Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載の形式の弁装置並びに別の独立請求項に記載の方法に関する。
本発明の根底にある課題は、請求項1に記載の弁装置並びに別の独立請求項に記載の方法によって解決される。有利な別の構成は従属請求項に記載されている。本発明の重要な特徴はさらに、以下の記載並びに図面に記載されており、これらの特徴は単独でも種々様々な形式で組み合わせた形でも、再度これについて説明はしないが、本発明にとって重要なものとなり得る。
Claims (7)
- 流体を制御する又は調量する弁装置(22)であって、ケーシング(30)と、流路(38)と、該流路(38)内に配置された弁体(36)とを備え、該弁体は、前記弁装置(22)の閉鎖時にケーシング側のシール座部(32)に当接するシール区分(34)を有している、流体を制御する又は調量する弁装置(22)において、
前記シール区分(34)は、前記シール座部(32)に面した前記弁体(36)の表面(46)を少なくとも僅かに超えて突出しており、
前記弁体(36)は、ほぼ球冠状の軸方向切欠(39)を有しており、該切欠(39)に弁ニードル(37)が当接することができることを特徴とする、弁装置。 - 前記弁体(36)と前記シール区分(34)とは一体的に形成されている、請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 前記シール座部(32)は、シール領域(44)の周囲でほぼ偏平に形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の弁装置。
- 前記流路(38)はほぼ回転対称的に形成されており、前記シール区分(34)は、環状のリングウェブ(49)の部分である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁体(36)がシール座部(32)から強制的に持ち上げられている状態で流体が逆流する際に、前記弁体(36)を少なくとも部分的に、流体の流れから遮蔽することのできる流体的に作用するシールド(42)が前記流路(38)内に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記シール領域(44)の周囲に、前記流路(38)の制限壁(50)が、丸み部分(52)又は面取部を有している、請求項3記載の弁装置。
- 弁体(36)を押出プレス加工によって製作し、該押出プレス加工によって押しのけられた材料を、少なくとも部分的に、環状のリングウェブ(49)を成形するために利用することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(22)の弁体(36)を製造する方法。
