具備し、
前記第二摺動面を底面とする半球状に形成されるコンプレッサ用シューであって、
前記底面に対する高さ方向に切った断面を、前記高さ方向の倍率が1000倍かつ、前記高さ方向に垂直な径方向の倍率が10倍になるように示した場合において、
前記第二摺動面と前記凹部との接続部分は、半径が5mmより大きいR形状に形成され、
前記場合において、
前記第二摺動面と前記凹部との接続部分の曲率半径は、前記第二摺動面と前記第一摺動面との接続部分の曲率半径より大きく形成され、
前記場合において、
前記第二摺動面は、前記第一摺動面との接続部分から前記凹部との接続部分に向かうにつれて徐々に前記高さ方向外側に膨出するような直線状に形成される、

前記第二摺動面と前記凹部との接続部分の曲率半径は、前記第二摺動面と前記第一摺動面との接続部分の曲率半径より大きく形成され、
前記場合において、
前記第二摺動面は、前記第一摺動面との接続部分から前記凹部との接続部分に向かうにつれて徐々に前記高さ方向外側に膨出するような直線状に形成される、
