Claims (4)
- ダクト部材を製造する方法であって、ロールからシートメタルを連続的に給送するステップと、シートが前進するに従ってその対向縁を漸次折り曲げ、各縁に沿って個々に折り曲げられた板金はぜを形成するステップであって、各はぜが、シートの本体と該シートの幅にわたって浅いトレイを画定する直立壁を含むステップと、前記シートが前進するに従って流体状の断熱材を前記浅いトレイに注ぎ、前記直立壁の間のトレイ幅ほぼ全体に断熱材を広げて充填するステップであって、該液体がその後固化して固体の熱絶縁層を形成するステップと、シートを各縁に沿ったはぜをそれぞれ有する個々のパネルに横方向に切断して、使用する際に隣接するパネルの縁に沿った係合はぜと圧入接続させるステップとを含む方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記液体状の断熱材は、硬化によって固化して固体絶縁層を形成する液体ポリマーを有する方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記ポリマーは液体ポリウレタンである方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、フランジを各パネルの横方向の切断端に取り付けて、各パネルを隣接するパネルの該横方向の切断端に固定するステップをさらに含む方法。
